I'm up earlier than necessary on my first day, and I can't shake off the nerves twisting my stomach into knots. I take my time getting ready, smoothing down every wrinkle on my clothes and double-checking my reflection like it might give me the confidence I need.
When Asher dropped me off, my bags are already waiting in my room. I haven't even realized his Alpha friends collected them.
It's really borderline creepy.
Finn says they need my property to do a locator spell, but they noyice everything—including the bag is weird-ass new.
