Chapter 14 - chapter no: 13

Hisham's feet stopped on the threshold of the room as he came to meet the the guests, he learnt, came in. He didn't know why those words felt bad to him? Too hurtful. He entered jerking aside his thoughts.

"What do you think we will send her out of here right now with you people, knowing you very well?" Saying bitterly, he sat down in front of this young boy, on the couch.

"Talk with respect to Dada Sayin, man!" the boy sternly directed at Hisham's insolent behavior. Hisham sneered at his manner and gave him a sinister laugh.

"What do you think! That I will obey you? Be able enough to make me do that." Leaning forward, he uttered the words, clenching his jaws, but he did not give it either.

"I speak for sure. If someone doesn't agree, I make them. And I swore that now I will marry with Iman whatever the consequences are. And I have also heard about your father who failed not a few years ago when he came to take you back with him. But We won't. I never missed my target before and it won't happen now either." he said calmly, leaning back to the back of sofa and eyes fixed at him looking for his reaction.

"Just shut up, you..." Hisham yelled angrily at him getting up from the couch but Daddy intervened.

"Hisham" he and Baba stopped him. "Don't."

"He should leave from here by now or else I will kill this disgraced person ---" he shouted, but the person sitting in front of him didn't even budge. Yet he kept smiling with a taste on his face.

"Have you taught your children to disrespectfully treat others?" The old man said with a mockery.

"Do not raise a finger on our up bringing, elder! What We gave our children is not to disrespect and disgrace humanity, unlike someone." Daddy coldly replied.

"Kiddo is my daughter and I'm alive, his family is here to decide for her. Yeah I love my late wife but even if it's the right will that you're relating to her, it doesn't mean I'd push my daughter to the living hell. So, there's the gate to see yourself out of here. Thank you for coming." Daddy showed them the door.

Since then, Hisham was standing on one side and staring at him, who would look at Khanu once with his cold eyes and then turn his eyes to the other side. When his grandfather stood up, he also followed him.

"Even if we've to take it out, with our hands in someone's throat, We don't give up our rights," said this man named Zaigham with a devilish smile.

"If anyone's name is attached and raised with us, we can kill him but even then they do not have the right to separate it from themselves. You will have a good idea of this." Dada Sayin also considered it his duty to remind the past, with an evil smirk.

Hisham looked at Zaigham with blood stained eyes. There was mockery in his eyes. Squeezing his right eye, he spread his lips to one side, gave a sarcastic smile and holding Dada's hand left the lounge.

After them leaving, Hisham was constantly circling the lounge like a wounded tiger. Daddy went to his room. Seeing his weakened state and bent shoulders, everyone looked sad and worried.

"Maa Don't you say..." suddenly sitting in front of Dadu, He said, "...that I should get married. I am ready for marriage."

"Uncle, Aunt and Baba were confused.

"What do you mean? What's the point here?" Uncle said. Aunt was getting impatient. She knew something was wrong.

"Are you sure, Shaam." Dadu asked lifting her brows.

"Yes I'm sure. I'll marry Amy. As soon as possible. Rather I want it by yesterday as it'll be Friday."(a holy day to Muslims, considered as blessed day.)

Uncle and the aunt were looking at him. Dadu said further.

"But what about Zainab....."

"That was not official yet. She didn't even know. Please Dadu! I can't live without her. I think she's my destined one." He almost begged for her.

"Khanu...." it was Amy. Everyone's heads turned to face her.
