"M-Mo Wang?!"
Looking at the person who had just fallen from the sky, the Valkyries felt as if their brains had just been simultaneously loaded with the 360 Total Security suite, Kingsoft Antivirus, Master Lu, Driver Easy, the 2345 homepage hijacker, KuaiZip, and the 7k7k Game Box. [T/N: Bloated mess)
Their minds just blue-screened on the spot.
"Is that Mo Wang?"
"I... I think so?"
"Where did he come from?"
"Probably from the Hyperion?"
"Where's his gear? Did he just jump like that?"
The Valkyries whispered amongst themselves, their eyes fixed on Mo Wang, who had already climbed out of the crater.
"Major Himeko! Thank heavens, communications are finally restored!"
Just then, the comms link to the Hyperion finally came back online.
On the other end, Second Lieutenant Yume's voice was unusually frantic.
"Major Himeko! The captain just jumped off the Hyperion! And he wasn't wearing any gear! Right now..."
"N-no need to panic. I see him. He's completely fine, and even... quite lively."
Listening to her adjutant's report, Himeko rubbed her temples, feeling a headache coming on.
Her new captain, an ordinary person, had just jumped from an altitude of over three thousand meters.
And he was fine. He even smashed a Titan mech on the way down?
And now he was already casually chatting with the Valkyries.
You're telling me this is an ordinary person? A guy with only D-rank Honkai adaptability?
"Alright, Mo Wang, let's put aside how you got down here for a moment. Tell me, why did you leave the ship?"
Himeko pushed the bizarre thoughts out of her mind, grabbed Mo Wang by the scruff of his neck, and pulled him over.
"Ahem, almost forgot the important stuff. Ms. Himeko, we don't have time to deal with the Honkai Beasts here. This group from Anti-Entropy, their real target is Mei! If we don't go now, Mei is going to be captured and used as a battery!"
"Mei? The Third Herrscher!" Himeko and Fu Hua exchanged a look, instantly understanding what Mo Wang meant.
"How did you figure that out?" Himeko was puzzled. How had Mo Wang deduced this?
"Isn't it obvious? It looks like their mechs split into five groups, but the ones that came here are all standard models, with not even a few white-painted ones among them. Unless the Anti-Entropy commander is an idiot, they must have moved most of their elite forces to one location."
Mo Wang pointed to the massive warship in the sky. At some point, the deck of the Selene had become completely covered with Titan mechs.
"You're right... Mo Wang, do you have a plan?" Himeko thought for a moment and decided to hear Mo Wang out.
After all, the kid was full of clever ideas. Since he dared to jump down here, he must have a solution.
However, to everyone's surprise, Mo Wang simply threw his hands up. "A plan? I don't have one of those. I was just going to find you guys, then lead the charge to rescue those three. Why would I need a plan for that?"
"Huh?"
Mo Wang's words left the Valkyries even more confused.
They were going to fight Titans? For real?
"Mo Wang, are you sure you didn't misspeak?" Himeko looked at the heavily injured Valkyries behind her. Was this reinforcing? It looked more like suicide.
"Oh, my bad. I meant after we send them back to the ship, the imm-- Class Monitor and I will go provide support."
"That's not much better, is it?"
Mo Wang's words only made Himeko's headache worse.
"Calm down, Mo Wang. I know you're anxious, but don't rush. Let's go back to the ship first and report to the Principal. If their real goal is to take Mei, then the three of them should be safe for the time being."
Himeko assumed Mo Wang was just overanxious because he was worried about Kiana and the others.
After all, everyone in St. Freya knew that despite his constant bickering with the trio, he was incredibly close to them.
If those three were in danger, Mo Wang would definitely be worried sick.
"That's right, Mo Wang. Don't be rash. Let's go back and hear what the Principal has to say first," Fu Hua chimed in, trying to persuade him.
When it came to providing support, she alone was more than enough.
If she had to bring Mo Wang along... that would probably be a real problem.
Just then, drawn by the commotion of Mo Wang's landing, a large wave of Honkai Zombies and beasts began to converge on their position.
"Everyone, be careful! More enemies are coming!" Himeko quickly ordered the Valkyries who could still fight to form a defensive line. Their eyes focused on the approaching beasts, nerves taut, ready for the next battle.
However, at this tense moment, Mo Wang walked toward the gathering horde, his expression as calm as ever. "Don't worry, Ms. Himeko. Didn't I tell you? I'm the cavalry." His words were light, yet held a firm resolve.
Almost instantly, a powerful gust of green-colored wind began to gather in Mo Wang's hands, howling as if it would tear the very air apart.
The surrounding Honkai Beasts were caught in its force, lifted into the air as if by an invisible hand, their bodies flailing.
Only a few of the largest beasts remained firmly planted on the ground, looking particularly stubborn.
"M-Mo Wang?" Seeing this, Himeko and the others were speechless with astonishment.
At this moment, Mo Wang's body was covered in faintly glowing magic circuits, as if he held limitless magical power.
"Reinforcement Magecraft, active," he murmured to himself, his voice steady, tinged with unshakeable determination. "Projection... start!"
As he spoke, his expression grew focused, his eyes filled with a concentration that seemed to block out all external distractions.
His body was enveloped in a new power, the aura of [The Hunt] surging forth, subtly changing his entire demeanor.
"ROAR!"
A massive Honkai Beast let out a deafening roar and charged at Mo Wang.
[Projection: Oath of Judah]
Just as the giant Honkai Beast's fist was about to reach Mo Wang, a multitude of golden chains burst forth, instantly binding all the beasts before him.

At this moment, Mo Wang's pupils had turned completely golden.
Countless lances rained down upon the Honkai Beasts.
In the blink of an eye, dozens of Honkai Beasts and zombies, enemies that would normally require A-rank Valkyries to defeat, were pinned to the ground by golden spears.
Gazing at the endless field of gold before them, the group of Valkyries was too stunned to speak.
Even if the Principal herself were here, the scene would probably look just like this.
"Didn't I tell you? I'm your rescue. And... the strongest one at that."
Mo Wang turned back, flashing a wide smile at the Valkyries.
