     To prevent this, the werewolf high council formed a pact with other creatures on earth. Each realm would send a candidate to the Brookshigh Academy. 

The goal was to discover if an alliance/bond between an Alpha and a representative from another realm could produce a bond powerful enough to stop the impending apocalypse.

I honestly feel there's no need to have someone like him here. Or maybe Kaveri is trying to turn this school into a werewolves-and-vampires academy. She obviously knows that one single powerful vampire can turn all the humans to vampires—and even some witches.


"Less whimpering Lex, I need more actual  talking," I snap, dragging the tip of the wooden stick to his heart.


He jerks his head back, whimpering, tears leaking out from the corners of his clenched eyes.


"Fuck!  H-his name is Romano," he stammers. "He's one of the top guys—runs the Girls trafficking, organ trafficking, he handles the shipments, and literally oversees the warehouse."


So this idiot wants to keep leading me from one asshole to another?
