Ugan once again went to the spot near the trashcan. It's not that he haven't left since last night, but he just came back to this location to see if that man would come meet him here again.
He had never expected the man to go full-on massacre. When Ugan saw the notice on the town board, he was shocked. He never thought that the man he talked to was an awakener. Heck, he didn't even know that awakeners were real!
If not for the fact of the circling gossips about the awakener at the arena and that the police were painting the weeping man as some kind of crazy psycho, Ugan wouldn't have known what was happening.
People are not dumb. They put two and two together and realized what was happening. They also knew that those who died were evil to the core. They didn't feel fear and the weeping man now even have some kind of cult like following.
