it's early moring the sun has just started rising rising outside .Elizabeth who is eighteen years old has woken up she sits up in her bed turns to the side pulls the rope hanging above her side table which alerts her personal maid Emily who along with her hand maidens Uriel lutech , Chirstina Aguilera and Nanalise jennel knock on her door and enter her room . And greet her by saying "Good morning princess blessings to the first star of the kingdom to which Elizabeth replies "Good morning to you three ,May Lord God bless you all as well". After which Elizabeth tells them to " ready the bath and prepare her gown while she takes a a bath". And asks them." Is everything ready and packed "? Today Elizabeth is gonna set off on her journey to the neighboring kigdom of Hestia.
She is going marry the crown prince Lacogen von Hestia of the kingdom of Hestia because of a alliance .Because if she doesn't the demonic dark elves who have allied them selves with the neighboring kingdoms of Maserek , kingdom of Taittali , Kingdom of Rambas and the kingdom of Zeyvaar are planning to sart a war with the Elven Kingdom along with kingdom of Valador .
So she is going to marry Hestia's crown prince to secure a alliance. So her people her loved ones and the people she holds dear to her are not harmed. She is going to do it because she wants to save her loved ones. After confirming that every thing is ready she goes to bathroom to take a bath she strips her self of her night gown slowly steps inside the bath pool in the warm herbal water filled with essential oils .She sits in the bath pool and washes her self after a little while Christina, Emily, Uriel and Nanalise enter the bathroom and they start tending to her washing her hair putting on face masks using body scrubs doing her nails washing her hair .
After two hours when they are finally done Elizabeth steps out of the bath pool rinses her body with clean water towels herself. And then Nanalise ,Christina and Uriel help her get ready they help her in wearing the wedding gown that was designed by Lady Dianna Black who is the Royal seamstress and the owner of the sephron boutique which is famous throughout the continent Kirlkan .
The wedding gown itself is gorgeous it has a elegent but charming feel to it and it is champagne coloured which has a midback cut and sweet heart neckline and when Elizabeth has worn the gown Christina and Uriel pick matching accessories that complement her dress and hair and eyes.
After Elizabeth is done getting ready she goes to dining hall to have breakfast where she's met with her father and step mother , her brother Killian and her half sister Iris she greets them by saying
"Good morning father and mother Blessings to the sun and the moon of the kingdom".
After which she greets killian and Iris by saying Good morning Killian Good morning Iris to which they reply Good morning to you too Rose and Elizabeth's step mother Arianna compliments her by saying
"Rose you look soo beautiful i never thought this day would come soo soon when I'll see you wearing a wedding gown .
Upon hearing this her father also tears up a little and says
"My Rose my child I'm sorry that you have to get married like this and go far away from us ".
To which Elizabeth replies
" father you don't have to be sorry this is my choice and I will go through with it".
After that they have breakfast together while having breakfast her father asks
" Rose is everything Packed and ready ".
to which Elizabeth replies
"Yes everything is ready I'm leaving after having breakfast".
After they are done having breakfast Elizabeth goes and meets sir Wright , countess Aria ,Doctor Liam Captain Callahan, Aryan and .Then she goes to meet her best friend Celestine green she meets her and Celestine says" Rose do you really have to marry the neighboring kingdom's crown prince why not marry Aryan instead".
to which rose replies "Cel you know why I'm doing this it's too important I have to do it is soo everyone i hold dear to myself survives."
while leaving she also meets Jamie green who is also her aide and friend so she tells him how to deal with things after she's gone.After that she returns to the castle where outside everybody is waiting for her So she says Goodbye to her step mother Arianna her father William and her brother Killian who is eleven years old now and he her half sister Iris who is eight years old she turns to her father says
" Father don't worry I'll take care of myself and I'll write you letters whenever I can".
She turns towards her brother and sister and addresses them by saying "I'll miss you guys alot take care of yourself focus on your studies and don't worry mother father".
After which Killian and Iris hug Elizabeth ask her rose do you have to go to which Elizabeth replies
"I'll have to I'm getting married and it's for everyone's sake"."
"It is soo we can continue living our lives peacefully it is important I have to go don't worry okay ",
After which her step mother Arianna hugs her tells her
"I'm sorry rose i tried to dissuade your father from marrying you off to the neighboring kigdom but he won't listen ".
To which Elizabeth replies
"Mother it was my decision to marry Lacogen for the Alliance Father is still against it but he's helpless against me he knows even if he refuses I'll still leave and get married to Lacogen for the Alliance sake ".
after that she turns around boards the carriage with that she bids everyone farewell .And the carriage sets off on its 16 hour journey and then her friends and knights whom she had rescued with Aryan from a beastmen slave trafficking den.
Nathan, Wallace,Lake and Edward who are the best knights in the kingdom will escort her to the neighboring kingdom and return. Normally it would've taken 2 days to reach the Kingdom of Hestia but because the Elven king had gifted her 6 unicorns the journey would be faster because the unicorns are super fast creatures they travel without taking rest an arrive at the Kingdom of Hestia the next morning .
When she arrives their she's met lacogen's aide Iobet keuteven who has Red hair green eyes a lean build but androgynous features who greets her by saying
"Good morning princess blessings to the future moon of the kingdom".
"Did you encounter trouble on your journey"?
to which Elizabeth replies
"No Iobet the journey was perfectly fine and easy ".
to which Iobet replies "Come your highness I'll take you to your chambers there you can freshen up and then have some food".
The ceremony will be held at goddess Hestia's temple near the trench in a hour or so".
after which Elizabeth bids farewell to her friends and knights and they start their journey back to the kingdom of Valador. after which Iobet leads her inside the castle to her room in which she rests for a while freshen ups and has breakfast after which a few maids arrive who had served her breakfast before and they tell her
"your highness it's time for the ceremony".
after which Elizabeth is lead out of the castle to carriage in which sits and she arrives at goddess Hestia's temple near the trench she climbs up the steps to the temple and she meets iobet's Mother Queen Mary seth Hestia and his father King Reuben von Hestia and they greet her ask her
"How are you Elizabeth "?
To which Elizabeth replies
I'm fine your majesty ".
and then Lacogen's mother Mary says
" come Elizabeth the ceremony is about to start ".
After which Elizabeth led to the temple's large open hall that is filled with guests who are the nobility of the kingdom as soon as Elizabeth comes into view the guests bursts into whispers .
A few noblemen comment
"Look that is her highness Elizabeth from the neighboring kingdom she's beautiful ".
And then the noble women start talking What's the use of being beautiful she is a hybrid freak like the rest of her family".
"She's a half a elf and quarter fae and quarter human so is her brother and her step sister and her mother is also a half human and half elf and he father is half fae and half human her step mother is also like her mother a half human and half elf ".
"And she has been learning how to wield a sword ever since she was 8 and has spent half of her life surrounded by knights who knows whether even she's chaste or not".
" I don't get it why does his highness Lacogen is marrying this freak ".
While everybody is whispering the the Officiater has announced
"Here comes the bride princess Elizabeth Rose Valador".
While Lacogen is already standing in front of the Officiater he turns to look at her and gives her a fake smile unwillingly and then Elizabeth walks down the aisle arrives beside him and then Officiater starts the ceremony by saying
" We are all gathered here today for the union of two souls in a holy matrimony in the temple of goddess Hestia as your witness do you Lacogen von Hestia take Elizabeth Rose Valador as wife as yours to love and cherish and to protect whether in sickness or in health or in poverty or wealth to remain faithful to her as long as you live do you swear as goddess Hestia and Lord God as your witness and you are to suffer unending pain and eternal damnation in hell if you are betray her and break this oath".
To which Lacogen replies"
I do ".
After which the officiater look towards Elizabeth and asks her
" Do you Elizabeth Rose Valador take Lacogen von Hestia as your husband as yours to love and cherish to protect to whether in sickness and or in health or in poverty or in wealth to remain faithful to him as long as you live and you are to suffer unending suffering and eternal damnation if you are to betray him and break this oath do you swear as goddess Hestia and Lord God as your witness ".
To which which Elizabeth replies
"I do
After which the officiater announces
"You are now husband and wife May Lord God and goddess Hestia bless both with happy marriage and long lasting love".
After which the guest Burst into applause and then Lacogen's mother Mary comes says
"There's still a very important ceremony left to which Elizabeth asks "
Which ceremony the wedding has been completed ".
tlTo which Mary replies and says
"Come with me need to go near the trench there we will do the final ceremony ".
After which They arrive at the stairs leading upto the alter near the precipice the trench after which Mary tells Elizabeth
"From here on Lacogen will carry you up the stairs and then you will be crowned with the crown princess crown that has been in the Royal family for centuries it's a tradition that was started by the first king of Hestia Alexander von hestia and you need offer some offerings to the trench together after that everything will be done .".
So Lacogen picks up Elizabeth and carries her up the stairs and they arrive at the alter in about 5 minutes after which queen Mary crowns her and hands her some flasks that has some different couloured liquids inside them and hands her a tray that has different kinds of objects she can't identify after Lacogen carries her near the precipice of the trench and then Mary tells her to
" open the flasks and pour the liquid into the trench".
So she does that and when all the flasks are empty she tells her
"Now you need to pour the contents of the tray into the trench".
And just when Elizabeth bend overs to pour the contents of the tray into the trench she pushed down by Lacogen and she looks back at him and Mary in shock while she falls she wonders why do this to her.
