Standing atop a building and watching the scene unfold before him, Ren's expression twisted with a hint of amusement and strangeness.

A few hours earlier in the DxD world, Ren had just about finished all preparations before leaving. Only now did he begin to shift his attention toward the system functions.
The limited-time nurture function, and the world travel function...
Seeing these two new features, Ren was genuinely curious.
For a system that had previously only contained a roulette, he had guessed there might be additional features eventually.
Then again, even if this was it, it wouldn't be too surprising. In web novels, there were systems with only sign-in features, so one limited to a roulette wasn't impossible.
But now, seeing these new functions brought genuine excitement.

So in short, the world travel was just a function to allow return trips. The system never said he couldn't leave the nurture world, which eased his worries.
Who knew how long the "limited" period might last? Without knowing the time flow differences between worlds, Ren didn't want to take any chances.

Ren said flatly. After all, Gensokyo was different from other worlds. Even before transmigrating, he had a soft spot for the uniquely fan-created setting. But even with that affection, he couldn't accurately gauge their power levels. Letting Remilia and Flandre go all out here was the smarter option.
It would let him compare them to the enemies in Strike the Blood's world.
"Remilia couldn't break Laeding(Divine chains), but Flandre destroyed it with ease. Still, she's in a berserk state, so it's not a good standard."
Ren whispered to himself while watching the show.
As expected, the upper and lower limits of purple-class power varied wildly.
Remilia was certainly strong, but honestly, she didn't seem more powerful than Kuroka, the first time he met her. Of course, maybe she was holding back against her sister—that was entirely possible. Remilia obviously had more combat experience than her immature sibling.
"Don't tell me… they only reached purple-class when combined."
Ren couldn't help but mock the situation.
"Uwah, that vampire's about to cause massive destruction. You're still not stepping in, Master?"
Right now, Flandre was laughing maniacally, the magic circle behind her illuminating the night sky.
Countless magical projectiles were bursting out in every direction across Itogami Island.
The individual blasts weren't especially powerful, but...
For widespread destruction—they were more than enough.
Seeing this, Ren clicked his tongue.
If Gensokyo's usual "nuke-everything" tactics got transplanted here, Natsuki would definitely cough up blood.
