Stacy's POV
I didn't even know what was going on anymore. My chest drummed like crazy, but what I saw horrified me.
"Liam… Liam was a monster…" My chest drummed, and I tried to contain the fear, but my hands refused to calm, shaking on their own.
"You have to calm down. You can't conclude. We don't know what happened to him, and we–"
I interrupted my wolf from speaking. She always had a way of trying to improve things, but at the end of the day she couldn't speak when I pointed it out.
"His eyes darkened. There was no form of life in her eyes, and there were plenty of things involved as well. He couldn't even let me go. I could have died. Do you know what that means? I can't even think about it. It seems there's a lot involved, and I'm trying to be able to handle the thought, but I'm just scared."
