Chapter 25 - CHAPTER 24

His lips and tongue delved into her, fisting her bottom lip, and Tracy tried with all her might not to moan. But she couldn't hold back anymore.

For some reason… it feels good, she thought, and a moan slipped out.

Daniel pulled back, a satisfied smile curving his lips as he picked up the pen.

"Daniel, my birthday is tomorrow. I'm hosting a party in this house… so I was thinking—don't worry—you're coming," Daisy said, wanting to ask him to be her date.

"Yes. Sure," Daniel answered with a smile. Daisy stood, smoothed her dress, and left.

The moment the door shut, Tracy crawled out from under the desk. Daniel's smile deepened as his eyes met hers.

"Did you miss me already?" he teased.

"Yes. Now that I've seen your face, bye." She turned, but he grabbed her and slammed her gently against the wall.

"You've seen what you wanted and you're leaving? I'm not satisfied yet."

Tracy saw the lust burning in his eyes and looked away. "Big baddie, I don't want to say this, but you leave me no choice—you really are a pervert."

Daniel's smile widened. His hand cupped her cheek, sliding slowly down her neck.

"I don't know what you're doing to me… but your lips taste too damn good." His fingers traced her mouth, his breath hot against her skin. "Your body feels warm. I even dreamt of you."

"You must be sick, big baddie. We just met today. Your sweet talk doesn't do anything to me. You're wasting your time. Go to Tiffany—she'd give herself to you willingly. Even if you kissed me till tomorrow, it wouldn't affect me. Just go to Tiffany."

His smirk turned darker. "So my touch and kiss don't affect you? We'll see about that."

His mouth descended to her shoulder, lips brushing, then licking, leaving her trembling.

"You taste good," he murmured, moving to her neck, kissing, licking, making her moan despite herself. His kiss deepened, neither slow nor rushed, just enough to pull a shiver from her body.

"D-Daniel… st-stop…" she gasped, but her body betrayed her, leaning into him.

Daniel's grip tightened around her waist, their bodies pressed flush. His arm circled her, pulling her close as his tongue grazed her lips, biting down gently until she moaned. She clung to his shirt, her body melting into his.

He pulled back just enough for air, his lips brushing her ear. "I want to bury myself in you. To make you beg for mercy. I want to touch every part of you, feel your warm body against mine."

Tracy's cheeks burned, her heart racing, but she kept her composure. She needed to play along with his stupid act.

"I want to touch you," she whispered.

Daniel froze, his eyes widening at her tone. "Are you… only going to touch me?"

She pouted, her innocent expression convincing him. Slowly, he released her.

Her hands pressed against his chest, sliding upward, feeling the heat of his body through his shirt. Then she wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning close, and kissed him.

Surprised, Daniel kissed her back, his desire spilling through. But then—sharp pain exploded through him. Tracy had kneed him hard in his d*ck.

"Ahh—" he groaned, collapsing slightly.

"Big baddie, don't trust me so easily," she smirked, blowing him a kiss before darting out of the room.

Daniel fell to the ground, teeth gritted, but his eyes still burned. She tricked me again.

LUCIAN POV

He smiled faintly as he carried Mirabel into his room, laying her gently on the bed.

"Is your back hurting? Don't worry—I'll call the doctor right now," Lucian said, voice tight with worry.

"Lucian, I'm fine."

"No, you're not."

"Lucian, it's just two strokes. It's no big deal. Two, three days, it will heal."

His jaw clenched, fury in his eyes. "Maybe I should find those guards and ruin them."

Mirabel shook her head quickly. "They were just following orders. It's not really their fault."

"Hmmm… maybe you're right." He sat beside her, but his eyes betrayed his unwillingness.

"Lucian," she whispered softly. "Look at me."

He turned, meeting her gaze.

"It's not their fault. Promise me you won't do anything to them."

His silence stretched. Her lips brushed his suddenly, soft but insistent, stealing his breath. Shock melted into hunger, and he kissed her back passionately, his hand sliding into her hair, his other hand holding her as if she might disappear.

They broke apart for air, both panting. His eyes glared into hers, sharp and burning.

"Lucian. Promise."

He exhaled heavily, defeated by her kiss. "Fine. I will not do anything."

She smiled, relief softening her face.
