Chapter 512 - Chapter 512: How Does He Have Two Legendary Beasts?

No one knew who attacked first, but in an instant, the Pokémon of Natsui, Archer, and Ariana all moved at once, charging at each other. During the standoff, they had already chosen their opponents.

Gengar, for instance, single-handedly took on both Hypno and Wobbuffet, two Psychic-types. The Ground- and Steel-type Crystal Steelix used its massive body to block Muk and Arbok. Natsui's Tyranitar went to challenge Archer's Tyranitar, and Jolteon targeted the speedy Persian. Scizor rushed toward Lickitung and Vileplume, Dragonite fought both Houndoom and Sneasel, and Gardevoir used its psychic powers to stop Golbat and Kabutops.

These matchups weren't specifically ordered by Natsui. He had taught his Pokémon during their daily training how to use type advantages to create openings in chaotic battles. So when a situation like this arose, they naturally made these choices. Of course, this was just the initial setup. As the battle became a messy free-for-all, they would sometimes lose track of their opponents. At that point, they would have to work together until things settled down, then find their original targets again. They had practiced this often, so even though they were outnumbered, everything proceeded in an orderly fashion.

On the other side, seeing that Natsui's Pokémon were not only individually strong but also so well-trained, Archer and Ariana felt this was going to be a tough fight. He really was the organization's number one enemy.

However, the stalemate first broke at Tyranitar's position. Compared to Archer's Tyranitar, Natsui's was far behind in both evolution time and experience. The two titans battled, shaking the ground, and no one dared to get close. Soon, Natsui's Tyranitar was at a disadvantage and was defeated. It fell backward and struggled, but it was too exhausted to get up.

Its defeat immediately tipped the scales in Team Rocket's favor. With one less Pokémon to worry about, Archer's Tyranitar charged into the other fights, quickly causing chaos. Even though Natsui's other Pokémon were still trying their best, Team Rocket's Pokémon were also strong and wouldn't be easily defeated. Even if they couldn't win, they would stall and avoid direct confrontations. Seeing their teammate win gave them a huge boost of confidence.

Seeing this, Archer and Ariana's faces lit up.

Ariana sneered, "It looks like we'll be winning today's battle!"

"I wouldn't be so sure," Natsui said, shaking his head. "And I'd advise you not to speak too soon. You might end up eating your words."

As he spoke, he recalled his fainted Tyranitar and then took the two Great Balls from his belt.

Archer had been watching him closely. Seeing that Natsui showed no signs of panic and was calmly taking out two more Ultra Balls, his eyes narrowed.

"Didn't you say you left the Legendary Birds somewhere else?"

"I did," Natsui said, tossing the two Ultra Balls in his hands with a smile. "I wasn't lying. They really are somewhere else. But just because they're not here doesn't mean I don't have other trump cards."

As he finished speaking, he threw the two Ultra Balls. With a flash of blue light, two four-legged Pokémon appeared before Archer and Ariana. Seeing their familiar forms and feeling their powerful presence, the two executives' faces went pale. They recognized them instantly—Suicune and Raikou!

Damn it! How does he have these two Legendary Beasts!?

Archer and Ariana were completely shocked. This was something they had never expected. This man's growth was just too fast, too astonishing. If it were only Raikou, it would make some sense. From Dr. Zager's report, they knew Natsui had helped Raikou fight Team Rocket before. But when did he catch it? The report clearly stated that Raikou had escaped. And what was the deal with Suicune? Why was there no information about it at all?

After the initial shock, Archer took a deep look at Natsui and let out a long breath. I see. No wonder he dared to follow us alone. This was his real confidence.

One small thing gave him a little comfort: the two beasts' conditions seemed a bit different. Suicune was fine, just standing there calmly watching him. But Raikou seemed much more agitated. Perhaps because it had only been caught recently, its attention wasn't on them. Instead, it was secretly looking around, as if observing the situation.

Unfortunately for it, it didn't end up running away. After Natsui spoke a few soft words, it gradually calmed down and focused its attention back on them. When Raikou stared at him with its cold, tiger-like eyes, Archer felt a terrifying chill run down his spine.

Seeing Suicune and Raikou just standing there, looking like they were slacking off, Natsui couldn't help but scold them with a laugh. "You two, stop trying to look cool and finish off the opponents while no one else is around. Oh, and if you do a good job this time, I'll let you out for some fresh air more often next time."

At his urging, Suicune and Raikou finally moved. One moved like a graceful doe, surrounding itself with mist, while the other leaped like a cheetah, crackling with electricity, and dove straight into the enemy ranks.

With these two joining the fight, it was like tigers let loose among sheep. They changed the tide of the battle in an instant.

With the pressure off, Crystal Steelix, which had been eager for a real fight, abandoned its opponents and locked onto Archer's Tyranitar. It had been wanting to take that Pokémon down for a while. Now was its chance to show who was really the most ferocious.

Gengar, on the other hand, was much more laid-back. It slowly floated back to Natsui's side with no intention of fighting. It knew from the start that Natsui would win, so it hadn't even taken the battle seriously, just keeping its opponents busy. Now that two powerful Pokémon had joined in, it was content to just watch the show.
