Sebastian planted his hands firmly on either side of Amari, one of them gripping her wrists in an unyielding hold. The space between them was so close that each could feel the other's breath.
Amari's expression shifted, panic flickering in her eyes. She immediately struggled to break free, but Sebastian's strength overpowered her. Being a woman, there was no way she could push him away.
Biting her lip, she shouted, "Sebastian! What exactly are you planning to do? What kind of family are you trying to create?"
"What?!" His voice was cold, his eyes dark and brimming with rage, as if he might strangle her at any moment.
"You told everyone about our divorce. What were you thinking when you did that?"
Amari let out a bitter laugh, lifting her gaze toward him—only to find their noses almost touching. The proximity startled them both, and she quickly turned her head away, inhaling deeply to steady herself.
