The room was well lit, just a table and two chairs in the room with the chairs opposite each other.
Two men occupied this room one standing facing a see through mirror while the other sat on a chair, the one on the chair looked young I really don't know his age, I'm just the narrator, I'm not all knowing, but he looks about 17 while the other looked more mature I'd say about 30.
"Okay, get this, I arrived at Cole's house at 7:30 am, the entrance exam is 9 so I felt we'll just practice and chill before we go to the venue, I get to his room and he is still asleep." the younger one continued
"Mr Kevin, could you get to the point, this has nothing to do with the que.." the older said with both hands now resting on the table facing the younger one whose name is apparently Kevin.
"You were the one who said it'd be wise if I told you everything, we're you not, Mr Matthews ?" Kevin said with an annoying expression on his face
Matthew pinched the bridge of his nose sighing
"Alright, continue"
They had been doing this for over half an hour now and any time he asked him to get to the main part, he kept giving vague answers. It was already annoying
"Thank you, so where was I, ooh yes, so I go up and dude is still asleep, so I beat the shit out of...."
"language Mr Kevin, you are in the police station, not some get together with your friends" Matthew said interrupting him with one hand in his pocket and the other hand resting on the table with his index finger tapping continuously.
Kevin seeing this knew that Matthew was already tired of wasting time. 'impatient being, how the hell is he even a detective with this low level of patience'
"sorry, sorry so I wake him up and then I go, yo, the exams by 9 and you are still asleep, but he just looked at me and laid down down back,well you don't need need that part, fast forward one hour, we were ready to leave, he took his car so I followed him and on our way we see this old woman who gets robbed, Cole jumps out and helps the old woman up, she said she was going to cash in her check when she got robbed and we had seen the dude running. "
" So Cole just runs off, apparently trying to catch this thief and I had to follow, we start chasing this dude and he was about to mix into the crowd at the market when we see another dude running like crazy towards him from the market, so the thief had to change course"
"who is this man and why isn't he here" Matthew asked sitting up
"ooh, he didn't follow us into the zone, immediately the thief changed course I didn't see him again, I think he had dark hair, that was the only thing I could see from that distance"
"Okay, go on"
"So we Chase him round some blocks and next thing we know, there's a zone ahead of us, I'm thinking he's gonna stop, but no he just jumps right in, and so does Cole, so I had to follow, luckily that cop came right on time pulling us out before we could activate the damn portal, lucky us"
