Chapter 43 - Chapter Forty-Three: The Discussion about the Kingdom of Vespera

Kingdom of Dumbrock Throne Room, 1509

He carefully folded a parchment, sealing it with royal wax before handing it to the royal messenger. "Take this message to the Kingdom of Eldoria at once," he commanded, his voice echoing through the chamber.

The messenger bowed deeply, clutching the scroll tightly as he made his way to the exit.

Queen Elena turned to her husband, curious about the Kingdom of Vespera. "What can you tell me about the Kingdom of Vespera?" she asked, with curiosity.

The king leaned back in his chair, his expression turning contemplative. "Vespera is known for its lush landscapes and skilled artisans," he replied.

Elena's excitement grew as she listened intently. "Who are the King and Queen of Vespera?" she inquired, eager for more information.

"Their names are King Aerys and Queen Elaena," he said, a hint of admiration in his voice. "They are renowned for their wisdom and have fostered a culture of creativity and innovation that has made their kingdom thrive."

Elena then says, "Wow, that's incredible."

"Absolutely," he continued, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "Their annual festival celebrates the arts, attracting talent from all over the realm. It's a vibrant display of music, dance, and craftsmanship that truly embodies the spirit of Vespera."

Elena leaned in closer, captivated by his words. "I would love to experience that firsthand," she mused, imagining the colorful festivities and the sound of laughter filling the air.

"Perhaps we could make a trip there next year," he suggested, a playful smile on his face. "Just imagine us dancing under the stars, surrounded by the beauty of the kingdom and its people."

Elena's eyes sparkled at the thought, her heart racing with excitement. "That sounds absolutely magical," she replied, already dreaming of the vibrant costumes and joyous celebrations that awaited them.

Elena then asked her husband, "How many children do the King and Queen of Vespera have?"

Ferguson smiled and replied, "They have nine children."

Elena then asks what the names of all nine children of Vespera are.

Ferguson chuckled, clearly enjoying the topic. "Well, their names are Princess Aeliana, Prince Baelor, Prince Cedrico, Princess Daena, Princess Elysia, Prince Fiore, Prince Garon, Princess Helene, and Princess Ilyria," he listed, his eyes sparkling with pride.

"Each of them embodies a unique talent that contributes to the overall success of our kingdom," he explained.

Elena asked her husband, "What about Princess Aeliana and Prince Baelor? What are they like?"

Ferguson leaned back, his expression thoughtful. "Aeliana is a fierce warrior with a heart of gold, always ready to defend the realm, while Baelor is a brilliant strategist, known for his quick wit and charm. Together, they are a formidable pair of twins, guiding their younger siblings and inspiring the kingdom.

Elena smiled, imagining the dynamics of the royal family. "It sounds like they have quite the responsibility, but with such strong leadership, the kingdom is surely in good hands in the future."

Elena then turned to her husband to ask about Prince Cedrico, Princess Daena, and Princess Elysia, expressing their curiosity about the roles each plays in the kingdom.

Her husband nodded thoughtfully. "Cedrico is focused on military strategy, ensuring the kingdom's defenses are strong, while Daena is passionate about the arts and education, working to enrich the lives of the citizens.

Elysia, on the other hand, has taken an interest in diplomacy, forging alliances with neighboring realms."

"What about the younger twin princes? Prince Fiore and Prince Garon. What are they like?" Elena asks in a curious tone.

"They're quite different from one another. Fiore is adventurous and often seeks new experiences, while Garon is more reserved and analytical, preferring to study the intricacies of governance and history. Their contrasting personalities often lead to lively discussions, especially during family gatherings."

Elena then asks about the younger twin daughters, Princess Helene and Princess Ilyria.

"Helene is the dreamer of the two, always lost in her art and poetry, while Ilyria is fiercely independent and has a knack for strategy games. Their bond is strong, despite their differences, and they often inspire each other in unexpected ways."

As the conversation unfolds, Elena can't help but admire the unique qualities each daughter brings to the family. "I can only imagine how their strengths will shape their futures," she remarks with a smile, envisioning the paths they might take as they grow older.

Elena then turns to her husband, curious about the ages of Vespera's nine children. "How old are they?" she asks, her interest piqued by the diverse talents she had just learned about.

He chuckles softly, recalling the ages with a fondness. "Well, they range from five to sixteen, each at a different stage of discovering who they are," he replies.

Elena's eyes light up with excitement as she imagines the vibrant personalities of the children. "I can't wait to meet them and see what makes each one unique," she says, already plotting a gathering that would celebrate their talents and foster new friendships.

"Agree, my love, agree." Ferguson says with love in his tone.

Ferguson handed a royal message to the royal messenger. "Make sure this gets to the kingdom of Vespera."

The messenger nodded solemnly, understanding the weight of the task ahead.

The messenger left the room and began his journey.

Elena then turned to her husband, curiosity shining in her eyes. "What can you tell me about the Kingdom of Alicante?"
