Rico shook his head and then pointedly looked at the recording device that was left behind. Bane looked down and noticed it. Then his fist smashed into the device and turned it into small pieces. Then he walked around the glass panel. "Rico, where is your mother?" Bane demanded.
Rico sighed and shook his head, "Uncle Bane, it is nice to see you again as well. I have no clue where she is. Just like the last time we talked and you said I would figure out how to live on my own. Was that all?"
Bane growled. "Do you want to get out of prison?"
"No, they are holding me on false charges. I can get out on my own and even get some money out of it." Rico answered. "But I doubt that was all you wanted to know. That could have been completed with a visit as a visitor or a call."
"You are right, I am also recruiting so I will be taking some of the prisoners. You should tread carefully. War is coming to many of these Justice League protected cities. It would be best if you made yourself scarce." Bane informed him. Then he looked at the cell block where people were being held up. "Take him and toss him in one of his cells."
Rico stood up and one of Bane's people grabbed him by the arm and pulled him into the main cell block. But as soon as they got to the top of the stairs he tried to shove Rico in the first shell. But Rico just punched him in the neck and then walked to the third cell that he was staying in. The person was still choking as Rico walked in and began setting up his bed.
"Leave him. Round up the people we came for. We are heading out in five minutes." Bane called out.
Rico listened and smirked as he heard Lois Lane respond. "You know Superman is going to catch you. You stepped into his city. Before you even know it you are going to be a prison cell."
"No, he is going to be too busy with the bombs I have set up in three different cities. Then the dozens of bombs I have attached to people in this prison. So no, I am not worried." Bane answered as his people grabbed a few people and began dragging them out the blue door.
After another minute Bane followed up the rear as they left. Leaving the prison open. Clark Kent and Lois Lane exchanged a look before they ran to the exit. Likely with the excuse that they are reporters and this was a story.
Rico hopped up onto his bed and laid down. After a minute he could hear running footsteps. Then some others that were moving slowly. Then someone stopped out of his door and Rico looked up to see a bald man. "Oh… I thought you would have foolishly run like the others did."

"I am calling this in, what are you going to do?" Lois asked as they ran down a hall and right through an emergency exit. Lois had to catch herself before she accidentally threw themselves off a cliff edge. They had seen the cells begin to open so they knew they had to bolt immediately. Otherwise they would get caught up as hostages.
"Would you like me to drop me off first?" Clark asked as he loosened his tie. "I have to find and disarm three bombs in three different cities. Then I have to disable the twenty four bombs that are attached to people. Then I have to catch all the escaped prisoners and then Bane and his people."
"Be quick about it." Lois kissed him on the cheek before racing down the stairs. While Clark removed his outer layer to reveal his suit, he flew up into the air and looked around before flying down where Bane and his people were escorting people into a boat.
Bane held up a fist to reveal a dead man's switch. "Mexico City, Mexico. Tokyo, Japan. Berlin, Germany. I suggest you hurry." Bane climbed onto the boat last and it took off.
Clark frowned and then flew off to the closest destination. He was there in a minute going at top speed. He swept through the city with his X-Ray vision and found the bomb that Bane mentioned. It was large and sitting in the basement of an occupied building.
He flew through the ground and was coming back up the same way a second later with the bomb. Once he got high enough up he threw the bomb. Then he turned in the direction of Berlin but then stopped when he picked up something at Stryker's Island.
"Why is there a ten minute timer? It was not there before!" Clark could hear a panicked voice and flew back. Going through a door and knocking down a number of prisoners before arriving at a terrified guard who had a bomb vest on.
He looked over it and clicked his tongue in annoyance. He would need all ten minutes to disarm the bombs. The bombs in the cities did not have a timer so they could wait. He studied the vest and then removed it before racing to the hall to find and disarm the next one.
Ten minutes later he had thrown them out of the atmosphere and was racing to Berlin where he could already hear a bomb squad was struggling with disarming the bomb. So he just flew in and then flew out with the bomb before throwing it. Then he flew off to Tokyo but stopped part of the way when he could hear that they had better luck with the bomb and managed to disarm it.
He flew back and looked for Bane but he had disappeared. Unfortunately he could not search for him because his entire gallery of villains had taken the opportunity to break out of the prison. Aside from Luthor and that Ricardo Bell.
