[author] [/author]Gohean took a deep breath.

Even amidst the chaos around him, his voice was calm and commanding:

"Yuen, Water Bullet again! Selion, vanish into the trees using Quick Steps. Isac, keep up the pressure with Flame Blades. Mia, attack directly with Nature's Breath! Hex, support Mia… and don't look at me!"

The team obeyed without hesitation. Gohean's cool-headed leadership and sharp commands made the group move like a well-rehearsed orchestra. This didn't escape the Professor's notice. He narrowed his eyes and looked at Gohean once more.

"There's… something about this kid," he muttered.

"Maybe..."

Yuen unleashed his Water Bullet once again, while Mia and Hex charged forward. This time, the Professor didn't remain seated like before. His eyes burned with intensity.

As the water bullet approached, he deflected it with a barrier. When Mia and Hex got close, he swiftly moved to strike Mia—

—but just as his blow was about to land, she vanished from his sight.

In the next instant, Hex appeared behind him. The Professor delivered a heavy strike, but Hex had already activated Stone Body. The impact echoed, but caused no real damage.

As the Professor turned his head, he saw Mia appear on one side, and Selion—having used Quick Steps—on the other. The two launched a synchronized attack. Caught off guard, the Professor staggered back, his eyes narrowing.

He had underestimated them.

Then, just as he regained his footing, a barrage of Flame Blades tore through the air in front of him. Isac was relentlessly attacking.

The flames collided with the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust and ash.

A moment of silence followed.

Within the swirling dust, the children exchanged glances.

Their expressions all said the same thing:

"Did we… actually get him this time?"

But the silence didn't last long.

Suddenly, a presence stirred within the smoke.

The air changed. The wind reversed direction, and the trees' leaves began whipping around wildly.

And then, a voice echoed from every direction:

"Yes, children...! Keep going like that!"

A twisted smile spread across the Professor's face.

"Now this game... is finally getting fun."

His voice was everywhere at once, surrounding them. The dust began to clear.

The Professor emerged, stepping forward slowly. Parts of his clothes were burned, and a few cuts marked his face.

But his posture… had completely changed.

He raised his arms.

Thin, violet-black energy began to swirl from his fingertips.

"A fine opening act," he said mockingly,

"But I'm finished warming up."

Gohean didn't hesitate.

"Move back! Everyone, fall back!" he shouted.

But they were too late.

The Professor vanished—this time, not just with speed, but with a bend in reality itself.

An instant later, he reappeared in front of Yuen and gently tapped him with a single finger.

Yuen's body flew back and slammed into a tree.

Selion reacted instantly, using Quick Steps to flank him, but the Professor had seen it coming. As Selion appeared behind him, the Professor grabbed his arm and slammed him into the ground. The earth cracked beneath the impact.

"This... this isn't the power we've seen before," Mia said, her eyes widening in fear.

"He's… no longer holding back."

Gohean clenched his teeth.

Without taking his eyes off the Professor, he raised his left hand slowly.

Isac was no longer throwing blades. The flames in his hands had grown—now almost sword-length.

Hex's gaze had turned steely—his Stone Body had fully activated.

Mia stood surrounded by swirling winds and leaves—nature itself responding to her call.

Selion rose with a groan, wiping blood from his lip.

"This time… I'll be more careful."

The Professor tilted his head, intrigued by their resolve.

"So… we've reached Act Two?"

He grinned.

"Then show me… what you're truly worth."
