The World of Chova was shaped, not by diplomacy or understanding, but through the means of war, violence and power.
About thirty centuries ago from ourcurrent time, the first superpowered person showed up. This lady, her name lost to time, lived under a tyrannical rule, and sought one thing over all else - 'freedom'.
Maybe some God was listening other her, or perhaps it was someone else, but when she hit the age of 36, she developed her power, flight. She was prosecuted as a heretic by the 'Church of Eternity' and was sentenced to death, but o the day of her execution, she closed her eyes, shouted out, and flew up in the sky right in front of thousands of people.
That lady was forever pursued by the church of Eternity. However, her show of power had weakened the fear that the King Delfíni and The Church of Eternity had inflicted on the common populace.
Over the following decades, one by one, more and more people developed powers. King Delfíni was soon overthrow by his niece who made herself Queen Poulí.
The general populace was always split into two distinct groups based on their views towards these superpowered individuals. The more traditional folks were strictly against them, and throughout history, mercilessly tortured and executed superhumans.
