Cherry's eyes were red and swollen as she looked at the man as if he were a kitten who had been wronged.
However, Gilbert remained stubborn, ignoring the woman and simply passing by with a blank expression on his face.
Cherry was stunned, but she just frowned and followed the man. When the elevator opened, Cherry went inside first because the man might close her if he caught her.
"I guess you entered the wrong place, Miss. Blaire?" Gilbert asked as he looked at the woman with a dark appearance.
Cherry ignored the embarrassment and spoke as quickly as she could. "I'm sorry Mister Ace Carter because I've disturbed you but I need your help."
"You know you're a nuisance, why did you still follow me here?" Gilbert asked angrily, not showing even the slightest mercy for the person in front of him. "Get out!"
Cherry clenched her fists, so that her nails almost dug into her palms. "M-Mister Ace Carter, I need your help..." Cherry said weakly while bowing her head.
