Going backwards in time not long ago…
Mei had been under a great deal of emotional turmoil within less than half a day.
Too much had happened for her to handle.
Within the original timeline, Mei wouldn't awaken as the Herrscher of Thunder until February of 2014, her father wasn't meant to be arrested on the 25th of October but on November 16th of 2013.
All this had happened much earlier due to the butterfly effect caused by Dante's presence in the world.
In addition, the fully formed soul of Sivreth during his battle against the trio Time Gods of the Elder Scrolls Universe was influencing this universe even now.
After all, he did create the entirety of the Hoyoverse Honkai Multiverse within mere fractions of a seconds.
In fact he had done the same for all his soul fragments, creating the entirety of the fictional universes and multiverses of Marvel, DC, Darksiders, Mass Effect, Danmachi, Bleech, Dark Souls, Nioh, Prince of Persia, Borderlands, DxD, Tensura, Dragon Age, My Hero Academia.
If 'Future Sivreth' knew of a fictional world in his past life, he used that as an easy to create template for infinite carrying sealed off Omniverses to place and hide each of his soul fragments.
Just as he had done with the current soul fragment tv att formed into Dante Silver within the Honkai verse.
However, the ultimate truth was that all this was still within the Elder Scrolls universe. As such no scientific law nor objective reality applies to Dante's current universe.
This means that simply based on his will and drive alone, things can manifest as his thoughts can manipulate reality however, since he has not achieved CHIM.
A set of understanding within the Elder Scrolls verse that accepts that the person is not real within the Dream of the Godhead, yet is able to maintain their sense of identity and reality that they are 'real', this would allow them to control reality like the Gods in the Elder Scrolls verse.
Dante having lost his memories did not attain CHIM, however his previous self did, which extends to his soul.
Which in turn, affects the universe he is in by accelerating and altering events in the timeline that normally shouldn't happen yet.
Such as Mei's current partial awakening as the Herrscher of Thunder, which was caused by the Herrscher personality taking advantage of Mei's fatigue and stress over not only her father's matter, but also Dante's brutality shown in amputating the Anti-Entropy man.
The Herrscher Mei, wanting to protect her host didn't trust Dante and perceived him as a threat and a danger.
Especially when Mei was asleep, the Herrscher 'Mei' assumed that Dante as a man would do something vulgar to her body. This led to the present situation.
As 'Mei' gazed down upon Dante with disgust and coldness.
"M-Mei?" Dante stuttered out, still recovering from the attack he barely survived. After all, he was still Human as of the moment.
No supernatural powers or enhanced physical capabilities like the Kaslana bloodline nor even a Pseudo-Herrscher.
Dante was just a 17 year old male like any you would find walking past you on the streets.
The only thing different was his soul being a soul fragment of his currently dead divine self ('Future Sivreth'), which allowed him to have an unnatural mind that allowed him to reach where he was in his current life.
"How dare you, Human! To try and violate this body! As an act of mercy I'll make your death swift!"
'This is definitely not Mei, it must be…a Herrscher?! But how?! Surely Mei can't awaken as a Herrscher this quickly? Aren't there rules and conditions for this shit?!'
Dante immediately came to the conclusion that Mei had become a Herscher since the similarities to the case regarding Sirin were too similar.
But what confused him was that Mei had reached a point of despair so low that she awakened as a Herrscher, despite being surrounded by friends that love and support her.
'Maybe it is only a partial awakening? I might be able to survive this. As a Herrscher she would have control over a single power. Maybe Electricity? Thunder? Electromagnetism? No, Electromagnetism is a Fundamental Force of the Universe. If she had that power then she would be skin to a God being able to control a Conceptual state of reality. But I can't take any chances, I'll assume the worst outcome is that her power is indeed Electromagnetism.'
'Mei' saw that he was focusing deeply on her figure and her eyebrows knitted together as she squinted.
Her figure instantly vanished from sight as she appeared in front of the still kneeling Dante.
He flinched from surprise and immediately went for a leg sweep, to which he grunted in pain as his shin connected with her leg.
She didn't even flinch, yet her body had become durable enough that it almost broke his leg.
Seeing that didn't work, a large draconic figure made of Siva bots materialised behind 'Mei' as it slammed its hand down on her, while he himself rolled away on the floor.

'Mei' was flattened and pressed against the concrete ground with no harm caused whatsoever other than being annoyed and angry.
An shockwave of crimson lighting bursted outwards in a sphere shape from 'Mei', which destroyed the Siva bots that made up Malzeno's hand and arm.
However, the self replication of the Siva bots had already begun regenerating a new arm for it.
"Vermin! I'll kill you for that!" 'Mei' roared as she faced the now fully restored Malzeno which attempted to smack her with its mace-like-claw-tail.
'Mei' however, simply outstretched her hand performing a clenching motion, like she grabbed hold of something, and Malzeno's body was halted mid attack.
Her fist unclenched, as it did, the entire figure of Malzeno simply broke apart into millions of fine pieces of silvery gleaming mist.
She had used her power of Electromagnetism to take control of the Siva bots and destroy them individually all at the same time.
'Mei' turned around to locate Dante but he was nowhere to be seen and had fled.
She wouldn't allow him to escape her so easily.

Meanwhile, Dante had fled from the battle, he gasped for breath having ran so far in a short time at sprinting pace.
'Mei would be hunted and killed by Shicksal or Anti-Entropy if she continued to rampage like this. So far she's only acted within the Raiden estate but if she went into the city then news of her will spread instantly.'
Suddenly, his intuition went through the room and he tried to flee again but he was stopped as a bolt of lighting had struck him and a surge of electricity coursed throughout his body.
He spasmed out of control as the electricity shocked him to his core.
He collapsed onto the ground completely unable to move.
A slender smooth hand wrapped around his neck and squeezed hard, choking the life out of him as he was lifted off the ground.
"Vermin, now you'll die for insulting me!"
"M-Mei p-please…this i-isn't you." I was barely able to mutter those words out as I could feel the vitality draining from my body.
'Mei' didn't know what it was but something felt strange. Just as she saw his face turn blue and his strength fading she released her grip and he fell face first into the floor.
'Mei' looked down at his body and many thoughts went through her mind.
A few minutes passed as 'Mei' would frequently check if he was alive and awake. Before she kills him she will interrogate him.
'Mei' had all the memories of the original, thus the was still somewhat influenced by the original Mei's personality which led to her ('Mei'), sparing Dante if only briefly.
As he was laying sprawled out on the floor and gasping for breath, the Siva boys acted according to his mental thoughts and rapidly encased his arms and shoulders like a second skin, he grabbed her foot and pulled with all his might.
'Mei' was pulled off balance and fell to the floor with a thud.
"You-" she didn't get the chance to finish her words…
Because the last thing she saw was a metallic baseball bat being swung right into her face.
"You should never underestimate anyone, nor ever let you guard down due to overconfidence…I hope I didn't break her skull."
