The mountain breeze blew softly, but Hana's peace was uneasy.
"Do you feel that?" she whispered.
Ayaan looked up from his notebook. "Feel what?"
"Like… we're being watched."
From above, a drone lens zoomed in—target locked on her face.
Far away, in a dark command center, Colonel Zameer watched the screen."Found her," he muttered.
"Do we engage?"
He smiled coldly."No. Let her think she's safe. Then burn the ground beneath her."
Scene 2: Flashback – The Spy Among ThemLocation: Six Months Earlier – Inside Military Lab
A young doctor in a white coat—Dr. Amina Kazmi—rushed into a restricted wing, a badge swiped from her supervisor in her hand.
Inside the room: medical records, confidential files, classified videos. Children crying behind glass walls. She trembled.
She took a flash drive, stuffed it in her pocket—and disappeared.
Back in the present, Hana looked at that same flash drive, finally decrypted. Her mother's last act of bravery.
"She knew they were experimenting on children with PTSD," Hana said, tears in her eyes. "She tried to expose them. And they killed her for it."
Scene 3: The Shadow AppearsLocation: Safehouse Bakery Room – Night
Thunder cracked.
The power flickered.
A knock on the door.
Hana tensed. Ayaan reached for his weapon. When he opened the door slowly—there stood Raheel, soaked from the storm, holding up his hands.
"Before you shoot me… you need to know something."
Ayaan didn't lower the gun. "You followed us."
"I followed the truth," Raheel said, voice steady. "And I think it's time you know… your mother's not dead."
Hana gasped, breath caught."What did you just say?"
Raheel stepped in, locking the door behind him.
"She's alive. And she's the one who sent me."
