I made my way out of the room as per the Alpha's instructions.
He didn't want to be disturbed and clearly needed some time alone.
What I was yet to understand was how he could have survived such a lethal injury!
That poison is known to be dangerous and the strongest in the land without remedy…
The Alpha should be dead by now, but he survived. How?
How did that happen?!
Was it the balm Larrissa rubbed on his wound? Could that have been some sort of gift from the moon goddess?
No!
Larrissa is nothing but a weak Omega with a bastard for a wolf! She wouldn't survive having to meet the moon goddess in that weak body of hers!
