It was snowy and a bright morning everywhere was calm and peaceful when James woke up.
It was still early, and James stretched his hand widely open and got up to prepare for school.
He quickly took his bath and prepared for school, it wasn't long before he finished wearing his uniform grandpa called….
"James the food is ready, come take some"
He quickly ran out of his room and headed towards the dining room to have breakfast. He ate a little and wanted to leave for school but he was held by grandpa.
"Hey little rascal you want to leave without eating all your feed, do you want to get ill and make me start spending money on drugs?"
James was no longer a kid though, he is in college and he will be graduating from high school after the session.
He yielded to grandpa's bidding and ate a little more, and he quickly took his crushes and left for school.
Years ago, James pleaded with his dad to go see grandpa and grandma. He was still a kid then, and his dad didn't agree to his pleading.
So he decided to starve his self, when his dad saw that he wouldn't stop, he decided to take his wife and James to see grandpa and grandma.
The next morning, Dad carried their bags and kept them in the back of the car, at first James forgot his drawing book and pencil in their building, but when he remembered he went straight into his room without wasting any time and took his drawing material.
James was running towards the direction of the car and he was miles away when Dad locked the car door.
Mom was sitting at the front of the car when James left but she didn't notice because she was busy with her phone.
Dad turned back to ask James a question but James wasn't seen.
"Sweetheart where's James?"
She was a little bit confused at that time because James had been sitting behind her not long ago.
She quickly rushed out and started calling his name that was when she saw him running towards their direction.
And James said "I forgot my drawing material so I went back to take them"
Without wasting much time Dad told them to get in the car and it was already late.
It was 8:00pm in the evening when they began their journey, James' dad is a detective in the police force and he does things in accordance with time.
When they were already half a mile away from their house, James sketched a drawing of himself, his dad, and his mom, and told his dad that he wanted to be like him when he grew up.
Dad was smiling when he said that and Mom took the drawing from him and started staring at it.
After some time Dad received a call from his colleague from work and he was told…..
"They are after you hid for your safety"
When he was still talking the phone immediately went off, dad was furious and he frowned his face when mom had James was singing.
He continued driving despite the fact that he was told to hide, not long after he had the call he was driving responsibly, smarter and was also afraid, he didn't say anything to his wife and James so they wouldn't be frightened.
While he was still driving, he got to a T-junction and wanted to take the right turn.
He wasn't fully paying attention when a big truck was moving towards them from the left side of the road with full range.
The car was bumped by the truck and mom and dad lost consciousness, James' eyes were still open when he saw a man dressed in black headed towards them and his eyes slowly faded and he also lost consciousness.
Some people around saw them and called for an emergency, they were taken to the hospital but they couldn't revive mom and dad.
James was the only survivor in the car but he broke his right leg due to the fatal accident, that was when he was given crutches to support his self while walking.
When grandma heard the news that her daughter was dead, it led her to a mental disorder.
She was mentally ill for years and she always called her daughter's name repeatedly, grandpa was disturbed by her reaction towards the death of their daughter. It wasn't easy for grandpa to take care of the house chores and prepare the meal but he took the whole burden upon his self.
When James came back from the hospital he was out of words and he wouldn't talk to anyone around him, he exhibited this habit for months until he started moving forward slightly.
Presently, after James left for school he met his two friends Gideon and Susan.
It was the beginning of the season and the three of them were discussing how their holiday went.
James was struggling with his crutches while they were walking together, it was indeed very hard to catch up with his friends that was walking freely.
They got to the classroom and they greeted some of their classmates with whom they were on good terms with.
When they closed on that day, they decided to have lunch together.
When they got to the restaurant nearby, the arena was overcrowded. So, they decided to wait for the crew.
The people who sales in the restaurant were four, they were Philip, Scott, Linda, and Gloria. The eldest was Gloria she has a nice and generous heart, and also the four of them are demon hunters.
When it was about to get to the turn of James and his friends, Linda sensed a demon in a certain area and she informed the other hunters.
They set anb alarm and informed everyone that the restaurant is closed for the day, Gloria came out and placed the "CLOSED" banner at the front of the door.
The four of them went to find the demon without wasting any further time. When Alex heard that they were closed for the day, he was frustrated and there was nothing he could do, he and his friends started moving to another restaurant that was located down the street behind a reserved area.
