Larrissa's POV
"You didn't tell me about this.." I said, only to his hearing.
I was never going to get used to him smiling. It used to be someone you saw and wondered what twisted thoughts were going on in his head.
"I wanted it to be a surprise," he replied, taking my hand in his.
This would have been perfect if an unnamed bastard had been on the trip with us.
What was he doing here anyway? Peter has a knack for ruining things that could have been nothing short of perfect..
Could I get Darrell to send him to some place? Could I do that?
"Where are we going?" I asked, pushing the thoughts of Peter out of my mind.
There was no way he'd do something stupid here. And I know exactly what was going on in that head.
On my first day in the palace, he had made it clear that the likes of me weren't welcomed into the royal family.
But now, he's been nice? Did he hit his head or something?
"I can't tell you where just yet. Pick a horse"
