Chapter 7 - Chapter 7 - Humanity's plan in action

The sun rose as the army of nature and the army of humanity grasped their weapons as each and every soldier understood that this was it, the start of the war between the two factions. The soldiers were tensing up, as the pressure from both sides was now not just palpable, but so solid it almost felt like stone.

As the staredown was happening, neither side wanted to make the first move. Unfortunately, that first move was now inevitable.

It was Pyro. He began this war by shooting his fire at some concepts of trees and bushes. They burned, turning into charcoal as the fire burned them away. These trees were the first line of defence, against many opponents, an insurmountable wall, but against Pyro, it was mere childsplay.

But nature's army was not about to give humanity the upper hand, they began a counterattack. The very first of nature's army to fight back was Stan, the concept of a pine tree. Since he'd already been burnt, Stan decided to shoot is pinecones as grenades and boom, pine shards were flying everywhere at great speeds.

This attack not only made Pyro have to fall back but also forced Garb to make a protective shield out of the ships that had sunk, ships that were now considered nothing more than trash.

As Pyro was escaping, a massive hand formed from the sand at the beach, it was the concept of sand, Marko. Just as Marko was about to reach Pyro, his hand became stiff and impossible to move, at the same time his body was becoming heavier. Yumud had come to help Pyro out, and made Marko's body become wet sand, but Pyro needed anything but help, as he had turned he concept of sand's hand into glass.

"And that is a problem taken care of. Thanks for the assist Yumud."

"No problem. Just be more careful next time."

"Don't worry about me, worry about yourself and the others."

 "U-understood."

"Garb, can you keep on stalling for a bit longer?"

"Of course, but how long do you need me to shield everyone else."

At this question, Pyro just shrugged. He knew that garb was the best at slowing a fight down, therefore, he was needed if they ever had to stall Tapio out. The problem was that a war such as this one is full of unexpected events that could very well spell the loss of humanity's no, Adam's forces.

Pyro got back to the battlefield, making sure to light up anything that was inflamable. In turn, Stan shot back at him with pinecones, but this time Pyro had not been caught off guard and seeing as how his opponent was using the exact same tricks, Pyro had found a way to counter them. Boom, shards begun flying on all directions. To this, Pyro just scoffed.

"You think you can just use the exact same trick you used just a moment ago and have me fall for it twice? How low do you think of me?"

 "H-huh!?"

A blast of fire engulfed all of Stan's shards, making it as if they were never even there. He then shot at Stan knocking him out of commision.

Pyro rested for a moment and, as he looked down, the place below him that was once filled with all kinds of plants was now struggling to keep the water away from them.

Yumud sent powerful waves against the wooden defence line, each more powerful than the last, and so the shields were weakening little by little. Knowing her opponents were at their limits, Yumud sent a wave so powerful that no tsunami ever registered could even compare, a wave so great that even if all the waves ever had their power combined, they would still not be as powerful as this wave.

The wave broke through the defence line, taking out hundreds of animal and plant species alike.

"Everyone, do not panic. If you panic then it is all going to be over. Anyone who can stand should be able to fight. If not to beat that monster, to stall for enough time for the four generals to get here."

"Are you supposed to be their commander?"

"I am Gary, the concept of an oak tree. Though I am not a general, I am the one who is in charge of leading these troops. This means that I have to beat you, even if it cost my life."

"I see... a foolish tree seeking to prolong the fight on the off chance backup arrives."

"Even if foolish, it is my duty to see to it that my troops go back safely."

"Then I will give you the honourable death you so desire."

A wave crashed against Gary, and an oak tree fell down. Seeing as it was isolated and made no noise, did it really fall?

A lot of noise could be heard above Yumud, and as she looked up, she saw Pyro being hit by various birds, and the making them into grilled ird. But more that the sound above her, Yumud heard a noise near her. It was a huge bear that hit Yumud, followed by an alligator and a gorilla.

The animals who made up the second line of defence had begun their assault, but it ended just as fast as it started. The animals had had their hormones messed with and searched for what they most desired. This was Lust's Desire wave, an attack that makes any creature that can feel lust to feel it.

 "Took you long enough."

 Complained both Pyro and Yumud.

"Sorry guys, had to make sure I looked good while doing it."

" Sigh... Well, at the very least you did your part..."

As the three concepts were regrouping, they were it by a sudden temperature change and then by a sandstorm.

"H-huh!? Why can't I seem to get my flame on easily?"

"Y-yeah, and what is with this cold making me go solid..."

 "And with this sand?"

Three figures appeared from the horizon, the first a beast as big as a mountain, the second a flying humanoid with a red head, orange body, light blue legs and deep blue feet. As for the third figure, it was a bunch of rocks stuck together in the form of a golem, with the most noticeable feature being the single purple eye the golem had.
