Jake and Frank were looking around a comic store. While they were there, they set the comics they wanted to buy and recognized the cashier. Jake said, "Ren Marshal? What are you doing...?" Ren said, "Out of the hospital? They say I'm ok now, but the school still won't take me back." Jake said, "Well, you know you did try to destroy your classmates as well as the town." Ren then had a few flashbacks of what had happened.
Ren made her eyes and hands glow and brought the T. rex skeleton from the dinosaur exhibit, the planes from the plane exhibit, the moon rover from the space exhibit, and statues of soldiers from the statue exhibit to life, transforming them into monsters. Then, all her demons lined up behind her. Ren said, "They grow up so fast, don't they? Now I finally have my friends. And now that I do, I no longer need you. Destroy them!" Ren then laughed like a villain and watched her new friends destroy her classmates.
Later, Sungirl flew directly towards Heatgirl and got the wolf to eat the snake holding her instead. Ren pointed at Sungirl and said, "You'll pay for that." Sungirl scowled at Ren and said, "Bring it on, Monster Lady." Ren pointed at Sungirl and said, "I'm glad you asked." Ren brought out two compacts from her pockets and threw them at Sungirl. Then Sungirl punched them away. Sungirl pointed at Ren and said, "You'll have to do better than that." Ren said, "Nearly a diversion tactic; look behind you." Sungirl looked behind her and saw the wolf. Then, the wolf lassoed Sungirl with its tail and stuck Sungirl to the glass building with Iceboy and Aquaboy. Iceboy said, "Sungirl."
Later, Iceboy gave the table monster a good punch, which damaged it when it hit the ground. Ren said, "How did they get free?" Sungirl flew ahead of Ren, declaring, "With my help. And thanks to their help, I can now do this." Sungirl blasted Ren out of the sky with her powers, blinding her, and she fell to the ground. When Ren opened her eyes, she saw Sungirl flying up to her, and Sungirl punched her away. Ren said, "Clever tactics." Then Ren collapsed and fell unconscious to the ground.
When her flashback ended, Ren continued talking to Jake and Frank. Ren said, "Well, no one wanted me around. And then I got those amazing powers. What did you expect?" Frank said, "Do you still have your powers?" Ren said, "Who knows? If I technically do, I can't remember how they worked." Jake said, "Is there anything you do remember?" Ren thought about it and said, "Yes. I remember The Justice Brigade. They're the ones who spoiled everything. Especially Sungirl, who blasted and shocked me so hard that she made me forget how to use my powers. I owe them big time." Frank said, "Ok? Well, good luck with that." Frank then paid Ren for their comics, and they left.
Once they left, Jake and Frank laughed and slapped hands. Jake said, "In the zone. Can't wait to tell the girls." Jake and Frank hurried home to tell Daisy and Hannah, because they were happy Ren was out of commission for the time being. Ren looked out the window and saw them run off laughing. Ren said, "Great. More people are laughing at me, just like before." Ren then banged her fist on the counter, mad. Ren said, "I hate them all, and I would do something about it if I had my old powers back." While Ren was talking to herself, her body started to glow red, and the thermometer on the wall rose from 70 degrees to 100 degrees. Everyone in the store became super hot and got on the ground, and Ren gasped when she saw it. When she did, she returned to normal, and the temperature in the store returned to 70 degrees. Then everyone cooled down and got back up. Ren then put what she thought she saw to the test. She reached out her arms, made her hands glow blue, and caused it to rain indoors. Ren said, "Of course, new powers wouldn't hurt either."
Ren left the store with her new powers. Ren then made her eyes and one of her hands glow yellow, causing the earth beneath her feet to rise and making a few stones fly by. She hitched a ride on one of them, and they took her home, where she changed out of her work clothes and back into her super villain costume.
The next day, Daisy was working on her tan in their front yard, as they had practically had the day off from superheroing. While Daisy was working on her tan, clouds appeared in the sky, blocking the sun and casting a dark shadow over the city. Daisy looked up at the sky and saw the clouds and a big shadow over the city. Daisy then used her powers to make them go away so she could have the sun back. After she did, the clouds returned, and it began to rain. Daisy then went back inside and asked Frank if he could use his powers to dispel the rain. Frank said, "Maybe. I do have water and wind power, but I've never tried that before." Daisy said, "Maybe if you try, you'll have a new power." Frank made his eyes glow blue and tried to stop the rain, but the storm intensified and became too strong for Frank's powers. Frank then shut down his powers because he couldn't. Frank said, "I'll practice it, but I can't do it now. The storm is too strong."
Since Ren made a horrible storm in LA, she thought he work was done, so she flew away and started to continue causing mayhem throughout the world. While Ren was doing so, Daisy and Jake boarded up the house, as there was a 32 MPH wind outside with a lightning storm. Hannah and Frank sat on the sofa, watching the news. The news lady said, "With this horrible storm outside, everyone is required to stay in their houses. And this storm was just the beginning of the strange weather. There have been reports of snow and ice melting in the coldest regions of the world, such as Iceland, Siberia, Antarctica, Alaska, the North and South Poles, the Himalayas, and Mt. Everest, due to the intense heat of the sun. There have also been reports of snow in the world's warmest places, such as Australia, Death Valley, the Gobi Desert, and parts of Africa, as well as in the world's jungles. There's also been storms and floods in Italy, France, Texas, Tennessee, and El Paso." The Justice Brigade began to suspect that something was amiss, so they continued to listen to the news. The newswoman said, "These weather reports are now heading to Greenland. And if weather reports are right, all the snow will melt." Daisy said, "Not if we have anything to say about it."
The Justice Brigade got suited up, boarded their jet, turned it on, and flew to Greenland. Once they arrived, they saw that it was late afternoon and the snow was still on the ground. They then landed their plane and disembarked, wearing their winter gear that resembled their superhero uniforms. Daisy said, "That's right. Greenland is three hours ahead of Los Angeles." Iceboy knocked Sungirl out of the way, and a lightning bolt missed her. Sungirl said, "Thanks. Where'd that come from anyway?" Ren said, "Me." Ren then flew out of the shadows and showed herself with her eyes glowing. Jake said, "Ren?" Frank said, "Again?"
Ren then created a giant snowstorm and attempted to take out The Justice Brigade with it, but they all took cover. Sungirl came out from hiding and tried blasting Ren with her powers. Sungirl said, "When did she learn to do that?" Ren then pounded her fists on the ground and made an earthquake, but The Justice Brigade flew up, dodging it. Iceboy said, "Hey, what if the powers came from you?" Sungirl said, "What do you mean?" Iceboy said, "Aquaboy and I met up with her the other day, and she didn't remember how to use her monster-making powers. But she did mention you blasting and socking her. Maybe when you did, it somehow changed her powers." They then looked at Ren and saw her glowing blue and making it rain, so Aquaboy tried using his powers to dispel it. Aquaboy almost succeeded, but he still couldn't do it. Heatgirl said, "Maybe he can't do it, because Ren's power is too strong." Aquaboy said, "Or maybe I need more practice." Sungirl said, "I can stop it by bringing out the sun. But Iceboy, if the snow starts to melt, try to get it snowing."
Sungirl made her eyes and hands glow yellow, bringing out the sun enough to stop the rain, but she kept the clouds in the sky so the snow wouldn't melt. Ren spotted the Justice Brigade saving Greenland and said, "I knew you couldn't resist anything suspicious. So my work made the news." Sungirl pointed at Ren and said, "You're the one who messed with the weather of the world." Ren said, "Yes. And now that I have new powers, you four will pay for defeating me. After all, I owe you big time." Ren then made a tornado in Greenland in an effort to destroy it, but Aquaboy used his powers to make it vanish. Ren then made all the clouds disappear, bringing out the sun and making the snow melt. She also made one cloud appear and caused it to float throughout Greenland, using its lightning to destroy it.
Sungirl and Iceboy flew up and tried to block out the sun, hoping to get it snowing again. Aquaboy tried blowing the cloud Ren made away with his strong wind, while Heatgirl saved everyone, who the cloud tried to fry. Ren said, "Have fun cleaning up the mess, heroes. Or should I say zeroes?" Ren then flew away while the Justice Brigade was distracted. Sungirl blocked the sun with her Sun Shield while Iceboy made his eyes glow white and got it snowing again. Since the clouds were blocking the sun, Sungirl stopped casting her Sun Shield, and they both flew down to the ground.
Meanwhile, the cloud Ren made shot a house and set it on fire, but Heatgirl used her powers to put the fire out while Aquaboy tried blowing the cloud away. The cloud then electrified Aquaboy, and he fell to the ground. The cloud then started to set more houses on fire. Since Aquaboy was down and couldn't use his powers to extinguish the fire, Heatgirl had to absorb all the fires to extinguish them while Sungirl and Iceboy got everyone out of the burning buildings and away from the flames on the land. Sungirl then used her powers to dispel the cloud, saving Greenland. The Justice Brigade then took Aquaboy home in their jet and put him in their infirmary. Sungirl looked at his test results and said, "He took quite a blast, but he's going to be ok." Iceboy said, "What about Ren?" Sungirl said, "We'll find and defeat her. We did it once, we can do it again."
