The blue morning star hit the lands with intense blue rays, lighting up the inner walls of the Bellingham mansion. Cheryl was already awake, gathering his clothes and packing the necessary items he would need at the academy.
His father's words rang over and over inside his head without stop. Even when he tried to sleep, he just couldn't close. His mind churned the whole night.
When the morning sunlight slipped through the window, he already understood what next he should be onto. Because in the next one hour, his dad would be awake, and he didn't want to cause another drama that early morning.
He glanced at all the items he packed inside the bag one by one, checking if they were complete.
'Right, my toothbrush. Where did I keep that.' He thought, searching through his items properly for his toothbrush.
'It's not here. Where did I keep it.' He went into the bathroom searching for it.
But he couldn't find it anywhere he remembered keeping it. He stepped out of the bathroom and placed a hand on his hip, and felt something thick in his pocket.
He reached inside and pulled out his toothbrush.
"Whaaaat, how did it get in there?." He raised an eyebrow, staring at it.
He walked over and placed the toothbrush in his travelling bag, then zipped it close and placed it beside his bed.
He sat on the edge of his bed for a while, contemplating his next move before a knock on the door jolted him out of his thoughts.
"Who's there and what do you need?." He asked, staring intently at the door.
"It's James, I am here to inform you that your carriage is ready for departure." His family's butler informed.
"I'll be out in a minute. Give me some time." He answered back, glancing back at his bed.
'I will definitely miss this. The comfort, the feeling, everything but the people I'm living with. I hear the academy is a better place for all students around the world, and it doesn't differentiate.' He smiled, almost falling behind on the bed before tapping himself on the cheeks.
"Wake up, Cheryl, you have to leave before your dad wakes up." He sighed, rising up to his feet and picking up the bag beside the bed.
He strolled out the door, heading down the stairs with his bag gripped tightly.
The living room was empty as expected since it was very early in the morning, and no one in his household usually woke up by this time except for him back when he did the chores.
He stared at the clock, ticking every second that went by, the longer hand moved quickly while the shorter one moved as slow as it could.
Then he glanced over at the door to the dining room. He dropped his bag on the middle table in the room before heading to the dining room.
He spent the next ten minutes eating his food and filling his stomach before he stepped out of the dining, wiping his mouth with a napkin.
He moved over and picked up his bag, staring up the stairs as if someone would suddenly come rushing down to stop him from leaving.
"It is time, Sir young Cheryl. We have to leave before Master Arcturus wakes up, or it won't end well." James reminded, tapping Cheryl on the shoulder.
Cheryl nodded before turning over and following James out of the living room to the massive front yard where the carriage sat waiting for him to exit.
"Aren't you coming with me, James?." Cheryl asked, noticing he didn't follow him into the carriage.
"Unfortunately not, I am to take Master Arcturus and the twins to the academy later today. We will meet eventually, not just together, sadly." James bowed, with his hands folded forward and behind him.
"It is alright, James. I understand, farewell." Cheryl waved, sliding inside the carriage and shutting the curtains.
"Safe Journey, young master." James waved, watching as the rider whipped the horse, and they began moving.
Cheryl watched as James grew smaller each metre they took away from the mansion.
The gates to the Bellingham mansion officially closed, and James' images disappeared into the house.
'Probably the last time I might see this place again.' He sighed, staring up the ceiling of the carriage.
Cheryl was so lost in thought the entire journey. He didn't realise the entire time that passed and kilometres they moved to get to the academy.
The rider suddenly stopped, snapping Cheryl back to the real world.
He noticed they had moved into a location he wasn't expecting, nothing about the place told about an academy.
He decided to check for himself and got down the carriage.
"Hey, rider, this place doesn't seem like an academy ground. It's more of a forest," he muffled, placing a hand on his hip.
"I can't go on from here, but you will be taking straight to the academy from here. Please do not panick" the rider said with a soft voice.
'Panick?, why would I pani-' his words got cut short by a hand placed over his nose.
He struggled to set free from it's grip but it held onto his face tightly from the other end, making sure he inhaled whatever chemical was sprayed on his palm.
Cheryl blacked out. The last thing he saw was the riders face….smiling.

Minutes passed, and Cheryl was still blacked out, but he could feel like he was moving. He didn't know how, but he knew he was moving.
For some reason, he was still stuck in the dark and had no way of escaping, and he was starting to feel extremely restless.
'What happened?! What did the rider mean by 'do not panick?!'
'Is he planning on selling me off or something?!' He frowned, placing his hand around the hard surface he was placed in, but his hand struggled to reach the end.
'What should I do?!' his heart raced, as every minute that passed, they seemed to have taken a step forward.
