"What will you do Kaito ?" asked Seina
"If this barrier stays on , I and you won't be able to enter" replied Kaito
"Do you have a way to break the barrier ?" asked Kendo
"I don't know . I can try to analyse it and break it"
Kaito went forward as he placed his hand on the barrier . He closed his eyes in that position .
['Clairvoyance' activated]
Kaito's magic power slowly seeped through his hand and travelled around the entire barrier . He was analysing this huge barrier . After about 10 minutes , Kaito opened his eyes and removed his hand . Others looking at him with anticipation .
"Breaking is possible . I found the weak point" Kaito said while pointing his finger atleast 50 meters above the ground"
"What ? That's too high"
"Kaito-kun , you can't jump that high , can you ?" said Akane
Kaito just smiled as he looked towards Seina . She understood his signal as he made the others move furthur away from the barrier and Kaito . He stood in front of the barrier as the others stood in front of the car . Kaito slowly started levitating in the air as he forwarded towards the weak point .
He stopped exactly at the point he pointed his finger at . He closed his eyes again as his magic power released from his body like a huge wave . The flame of mana surrounding him built a pressure on the others . Even , Seina was looking with surprised eyes . It was the first time she was about to see Kaito's power .
Kaito's suit started changing colour . The lights slowly changed from green to yellow , yellow to orange and finally stopped at red . It was the peak of his power . Kaito's sync rate was 90% . He raised his hand in the form of a punch as he compressed his magic power on his arm . The huge flame slowly got smaller and smaller as it formed a solid gauntlet on his arm .
Kaito's full powered punch was ready . He punched the barrier at a speed which couldn't be seen with naked eyes . As soon as the punch came in contact with the barrier , a huge force was released . The trees of the forests surrounding them were blowing like they were hit by a tornado . The others standing near the car almost lost their balance as they held on to the car .
They saw with wide eyes that cracks slowly started forming from the place Kaito punched as they spreaded . The cracks were becoming larger and larger as the barrier shattered like glass . Kaito dropped down as he landed on the ground . The others walked towards him .
His hand was bleeding as his knuckles were injured . It didn't take him long to recover the damage . The barrier was finally gone as they started to enter . Kaito tied his blindfold again after shattering the barrier . As soon as the barrier shattered , the life signals of countless monsters were sensed by him and he felt like he didn't need to keep his eyes uncovered any longer .
Kaito started forwarding as he took out his sword . He turned towards the others with a smile on his face .
"Ready ?"
"Yes !!" all said in unison
"Kendo , Kaori and Akane take the east . Seina come with me"
"Roger !!"
The team split into two . Kaito and Seina went towards the northern part of the city . This area was reported to be swarming with hell-level monsters . They walked for some time as they suddenly noticed that the environment is starting to become a bit less visible .
"Is this the Death Mist ?"
"I suppose so . We have to be careful here . This is a little beyond what I expected . The information didn't say that Death Mist has spreaded to such a long distance from the mark"
"Do you think we will be safe ?"
"Don't worry . We are SS-Rank Awakeners"
"Right"
Kaito held Seina's hand . He didn't want her to get lost in this mist . On the other hand , Seina face flushed red as she didn't expect him to grab her hand . His touch was soft yet firm and it didn't make her feel pain .
Kaito with his sword in one hand and holding Seina's hand with the other forwarded towards the inner part of North of Lizhou City .
"We have to find the Shinano River" said Kaito
"Right . Most monsters gather near the water bodies" said Seina
Kaito put back his sword in his sheath as he turned on the flashlight on his suit . The mist was dense for the light to penetrate it but atleast somewhat was visible . He suddenly heard a roar coming from within the mist .
"Roar !" a high-grade hell-level demon suddenly came out from the mist . Seina was a bit slow to put her guard up but Kaito was ready . He instantly let go of Seina's hand as he unsheathed his sword and used his sword technique .
A straight line formed on the demon's body as it divided into half . Kaito collected the demon core as he inserted the corpse inside his spatial space and sheathed his sword . Seina who was watching dumbfounded came towards Kaito .
"You….You cultivated Chapter 4 in such a short time ?"
"Oh ? You knew ?"
"Of course . Grandfather always tells me that 'Sakura Family Secret Arts' is one of the best in the continent and mastering it is difficult"
"Well , I have an advantage when it comes to mastering skills . I can master difficult techniques quickly as well"
"Is it ? That makes sense . Anyway , don't you find it strange ?"
"What ? The appearance of a hell-level demon right off the bat ?"
"Yes . These areas already have a low concentration of hell-level monsters"

Kaito pressed on his watch as a earbud like projection appeared on his ear . It was trying to connect him to Kendo but surprisingly their was no response . He tried calling Kaori and Akane too but there was no response from their side either . Seina who was looking at Kaito understood that something is wrong by the look on his face . He turned off the communication as he turned towards the side where the other three went . He said in a low and cold voice .
"Seina , let's go"
