After taking the form of Zyric, he slowly turns his head back, where Dr. Diana, along with the other doctors, was rushing towards him in great haste, and not only them, but with them came a large number of militaries as well, all prepared so that they could imprison the Divine Stone once again.
"Oh, coming with such powerful people, just for a non-living stone, hmph. By the way, Zyric, tell me, do you even know how to fly?" the Divine Stone says to Zyric with a sly tone.
Zyric shakes his head to say no, but in the very next moment, without any warning, the Divine Stone throws him out of the window of Dr. Diana's cabin.
Zyric falls down screaming loudly, but mid-air he suddenly notices that someone has grabbed him tightly by his collar, and it was pulling him forward, flying together with him.
"Wha… what is happening? How are you flying like this? And where exactly are you taking me? I thought your job was done. And please, please don't let go of me mid-air, I don't want to die." Zyric cries out to the Divine Stone.
"Job is done? No lad, not at all. We're not done yet. So long as I require you to be my host, I cannot but be with you, and to be in touch with you I must always retain some of my stone pieces within you. But unfortunately, I have no pieces left, so first we must recover the rest of my pieces. Only after that can I leave one piece of myself continuously inside you, so that you can continue to remain my host." While the Divine Stone was explaining this, Zyric's eyes drift downward, where he suddenly notices the dense forest of their city lying far below them.
"No, no, no, not the forest, please not the forest! There are too many dangerous mutant monsters down there. They will eat both of us alive." Zyric screams out in panic.
"Hey, silence. Why are you trembling like that? There is nothing to be afraid of when you are with me." The Divine Stone says to him smiling in a calm manner, but Zyric was not listening to him. His eyes were downward and were looking at the ground beneath him. It were so high he was flying in the air that only looking down ever prepared to fill him with unbearable fear and with each passing moment made him more anxious than before.
"Look, I do not want to fall and I do not want to die. Please don't leave me." Zyric says, clutching tightly at the hands of the Divine Stone so that he would not let go of him.
But in the very next moment, the Divine Stone lets him go. "Look... I will, I will always do the very thing you b beg me not to do." The Divine Stone says with a wicked expression, chained out there in the skies, and he sees Zyric so much to his disappointment plunging instlessly down into the wood.
"Oh God, what a mess have I got myself into? No, no, no, I'm going to die!" Zyric shouts at the highest pitch when he nearly slips off the ground. But, just in time before hitting the ground, he is repulsed in mid-air, again as the Divine Stone saves him.
"You, you sprained my legs, why did you grab me by my legs like that? You're hurting me!" Zyric shouts angrily at the Divine Stone.
"Oh? Then should I leave your legs again?" the Divine Stone replies mockingly.
"No, no, no, do not go away again!" Zyric begs in a panic.
"By the way, your life really is pitiful. I must accept that. After getting bullied so much, after being beaten so often, you're still alive, still dragging yourself to school. Can't you just quit school altogether?" the Divine Stone says while holding Zyric.
"No, are you crazy? Am I crazy to skip school? This is the Monster Tamer School, not some nursery school where they only teach alphabets and numbers. Here they teach us how to tame monsters. Do you even understand the price of missing even one single day? My father left me his lifetime savings just so I could attend this school, and missing even a single day means wasting my father's hard-earned money." Zyric says firmly to the Divine Stone.
"You really think it's only because of your father that you're able to attend Monster Tamer School? Monster Tamer School, huh. Why would they even keep children like you at all? Have you never thought about that?" the Divine Stone says coldly, sitting down near a nearby tree.
"Whatever! That is not the matter at the moment. The difficulty is that there are some fierce monsters here, so we should not stop here even for a second." Zyric says to the Divine Stone again, this time more urgently.
"Hey you, don't move. If you move, it will be bad for you. Just stay seated calmly in your place." the Divine Stone warns Zyric.
"Bu… but why?" Zyric slowly turns around in the direction where the Divine Stone was looking, his voice trembling with fear. And there it was— a terrifying Giant Spider, blood-red in color, crawling towards him, ready to attack.
Zyric froze on the spot, his entire body stiff, and the very next moment, just from the sight of that monstrous spider, he lost consciousness. But before completely fainting, he saw the Divine Stone casually wave his hand, and with that single move, all eight legs of the spider were sliced off instantly.
After some time, when Zyric finally regains consciousness, the Divine Stone is still sitting calmly next to him. As Zyric comes back to his senses, his eyes fall upon the eight severed legs of the spider and its head lying separated right in front of him.
"What… what is this? That was a mutant monster. How did you kill it so easily?" Zyric stutters in shock. It was the first time ever that he saw such a thing and was absolutely terrified. He had always heard that monsters could only be tamed. Never in his life had he heard of killing one. Nobody ever killed monsters. It was always considered better to tame them or imprison them, so that their strength could be used and people could earn money by extracting the Fuzan Vault liquid from them. But here, this reckless fool, the Divine Stone, had killed the Giant Spider so easily, as if it was nothing at all.
