Chapter 32 - SS2 EP13

Iida had been suspended from the Hero Course for one week—a punishment that Aizawa considered the lightest option available, especially compared to expulsion.

What was even more surprising, though… was that today, All Might had suddenly changed the training location to Ground Gamma. That meant all twenty students had to quickly switch into their hero costumes before meeting their teacher there.

Especially Momo… Ryujin's beloved, who had traded her sexy swimsuit-like design for a far cooler, sleeker look. And of course… she wasn't the only one who'd made changes—everyone had, Ryujin included.

Midoriya's costume had taken on a far more high-tech appearance, with upgraded gear and reinforced plating.

Momo's outfit was far less revealing than before, yet it still carried a subtle, undeniable allure.

Todoroki's costume, too, had seen a redesign—sharper lines, improved utility, and a style that suited his dual nature perfectly.

Asui's suit looked both adorable and sleek, infused with a touch of high-tech flair while keeping her signature frog-like charm.

And finally… Ryujin—dressed in a sharp black suit, a grinning mask concealing his face, and a black hat resting on his head, radiating an unsettling yet magnetic presence.

Kaminari: "Whoa! You guys look awesome!!"

Kirishima: "Manly as hell!"

Mineta: "Aaaahhh! Boss, you look so cool!!"

Mineta came rushing toward Ryujin, practically bouncing with excitement.Ryujin couldn't help feeling a little proud of his new outfit—a freshly bought suit paired with a sleek mask that had cost him a staggering 200,000 Coins. Nearly fainted at the price, but the buffs it gave to his speed and accuracy were worth every coin.

Looking closely at Mineta, Ryujin noticed something odd—had the purple-haired guy gotten… taller? You wouldn't notice unless you paid attention. On top of that, Mineta proudly announced that the girl he'd once mentioned was now officially his girlfriend.

And the real shocker? He'd quit being a pervert?!

Ryujin gave him an approving mental thumbs-up—who would've thought Grape-head could actually grow up? He wasn't even just a round little ball anymore… there were strands of hair sticking out now. Ha!

Soon after, Mineta ran off to bother someone else, leaving Ryujin face-to-face with the person he knew best—surrounded by a faint, sweet scent of peach and watermelon.

Momo: "So… how does my costume look?"

Ryujin: "Looks great, Mo-chan. You've gone from swimsuit mode to full hero suit now."

He teased her with a grin, earning a flustered arm-swat from Momo. Out of nowhere, Mina appeared, circling him while running a hand lightly across his chest.

Mina: "I like your new outfit~ But you'll have to pay for that compliment!"

She stuck her tongue out and winked, looking like she'd just stepped out of an anime.

Ryujin: "How much are we talking here, Pinky?"

He patted her head lightly, shaking his own with an amused smile, while Momo spoke up again.

Momo: "Your suit looks refined, but your collar's a little crooked. Here, let me fix it for you."

Momo glanced at Mina with an expression that could only mean, "I win."

Ryujin caught the look and just smirked faintly, saying nothing, letting her fuss with his collar as much as she pleased. He knew full well Momo was making a point—staking her claim in front of Pinky.

Mina puffed out her cheeks slightly in mild annoyance. Momo had beaten her to it, but Ryujin didn't blame anyone.

In fact, he rather enjoyed it when beautiful women touched him so freely… even if it earned him more than a few jealous glares from his single friends.

Even Uraraka was pulling a sour face—she couldn't bring herself to do something like that with Midoriya. If she did… she'd probably faint right there on the spot.

Everyone gathered in front of All Might, ready for today's training session.

All Might: "You've probably heard me and Aizawa say this many times—speed is a core element for any hero! And today, we're going to test it directly! You'll be divided into four groups, five members each. Your mission: Find and rescue me, hidden somewhere in this training ground!"

A murmur ran through the group. This drill was clearly going to favor speedsters, and Ryujin knew he was one of the fastest in the class thanks to his relentless skill upgrades—alongside Midoriya, who could now control 15% of his power.

All Might: "But wait—there's more! The winners of each round will earn an extra 5% toward their final exam score!"

That got everyone's attention, especially the ones near the bottom of the rankings.

Mina: "Alright, Kaminari! We've gotta snag those points!"Kaminari: "Why would you say that out loud?! And my quirk doesn't even make me faster!"Mina: "It's fine! People love rooting for the underdog!"Jirou: "Yeah, but after you use your quirk, you're basically brain-dead."Kaminari: "You guys are so mean!"

Ryujin chuckled quietly under his mask. The mood today was energetic—so much so that even Todoroki and Midoriya were smiling.

All Might: "To keep the speedsters from dominating the game, I'll select the first group from those with the highest speed and mobility!"

The screen lit up with the first team:

Ryujin Kazuma

Katsuki Bakugo

Izuku Midoriya

Shoto Todoroki

Momo Yaoyorozu

According to All Might and Aizawa, this group was picked purely for capability:

Ryujin Kazuma – Top speed in multiple competitions, plus strange techniques that no one has fully figured out yet, making him an undisputed leader among the first-years.

Katsuki Bakugo – His explosions propel him with incredible speed and agility, both on land and in the air.

Izuku Midoriya – Now able to control 15% of his power, giving him competitive speed.

Shoto Todoroki – Can create ice to glide across and boost with fire like a turbo engine.

Momo Yaoyorozu – Her quirk allows her to create jetpacks and various mobility tools, limited only by her knowledge.

Bakugo: "Hah! Eat my dust, Deku! I'm way above you!"

Except for one person who didn't care about any of that… Ryujin just grinned proudly, knowing full well that he was still at the very top of the class ranking. Midoriya stood there, a bit sweaty, while Bakugo stared daggers with unwavering focus.

All Might: "First group, head to your starting positions and warm up for the competition!"

The five of them walked toward the starting point, stretching and preparing. The atmosphere was electric with excitement.

Jirou: "Hey, who do you think will win?"Kirishima: "I'm betting on Bakugo! With those explosions, he could win in an instant!"Ochako: "I'm betting on Deku-kun!"Kaminari: "Are you kidding me… Those five are absolute monsters! The fastest in the class, no question—except maybe Iida if he had a straight runway!"

Bakugo: "Today, I'll outdo you, you idiot!"

Bakugo's shout rang out nearby. Ryujin glanced at him briefly before using a burst of his own power to shoot forward silently, letting Ryujin remain standing still, expression calm, as he observed everyone's movements.

Not long after, the other students began their starts. Midoriya copied Bakugo's motions perfectly, leaping between buildings and kicking off the air to propel himself forward.

Ochako: "Is that… Deku-kun!?"Kirishima: "Wow! Amazing, Midoriya!!"Bakugo: "Wha—Deku—!?"

Bakugo's howl followed Midoriya like a rabid dog, chasing him recklessly, which made Ryujin chuckle quietly to himself: "Wonder if they'll just end up fighting each other…"

Todoroki arrived next, instantly freezing the ground beneath him and gliding over it like snowboarding, using bursts of fire to maintain speed.

Momo soared gracefully into the sky with her jetpack.

Of course, Ryujin wasn't about to be outdone. He dodged obstacles while repeatedly propelling himself forward, relying on his unmatched speed. Eventually, he crossed the finish line comfortably in first place.

Momo landed shortly after, taking second place. Ryujin smiled at her like a true winner, even catching the faint glare in her eyes. Bakugo came in third, looking like he'd just exploded a volcano. Midoriya finished fourth, and Todoroki—unfortunately—ended up last, unable to fly as high as he'd planned.

All Might: "Congratulations to all five of you! You performed exactly as I expected from the strongest members of Class 1-A!"

Everyone cheered for one another, laughter filling the air, until Bakugo grabbed Midoriya's shoulder and shook him like a blender.

Bakugo: "Deku! You little punk! How dare you copy my moves!"Midoriya: "Ah… Kacchan, stop! I only copied you because you're the one inspiration I have… uh… please, stop!!! I'm getting dizzy!!!"

Everyone burst out laughing. The mood was far more relaxed and friendly than before, clearly showing that the class was growing more accepting and respectful of one another.

On the walk back, Ryujin strolled casually with his friends. He congratulated Momo on her second-place finish, and she smiled back—sneakily teasing him a little:

Momo: "Congrats, Ryuu, but next time… I'll be the one flying past you!"

Ryujin chuckled softly.

Momo struck a dramatic pose, rolling her eyes for effect. Seeing this, Ryujin reached out and pinched her cheek teasingly, smirking at her reaction. As she tried to pull his hand away, Mina jumped in, and Ryujin grabbed Mina's hand instead.

Momo shot Mina a sharp glare, while Mina just stuck out her tongue in defiance, utterly unbothered.

Soon, they started talking about Momo's internship, and she couldn't stop complaining about how the whole day was nothing but posing for advertisements.

Mina, on the other hand, shrugged casually.

Mina: "Super chill. Nothing much… just patrolling around."

Ryujin didn't pay much attention—until both of them asked about the rumors regarding the "Hero Killer," their voices tinged with fear.

Ryujin: "Oh, don't worry about that. Look at me—still in perfect shape!"

He flexed his arm confidently, but the girls recoiled, making faces of disgust, almost making him choke on his own pride.

Ryujin: "What's the matter, ladies?! You don't like it?!"

After All Might's lesson ended, Class 1-A headed back to their rooms to change, exhausted from the first day after returning from their internships. The school kindly let them leave early.

Sato: "I never thought my quirk would be so useless today…"

He hung his head low, looking dejected. Kirishima walked over to console him, exuding his usual manly confidence.

Kirishima: "Hey, don't be down! That's not manly at all, you know!"

Kaminari: "What can you do? Our quirks just aren't as agile as those seven…"

He was referring to Midoriya, Bakugo, Iida, Ojiro, Sero, Tokoyami, and Ryujin—all seven moving at god-tier speed and agility, leaving everyone else struggling to keep up.

Ryujin: "Hey, feeling bad just 'cause you're not as awesome as me? Whoa, sorry… I guess I'm just that OP!"

He laughed loudly. Everyone else could only smile wryly—accustomed to Ryujin's over-the-top confidence.

Meanwhile, Midoriya noticed Mineta pressed against the wall, peeking through a tiny gap.

Mineta: "Hey, Midoriya… you won't believe this… Jackpot, seriously!!"

Ryujin almost shouted in frustration. Damn it! I closed that already, didn't I? How's it alive again?!

Before things could escalate, Mineta froze, his expression softening, and spoke quietly, almost apologetically.

Mineta: "Sorry… I got carried away. I promised a certain girl I wouldn't spy on anyone again."

Hearing that, Ryujin went silent for a moment, then genuinely smiled.

Ryujin: "Damn… you're seriously cool, man!"

Kirishima: "Man, you're so damn manly, Mineta!"

Kaminari: "Wait, really?! The purple guy actually has a girlfriend before the rest of us, and now he's a good guy?!"

Ryujin strode over to Mineta, radiating an aura that pressed down on the entire room.

Ryujin: "I never thought you'd be like this… but right now, I'm genuinely proud of you."

Mineta: "Boss~!!!" (tears streaming anime-style)

Ryujin: "And to show you how a proper leader behaves… I'll handle this… hole myself!"

Everyone assumed he meant he was going to close it—but instead…

Ryujin: "A good leader… needs to look first!!!"

The room erupted in unified shock (except Bakugo and Todoroki).

Everyone: "Are you out of your mind?!"

Ryujin: "Who could resist?! My two wives' huge chests… and everyone else's aren't bad either! And that frog—damn—what a body—ugh!!!"

Before he could finish, Jiro's quirk slammed headphones directly into his eyes with a painful crash, making him scream in agony.

Meanwhile, in the girls' changing room…

Uraraka: "Unbelievable! I can't believe Ryujin would be like this!"

Momo: "When we get back… he's dead meat…"

Mina: "We have to tie him up for this!"

Jiro: "Disgusting! We're closing this hole permanently!"

The girls began a secret meeting, plotting their revenge on Ryujin.

At that moment, Ryujin tried to sprint for his life from the changing room, only to find the girls waiting in perfect formation outside. Without hesitation, Momo handcuffed him.

Then, they wrapped him up tightly, unleashing a chaotic, playful "assault" while the boys of the class watched helplessly, wailing in sympathy from the sidelines.

Ryujin looked far from comfortable in that moment, yet he still had his two girls—and another couple—walking home together with him… even if both of his girls were thoroughly sulking.

"Sorry, my loves… the lecherous side of me just took over… but it's not my fault!" he muttered quietly to himself as they walked, putting on a fake guilty expression that somehow made him even more annoying.

The group exited the school gates, the sound of Ryujin's dragging footsteps punctuating the otherwise quiet atmosphere. At that moment, both he and Midoriya received an urgent message from All Might, requesting them to meet immediately. It seemed the number one hero had something important to discuss.

Ryujin and Midoriya excused themselves from the trio and made their way to All Might's office. Midoriya was the first to knock, but there was no response from inside.

Upon opening the door, Midoriya swallowed hard at the sight before him: All Might sat there powerless, still, in a room filled with a heavy, oppressive aura of melancholy.

All Might: "Sit down."

Midoriya walked straight to the desk, as he usually did, his eyes full of reverent respect. Ryujin, however, lingered in the shadowy corner, leaning against the bookshelf, silent and motionless like a ghost in a play.

The conversation began in quiet tension. Once again, Ryujin—the powerless observer and inheritor—was reduced to a silent witness, but his gaze was fixed… not on Midoriya, but on All Might.

All Might: "You've both been through a lot recently… and I apologize for not being there to help."

Midoriya: "Oh, no, sir… you don't need to apologize for that. More importantly… um… you mentioned One for All before…"

The number one hero's eyes looked dim, as if walking a tightrope—though not due to weakness, but because something inside had long since withered.

All Might: "I've heard… the Hero Killer… that he drank your blood during the attack…"

Midoriya: "Yes… his quirk allows him to paralyze someone after tasting their blood. That's how it works, isn't it?"

All Might: "Do you remember how I passed the power to you… and what I said that day?"

Midoriya:"Eat it!"

The boy jumped up, mimicking All Might's stance down to the smallest detail, causing Ryujin to laugh out loud.

All Might quickly steered the conversation back to the important matter, explaining that the key to One for All is embedded in DNA and cannot be stolen unless the owner willingly gives it.

At that moment, Midoriya nearly panicked, fearing the power might have been taken by Stain, only to feel relief when he realized it had not.

Ryujin said nothing. He simply observed from the shadowed corner, motionless, but his mind was a whirlwind—not over One for All, but over the collapse of the man who had always been a symbol.

All Might began recounting old stories—the siblings, the legends of the power, long tales that felt like someone trying to keep themselves alive through memories.

"Useless"—Ryujin thought to himself. It wasn't an insult. It was just a fact… reminiscing about the past wouldn't save a world on the brink of collapse.

All Might: "At last… it was my turn… and I thought I could defeat One for All… at least, that's what I believed. But he survived, and now he's back again…"

Midoriya: "I'll do my best! I'll do whatever you ask, no matter the cost!"

The fire of a hero blazed in Midoriya's eyes, yet Ryujin only saw the cracks in All Might's shadow. He knew… this man would never be the same again.

It wasn't just his fading power—it was time itself.

All Might: "Th-thank you, young Midoriya…"

As Midoriya left the room, resolute, Ryujin remained still, his gaze fixed on the remaining figure of the legendary hero.

All Might: "You're not leaving either?"

Ryujin walked over and sat in the chair Midoriya had just vacated. His demeanor had changed completely. Cold eyes, no trace of humor, no deference—just an unyielding calm.

Ryujin: "You grow weaker every day… do you know how much time you have left?"

All Might looked at him silently, then exhaled as though accepting an unavoidable truth.

All Might: "It seems… you already know."

Ryujin: "I've been following the news. It's clear that time is slipping backward—not just your power fading… so why didn't you tell Midoriya?"

All Might: "I… I couldn't tell him. I knew I should have… soon… but… I didn't know how much time was left. I only know there wasn't enough for him to hope anymore…"

Ryujin pulled a card from his pocket—plain, unmarked—but inside lay something the world wasn't meant to see. He placed it firmly on the desk in front of All Might.

Ryujin: "There's a way… but you have to go here."

All Might picked up the card. His expression shifted instantly—shock, clear and unmistakable—and he looked up at the young man before him.

Ryujin: "Will you give up… or rise to fight?"

All Might stayed silent, staring at the card in his hand, hesitation in his eyes, before closing them and taking a deep, steadying breath.

Ryujin stood up… saying nothing more. He walked out of the room, leaving All Might in silence.

He moved down the hallway as if no sound followed him, his steps so light that even the darkness seemed unaware.

Once he was out of earshot, he lifted his phone to his ear, his voice cold and low.

Ryujin: "You can start the plan… I'm in."

In the dust-choked building, shrouded in smoke and shadows, a large group of people stood in orderly rows, like soldiers on a battlefield. They were all waiting for orders from their new leader, the one who would guide them toward a decisive move.

The snap of a flag cut through the air. The wind howled like a beast about to strike. Everything signaled the beginning of a great battle—a movement that would shake the world.

G-you, the new UnderBoss, stepped out of the shadows, all eyes fixed on her.

With cold eyes and a composed stance, she stood in the center of the room, then raised her hand.

G-you: "Listen up… This time, we'll expand our power to all neighboring provinces. There won't be a single area we let slip away."

Her voice was sharp, brimming with authority. Every word from G-you reverberated through the minds of those present. She was an UnderBoss known for both ruthless force and cunning strategy, combined with extraordinary combat skills.

Now, a new unit joining the war was preparing: the Combat Knight, a special squad trained specifically for close-quarters weapon combat.

Amid the silence, G-you's gaze fell on the Combat Knight team standing before her. It was a display of confidence and power, ready to march forward in this war.

G-you: "Get ready. We move out immediately."

The moment her order was given, the Combat Knight unit sprang into action like living tanks, their movements sharp and ferocious.

As G-you observed the soldiers' movements, her unwavering confidence instilled a sense of courage deep within every member of the unit.

Soon, the flapping of flags sounded again—a signal that The Thumb was moving forward without hesitation. This campaign would not only conquer new territories but also mark the beginning of a massive upheaval that could overturn everything in the underworld.

G-you looked up at the darkening sky and delivered her final words, preparing everyone for the battle ahead.

G-you: "It starts here… We will write a new history."

In a hidden chamber deep beneath the ground in China, heavy breaths echoed through the damp, pitch-dark air. In one corner of the room, a lone man stood. His face was shrouded in shadow, yet the icy gaze in his eyes made anyone who dared look at him feel the lurking danger.

This man was one of the leaders of Nera Neo, a group building the largest underground empire in the world. Their forces were too numerous to count accurately, but estimates suggested their members numbered over a hundred thousand—and the ranks were swelling rapidly every day.

???: "It seems the time has finally come..."

The voice of this underworld power was cold, steeped in years of anticipation. Since they began secretly constructing their underground empire, Nera Neo had expanded its influence across every corner of China and Korea—yet neither heroes nor governments were aware of their movements.

Members of Nera Neo possessed a wide range of skills. Some were fierce fighters, while others had powers of deception or disguise, allowing them to infiltrate hero organizations and other institutions without detection.

Their plans were elaborate, aiming not merely to seize territory or control, but to twist the world itself into one they could dominate completely.

The man in the room raised his hand, signaling his subordinates.

???: "Prepare… We begin our expansion immediately. If everything goes according to plan, we will control everything within a few months."

Nera Neo's reach was not limited to China and Korea. Every movement was executed with meticulous caution and secrecy. They were constructing an unstoppable underground empire, and when the time came, everything would fall under their control.

Meanwhile, the outside world remained oblivious to the looming threat. The underworld, however, was shrouded in darkness and secrecy, inaccessible to anyone.

???: "No one can stop us. This world will be ours."

With those words, the quietly built new empire began to advance, powered by unstoppable plans and inexhaustible forces.
