"Sir, Obadiah's call records have been reviewed. There's a satellite phone with an unknown number, the signal originating from Afghanistan..." Jarvis's response was swift, immediately uncovering some details.
Tony Stark's gaze turned cold. It wasn't surprising that the satellite phone's user couldn't be immediately identified; it was a common practice among criminals.
But Obadiah's social circle should consist of well-known figures. Who would use a satellite phone that completely concealed their information?
In other words, if his initial suspicion of Obadiah was only one percent, it immediately jumped to over fifty percent.
He really did have connections in Afghanistan!
"Track down all of Obadiah's information, including the documents he approved over the years, the deals he made, his social circle, the people he knows, his connections, everything. Compile a summary report and get it to me ASAP!" Tony Stark issued a flurry of commands.
It was fortunate he had an AI like Jarvis, with near-infinite computing power; otherwise, he might have needed an entire team to handle this task.
With Jarvis, Tony Stark was like having a whole team at his disposal, always with him.
Having said this, Tony Stark slumped back into his chair, as if all his strength had been drained. Even though his reason told him to immediately start taking action and investigate Obadiah, his emotions still couldn't accept it.
This was still a huge blow to him!
"I hope not!" Tony Stark finally murmured.
He knew he needed to take his own safety seriously because someone was really targeting him, and he wasn't safe anymore.
Suddenly, at this moment, Tony Stark saw that a video had suddenly appeared below the diary, something that had never been there before. This diary was truly amazing.
He couldn't help but click on the video to watch it.
The video's title was prominently displayed.
I am Iron Man! One sentence started the Marvel era, and one sentence ended the Marvel era!
Tony Stark was a bit confused when he saw this title, but he immediately began to watch the video with full immersion. He was shocked to see that the person on the screen was none other than himself.
In the scene, he was answering a call from Pepper. He was startled. Could someone have secretly filmed him in his own home?
But before he could think further, he heard a piercing sound, and his eyes widened, nearly fainting.
At this moment, the person behind Tony Stark also appeared in the picture.

Tony Stark would never forget this voice, not even in death. He was all too familiar with it. This person was none other than his Uncle Obadiah.

Obadiah said, while grabbing the Arc Reactor from Tony Stark's chest. Tony Stark could do nothing but watch as Obadiah took it away.
"Look, Tony, this is your swan song, your final legacy. We can now say it's the core of a new generation of weapons. With it, we can firmly control the entire world. Without a doubt. I want you to see my prototype; don't laugh at me, it's not as stingy as you are. It's a shame you dragged Pepper into this; I was going to let her live!" Obadiah said, taking the Arc Reactor away.
Tony Stark, watching this scene, was absolutely horrified. He had only had a fifty percent suspicion before, but seeing this, he was almost one hundred percent certain: it was indeed Obadiah.
What was even more unbelievable was that he couldn't believe his amiable Uncle Obadiah actually wanted to get rid of him.
Clearly, this scene should be after he was kidnapped from Afghanistan.
It didn't show how he was kidnapped, but some details were already apparent.
"Jarvis, revoke all access privileges for Obadiah to enter the room!" Tony Stark said almost immediately.
The reason why Obadiah could sneak in silently wasn't because of his superior hacking skills, but simply because he was relying on Tony Stark's trust.
Tony Stark had given him high-level permissions, second only to his own, the same as Pepper. Both of them could enter his mansion directly without any obstruction or needing Tony Stark's permission.
This was a privilege no one else possessed.
And obviously, the self in the image had paid the price of life for this trust.
"It's been canceled, sir!" Jarvis said.
Tony Stark sighed. Although Jarvis often behaved like a normal person, he was, after all, just an artificial intelligence. If he were a real person, even if Obadiah had such permissions, he should have realized something was wrong with sneaking into his house so quietly, without any notification.
He was now certain that Obadiah really wanted to kill him, but he still couldn't figure out why someone could record images of the future. This was unscientific! Could it really be images observed from another, higher-dimensional universe? Wouldn't that further confirm some of his previous guesses, that the universe Lin Feng came from was truly of a higher dimension?
And his own performance in the image was also very strange. For example, Obadiah's little weapon was supposed to only paralyze someone for a short time. He should have recovered after a while.
But his expression didn't look like he was paralyzed; he looked poisoned.
His face was terrifyingly pale! And this inference was very likely true!
