It was winter, and everyone in Beverly Hills was playing in the snow. The kids were sledding and skating, the teenagers were snowboarding and skiing, and the adults were keeping an eye on their kids. The Justice Brigade joined in the fun and split up. Daisy went ice skating, Hannah joined in a snowball fight, Jake used his powers to create a snowman, and Frank went sledding and caught some snowflakes on his tongue. Frank said, "I love winter."
Meanwhile, the Chaos Brigade was trying to keep warm. Lily said, "Hey, Shadow Devil. Where's Shula?" The Shadow Devil said, "Downstairs with Tech Head, trying to warm this place up. Man, I hate winter." Lily said, "We all do. It's the one season none of us can use our powers outside." Lily saw their flowers frozen, so she snapped her fingers and made them healthier. Lily said, "Wish we could do more than just a few chores."
Meanwhile, Tech Head was fixing their furnace with Shula, who was using her powers to light up the heater and warm their house. Shula then added too much fire to the heater and destroyed it. Tech Head said, "Nice work, hot stuff." Shula said, "Well, excuse me for trying to help." Shula then pointed at Tech Head, shot a small flame from her finger, and set his butt on fire. Shula then left while Tech Head started to panic. Tech Head said, "Ooh, hot, hot, hot." Tech Head tried to pat the fire out, but he couldn't, so he ran outside and jumped into the snow to put it out. Tech Head said, "Great, with the furnace destroyed, how will we stay warm?" Shula thought about it and said, "Hmm. I think I have an idea."
The Chaos Brigade used their jet to fly over the ocean and land in Puerto Rico. Once they arrived, they were relieved because it was cold in LA, but not in Puerto Rico. They were so excited that they started to show off their powers without their costumes. Lily made flowers grow everywhere, and the Shadow Devil cast a giant shadow over the city. Since they were causing mayhem, the Justice Brigade's alarm went off, but they were too busy playing outside to notice.
Once the Chaos Brigade arrived at Solar Industries, Tech Head utilized his technology to infiltrate them. Shula whispered, "Can you do it, Tech Head?" Tech Head said, "No problem, their security system stinks." Tech Head turned off their security and got them in. Then, they walked into the building and headed for the control center. Once they arrived, Tech Head attached a device to their control panel and turned the dial to 5. Once activated, it turned on Solar Industries' satellite and created a global heatwave. When it started, the snow began melting everywhere, and people everywhere started to get extremely hot. People in tropical climates could barely tell a difference.
Once the heatwave hit LA, everyone took off their winter gear. Jake asked, "What's going on? Is something wrong with the sun? Daisy?" Daisy said, "Wasn't me." Jake said, "I'll look into it." Hannah asked, "How are you going to do that? I'm the one with Heat-Sensing Vision." Jake said, "I've never tried this, but now's as good a time as ever. Come on, come on." Jake looked up and tried using telescopic vision to look into space. Jake said, "It's not the sun at all. It's Solar Industries' satellite creating a heatwave. Oh no, we also have trouble. Snow everywhere is melting, like Mt. Everest, the Himalayas, and the North and South Poles. Daisy said, "Oh no. If all that snow melts, it will flood the entire world." Wait a minute, Jake, how do you know this?" Jake said, "I can see it. I have telescopic vision. That means I have a new power." Daisy said, "Hannah, go back home and locate Solar Industries. We'll fly around the world and make sure everything is ok." The Justice Brigade got suited, and while Heatgirl went home, Sungirl, Iceboy, and Aquaboy went around the world.
Meanwhile, the Chaos Brigade was enjoying their vacation in Puerto Rico. They didn't know that the heatwave was making the ocean more profound, sinking all the islands, including Puerto Rico. The Chaos Brigade started to feel a strange rumble, so they exited their lounge chairs and removed their shades. Then they looked around and began to see water coming their way, so they flew to their jet and tried to get off Puerto Rico before it sank.
Meanwhile, the Justice Brigade flew to the Himalayas and witnessed the mountains melting, with the water rushing towards the animals on the hill. Aquaboy made his eyes and hands glow and stopped the water. He held on for as long as he could while Sungirl and Iceboy used nets to collect the animals and transport them to a safe location. Aquaboy let go with one of his hands and some water, heading for a snow leopard, but Sungirl saved it just in time. The water then hurried down to a family of Asian Black Bears, but Aquaboy stopped it. Aquaboy said, "Guys, hurry. I can't keep this up much longer." Aquaboy grew tired and lost his grip on the water, letting it slip away. Then, all the water headed for a family of deer, but Iceboy froze the water and saved the deer.
Sungirl, Iceboy, and Aquaboy flew to Las Vegas, Nevada, and saw water flooding the city. Everyone ran to higher ground to protect themselves while The Justice Brigade flew into the water. Once Aquaboy got under the water, his arms started to sprout fins. Then his legs stuck together and changed into a long fish's tail. Once they reached the bottom, they all pounded on the ground, creating a drain for the water to pour into. Once the water poured out of the city, Sungirl and Iceboy saw Aquaboy had fins, making him a merman. When the heatwave dried out his fins, they changed back into legs, and he stood back up. Then they flew away looking for more trouble,
Meanwhile, Heatgirl arrived home and heard their alarm. She then turned the alarm off and checked where the trouble was. She located Solar Industries in Puerto Rico, which was sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Heatgirl used her communicator and said, "Guys, Solar Industries is in Puerto Rico, and Puerto Rico is sinking." Sungirl used her communicator and said, "I'll head over there and shut it down." Heatgirl said into her communicator, "Just hurry and get off before all the islands sink."
Sungirl hurried to Puerto Rico and saw it sinking. She then hurried to Solar Industries and flew inside. Once she got inside, she saw the doors to the Control Room and water entering the building. Since the water would sink the building, Sungirl hurried, found Tech Head's gizmo, turned the dial down to 0, and removed it. Once she did, the heatwave stopped, and the snowfall resumed. Heatgirl looked out the window and saw the snow falling again. Heatgirl used her communicator and said, "Guys, it worked; the snow in LA is falling again." Heatgirl checked the globe on their computer and said, "It's also setting the world back to normal. Check on everything you checked on and make sure." Iceboy checked the Himalayas and saw all the snow coming back, so he put all the animals they had removed back. Iceboy said into his communicator, "The Himalayas and its animals are safe." Aquaboy checked Las Vegas and saw it was safe, too. Aquaboy said into his communicator, "Las Vegas is safe, too. Let's meet back home."
The Justice Brigade met back home, and when they did, they started to dance in the snow. When they finished, they walked across town in winter gear resembling their super suits. Sungirl said, "Well, we saved the world. But I can't figure out how this whole thing happened." The Justice Brigade then heard a jet flying above their heads, and Heatgirl used her Heat Sensing Vision to tell who it belonged to. Once she saw the plane, she saw the Chaos Brigade inside and informed her team about what she had seen. Heatgirl said, "There's The Chaos Brigade's plane." Sungirl said, "And I did find some of Tech Head's tech at Solar Industries. So, I guess we have our answer. But let them go; we have snow to enjoy." The Justice Brigade then started to play in the snow again and let The Chaos Brigade have their vacation.
