We are in Kadan, the capital of The Land of Flowers. The city is clearly prosperous, with merchants displaying their goods freely on the streets, goods that most of the people living in the capital can easily afford. It seems it pays well to export food to the infertile Land of Earth.
Right now we're walking through the capital, taking in the sights. Hirogi and the sisters are buying whatever groceries we'll need for after we build our housing. We haven't bought any construction materials just yet, since we'll just use earth jutsu to form the initial housing along with a central building for the three of us.
We continue browsing the stalls until night comes. Sakura ended up buying herself some medical equipment and Hinata got herself a pair of silver earrings and a silver ring. Once nighttime arrives we proceed to sneak inside of the daimyos palace. Locating his bedroom is thankfully trivial for Hinata.
Entering inside through the windows we find the room empty, so we just make ourselves comfortable. Sakura throws herself on his bed and begins reading a biology book, Hinata helps herself to his tea and I pick a random book from his bookshelf, which ends up being some raunchy romance novel.
Ten minutes after we entered his room Kazukiko, the Land of Flowers daimyo, ends up opening the door. His first instinct when he sees us is to panic and scream, something that I quickly prevent by pulling him inside of the room, closing the door before he can react and swiftly covering his mouth.
I lean my head towards his ear "Don't worry. We are not here to kill you. I've heard there have been some tensions between you and the earth daimyo for some time. The three of us here want to make a hidden village, and you are the lucky daimyo to host us. Don't scream."
I then take my hand off of his mouth. Now that things are calmer I take a closer look at him. He looks around fifty, is balding and has red hair.
He nervously rubs his throat "Let's suppose I accept, why would I follow through after you sneaked inside of my palace and threatened my life?"
I shrug "Because we're going to form our village anyway. You can either acknowledge us and work with us or you can denounce us, in which case we're going to become hostile."
He gulps "Let us suppose I accept this deal of yours. I let you form a hidden village, what benefits would I receive?"
Courageous, I like him "We'll take care of Iwagakure for you. If they show even a shred of hostile intent we can kill any shinobi that they send invading."
He takes a deep breath "And how am i to know you can hold your end of the deal? I do not know anything about any of your strengths."
I flash my Mangekyou, he stiffens in recognition "You now know we can handle them, especially after they got crippled in Amegakure. Do we have a deal?"
He fearfully nods "Very well. I accept your deal."
I smile "Thank you. We will survey the lands and choose a location for our village, once we find it we will come back here to begin recruitment."
We leave before he can formulate a response. We shouldn't have any problems going forward, even if he proves himself to be an issue.

Wanna know the problem with hiding something inside of this fucking country? It's all plains. Flowers and plains. So instead of trying and failing to hide the village in fucking flowers we're just going to fortify the village enough that no one actually comes close to invading.
We chose to begin building between Kadan and the border with The Land of Earth. With my newly tripled chakra capacity the task of using earth jutsu to build a central palace proves itself effortless. We place seal-bomb mines in a circle around it to prevent anyone from sneaking underground. The rest of the village will be built beyond that circle, with it serving as a boundary between the central offices and the village proper.
Tomorrow we will go and begin recruitment, right now we have an important problem to solve. Naming the village.
Hinata shrugs "We can just go with Sakuragakure. It's not like there are any hidden villages in this country as it is."
I look at Sakura, she also shrugs "I don't really care about the name. Just name it whatever you want"
I shrug "Sakuragakure it is then. Now let's go laze around. We can begin recruiting for the village tomorrow. I'll make a few shadowclones and have them do some construction so at least there are some houses around for when people move in."
-next day.
I honestly underestimated how many people would sign up to become superhuman ninja. Going into the main square, activating my mangekyou and then proclaiming that the village hidden in flowers has begun recruitment quickly led to an avalanche of volunteers. Most of them are teenage boys, but there are some older folks and girls mixed in.
I look at the crowd of one thousand one hundred and fifteen (thanks sharingan) and scratch my head. On one hand it's a good thing we got this many, most of them are going to die during the implants as it is anyway.
I clear my throat " Do not follow us if you are not prepared to risk your lives! The weak among you will die during the training, so do not waste either our time or your life! We will leave for Sakuragakure today. Pack your belongings and meet us at the gates, we will be waiting for you outside. We will leave in three hours, so don't waste your time."
With that said we all just disappear in a shunshin. We quickly arrive at the gates of the city and wait for them outside of the city proper. In two hours the gathered crows numbered two hundred and twentythree more than they did in the city center. When the time to leave came the crowd numbered one thousand six hundred and one. At least we won't be lacking in manpower anytime soon.
During the journey to Sakuragakure two of the volunteers end up dying. One fell and broke his head, the other one was already kinda sick and just ended up dropping dead along the way.
Once we arrive I create twenty shadow clones to make some more houses, since we got many more recruits than we initially expected. We'll train them up for a month before getting them implanted, that should increase their survival rate significantly.
I turn towards the gathered crowd "Training begins tomorrow. Each house contains three bedrooms, so there should be more than enough housing available for all of you."
What I just said went into one ear and out the other. Most of them are just staring at the clones rapidly building houses with earth jutsu. Hopefully by the end of their training they'd have gotten used to it.
I violently clap my hands, the sound getting their attention "You will train for a month before we enhance your bodies. Many of you might die from the procedure. If you want to back out now is your last chance, afterwards you would have become shinobi of Sakuragakure."
Fiftyfive of them end up leaving and going back to town, the rest remain. I'll need to train them as hard as possible, hopefully enough of them end up surviving so we have a somewhat functional shinobi force after their implants. The survivors will get more advanced training to bring them up to speed, which will most likely take around five months.
-one month and a week later.
It took us around one week to do the implants for all of them. Their survival rate was more than we expected, with around a half surviving. The ones that died we ended up just harvesting for more Hashirama cells.
Right now they are the equivalent of career genin, which is honestly not that bad for a month-long bootcamp focused just on increasing their chakra capacity. By the end of the advanced training they should be much stronger, able to easily defeat most chunin.
Now that the critical portions of our plan went smoothly we can begin to continue training ourselves as well. I've decided to commit to mastering that lightning sensory jutsu to its maximum potential. Itachi's effortless manhandling of all of us having etched itself in my mind.
