They were avoiding me again, which is what I thought as I saw the rest of the team not pay a single ounce of attention to me. I thought we all had a good impression of each other when we first met, but other than Steel, Norn, GW, Kiwi, and Mama, they all try to avoid me like the plague. We all at this point know each other well enough for me to see that all the former men, except Kiwi, who are now lesbians are avoiding me. I'm Bisexual, like Norn and Gray, but it seems like every person who could be attracted to me is avoiding me for some reason. Did I do something to get them to hate me, do they not like me now, I know I wasn't the prettiest back home, but I could at least tease some ladies and gents back home.
I had to get to the bottom of this, so I began investigating and asking why, and all of them were either avoiding the subject or looked at me like I should know why. I grew frustrated as I just hit a wall, and not in the fun break-through-it kind of way, but the annoying dead-end kind. This is like the time when I was younger and I was a renowned tomboy who played football, rugby, martial arts, and other boyish sports. Then puberty hit and I became hotter, and even when I tried to embrace my feminine side, I was made fun of and called a freak by the popular girls in my school. They said the dresses I wore, and the makeup were wasted on such a boyish girl like me, and I soon lost confidence in myself being a woman.
That's when my childhood friend came and she reminded everyone, that no one messed with her BFF. She helped me throughout middle school to embrace myself, and taught me how to make myself more fashionable and how to socially tease others. When high school started my debut was a success, I was cool and cute, a perfect hybrid able to tease the boys and the girls. I continued my athletic endeavors as I moved on to my next interest marathon running, as I couldn't play my past sports anymore. I hated flag football because it had no tackling and there were no rugby teams later on in my town, so I moved on to marathon running to focus my competitive drive, and martial arts to focus my aggression.
I did both sports, and was really good at it, but I was infamous for letting out my aggression in marathons, as when no one was looking, I would bump people out of my way. I got disqualified and fined so much, but I regretted nothing. Now I'm here, and I hear about Obstacle racing, where I can run and hit people as much as I want with a better and stronger body, now that's music to my new horse ears. Still, this new look is making me think, if I'm ugly, as I've only seen Kitasan Black my lookalike in anime girl form, but never in real life, was she considered ugly in her world, am I ugly now too? I was frustrated and exhausted as I came to Mama Blues who asked me," Oh Sweetie, what's wrong?"
I then told her what was happening and asked her," Why is everyone avoiding me, did I do something wrong, and why is it that when I'm teasing others they just run away or try to change the subject as soon as possible? Am I ugly or do they all just hate me now?" "Ugh," I hear Mama Blues groan, as I look up and see her pinching her forehead in frustration," not this oblivious, low self-esteem, insecure bull shit again, first Vic and now you. Let me be honest with you, you're rough, and you're beautiful, don't let anyone else tell you otherwise darling. Heck, you're cuter now than you were back in your past life, as you now look exactly like Kitasan Black."
"Then why is my teasing not working, do they hate me?" I asked Mama Blues feeling better about my looks situation, as I knew she could keep secrets, but she didn't lie. She then responded," first of all you shouldn't be toying with others feelings like that or consequences might ensue, and if you can't see the obvious the consequences are being held back by fear of Rose, so since you can't figure out the obvious and I can't reveal you this secret myself, so why don't you ask ask Rose why they've been avoiding you?" I got up and rushed out I finally got a lead in this case, oh I wasn't going to stop teasing people, you crazy that was way too much fun, but I did say while leaving," Thanks for the hint Mama, love you like my own." I ran directly knowing where Rose was at the time, as at this time she's known to chill at the B&B's library reading books about Uma Musume after working hard for the team.
I soon barged in saying in my most intimidating voice," Rose what did you do?!" I know I did a good job as she immediately squealed in surprise and fear. Still, why is she blushing and looking away from me, it must be guilt, so I ask more clearly this time," Rose what did you do or say, every person I meet is avoiding me or changing the subject every time I try to tease and flirt with them?" That's when she surged up to my face with energy asking very loudly," Why are you flirting with other people?!" I was appalled, why was she trying to control my life, who does she think she is, I then stepped closer to her saying, " Why shouldn't I Rose, I can tease whoever I want, I'm an independent and free woman."
She then turns red, looks away softly saying almost to a whisper," No, you're m…." "What was that, I can't hear you, Rose?" I said as I began teasing her instantly as if it was a natural instinct, as she became so adorably cute at that moment. Why does teasing her always feel the best, as I groaned in pleasure in my head? She then embraced me all of a sudden without saying anything, while looking at me face-to-face with the cutest pout I've ever seen on anyone.
She then said cutely," I won't let anyone else have you." I then felt absolute joy for some reason, fine if Rose wants to monopolize my teasing and flirting, she can have it, this feels way too good anyway, well until I find another fun tease later on." We somehow stayed in each other's company and arms for the rest of the night in silence, as she read her book and I played with my phone.
Outside the Logs: 3rd Person POV:
Outside the room, as everyone came, after Sweets made a lot of noise coming to Rose, everyone gathered to see what was going on. Only to be stopped by Mama Blues who secretly followed Sweets blocking the door shushing everyone with her finger on her mouth. They all watched what the hell just went down peeking in on the situation. "What the fuck was that," asked ImP in disbelief at what the fuck he just saw. "I know right just get together already you fucking idiots," Rain responded, agreeing in frustration.
"You have no right to call anyone an idiot, since you're the biggest dumbass here." Gray commented to Rain, as he responded angrily," whatcha call me you fucking beanpole, I crush you into bean paste if you want to." "Shush, you both are being too loud right now," Mama quieted both, but both were still glaring at each other in rage. "Oh my, if it were me I'd already be in bed with her, making sweet love," Norn put her hand on her chin, enjoying the view, as Spice replied, "same." Both then high-fived each other in unity, while smiling perversely.
"I can hear the music of their love from all the way here," BlaD fancifully commented, as Jo in disbelief says," Really what does it sound like?" Then as BlaD described what he heard in a ridiculous air guitar riff, Lily says," all that commotion just to not figure out the fucking obvious, is Sweets just stupid, or a special kind of dense." "You shouldn't be talking Lily, I know about your recent affections for a certain someone," Steel teased as Lily just began stammering incoherently. Then KiWi says," Oh Lily's making a lot of strange sounds, my turn next," but before she could make a bunch of noise, GW covered her mouth saying, " Quiet child, Vic should we intervene or leave it be?"
"Leave it be, the team might not be ready for any relationships, but it seems they aren't either." She then walks between Rain and Gray, easily separating them from their head-to-head stare down. Vic walks away as everyone follows him giving the two in the room some space, with them never noticing that the rest of the team saw everything. Mama then catches up to Vic and says," Vic, you looked pretty cool there. She then says," I don't know about that, just used to dealing with these kinds of things.
