The trio walks around the place, footsteps echoing in the room, and sees a staircase that seems to go up. Adonis says that they should go up the stairs, which they both agree to.
He walks towards the staircase first and steps on it when suddenly he is hit with a sudden rush of fear. His eyes widened, his body started to moisten in cold sweat, his breathing became unstable, and he was suddenly in a state of extreme panic.
"Are you okay!?" Clad shouted to him before pulling him off the staircase
"Nah, something is wrong with these stairs, bro!" Adonis shouts, still affected by the stairs' effects.
"Let me try," Clad says as he steps forward towards the staircase. As he took his first step on it, he saw things, terrible things, things of his past that he thought he would never need to see again. Fallen friends and family, comrades, and disgusting feelings that came after.
"Ugh!"
Clad felt like vomiting, but he took a second step, and a third, then a fourth. As he took more steps towards the end of the staircase, he barely looked alive from Adonis and Lylia's point of view, but he assured them that he was fine.
While Adonis almost fainted and was barely hanging on while going up the stairs, Lylia, on the other hand, seemed to be completely unaffected by its effects.
"How are you okay after going up the stairs?" Adonis said, while heavily breathing.
"I don't know."
Clad sighed, quickly regained his footing, and told them to get up so that they could move.
"Man, I can barely walk right now." Adonis said as his legs were still shaking from the experience he had just had.
"Sigh, Lylia, lift him."
"Lift him? What do you mean, lift me!?"
"Whoa!"
Lylia effortlessly lifts Adonis as if he were as light as an empty bag
"How is she lifting me so easily!?"
"She's a demon."
"Demons are physically way stronger than the average human."
After a few moments of silence, Adonis said one word.
"Huh???"
(Somewhere in a place called Italo)
The white haired woman wakes up from her long slumber in a heavily wooded area with trees that seem to reach the stars and a dark and foggy sky.
"Where in heaven's name am I?"
The woman started running around at extreme speeds, in an attempt to look for population before running into a group of people, dressed in a uniform that is mainly white with a few stripes of green and a gas mask.
"Hey, you state your name now!" One of them shouted. while using a light spell, exposing her.
"I am Jill Darkheid. I work under the...I am lost!" Jill corrects herself, just in case she tells herself.
"Marcel, she looks like she's in a hurry or something." says the other man in uniform next to him.
"We should arrest her just in case she's a prisoner on the run," he adds
"Good idea, Maurice!"
"Alright, Jill, we're taking you in!"
"Wha-what!?"
"But i didn't even do anything!?" she says, shocked by their decision.
"Better safe than sorry ma'am." Marcel says
"Very true," Maurice adds.
(in the prison)
Jill, who is currently wearing the prison's orange uniform, is accompanied by a security guard who is showing her around the place.
"Alright, so this is the cafeteria. Where all the prisoners eat and fight and stuff," says the fatigued security man wearing a dark green shirt with black pants and dark leather boots.
As the two walk away from the cafeteria, a woman with purple and white hair slaps her behind as she passes by.
"Nice ass new girl, I can wait to have a piece of that!" she says revealing her sharp pointy teeth as she smiles at her.
The other prisoners laugh at her as she stays there motionless.
"Hey, dont mind them there always like that to new-"
The man stood frozen, seeing her, eyes full of contained rage. She turned around towards the woman and grabbed her by the neck with such speed and force that nobody noticed her even move her body, lifted her up, and told her something.
"What the fuck did you just do bitch?"
