Liam's POV
Her constant nature was driving me crazy. I didn't even know how to feel about it. Well, maybe because she was always putting herself in danger, or perhaps she was too clingy, I couldn't tell why I was irritated by her, but for some reason, I was unable to leave her here.
Leaving her here meant leaving her exposed to danger with zero survival skills, which I was slowly starting to get tired of.
She knew how to do nothing. Hunting, running, and self-defence were none of her business—well, until I made her see the reason it was important for her to learn them.
"Your foot is better now. It's been three days, and I can't always be here for you, so I'm guessing I'll have to give you some kind of training."
I started a conversation with her, hoping it would lead to something productive.
"Training? Why?" She asked, and I almost wanted to slam my hands into my face. However, I controlled myself, maintaining my neutral expression, which wasn't so difficult to notice.
