Hana stood frozen."My mother… is alive?"
Raheel nodded. "They faked her death. She's been kept in a black site facility—off-record, untraceable."
Ayaan was already grabbing a map. "Where?"
Raheel pulled out a hand-drawn sketch. "Here. Deep in the Kashmir border zone. Only reachable through abandoned army trails."
"But why?" Hana asked, voice cracking.
"Because she has the original Helix data," Raheel said. "And they'll kill her the moment they suspect we're coming."
Ayaan looked Hana in the eye.
"We go tonight."
Scene 2: The Woman in the ShadowsLocation: Secret Military Facility – Flashback, Two Weeks Ago
Dr. Amina Kazmi—pale, thin, and barely breathing—sat chained to a chair in a concrete room.
A voice crackled from above.
"You had potential, Doctor," Colonel Zameer said through an intercom. "But you broke protocol. For what? Your daughter?"
Amina didn't flinch. Her fingers had carved a small star into the concrete beneath her—over and over.
"I'll die for her," she whispered. "But she won't die for me."
Scene 3: The Road to RescueLocation: Mountain Path – Pre-Dawn
Hana, Ayaan, and Raheel climbed a steep, crumbling trail. Thunder echoed in the distance. The terrain was treacherous, the journey brutal.
"This feels like a trap," Ayaan muttered, watching the trees shift.
"It probably is," Hana said. "But she's my mother."
Lightning struck. And in the distance—the silhouette of a high-security prison on a hilltop.
Their destination.
Suddenly, a shot rang out.
Raheel fell to his knees.
Sniper.
Ayaan tackled Hana into a ditch.
From the trees: armed men in black moved toward them.
"She's not supposed to make it," one of them said into a radio.
But Hana's eyes blazed now.
She had come too far to die today.
