Kamui Space.
Luo Sha, still dazed and battered, slowly opened his eyes. The surroundings were completely unfamiliar—an endless, dimensionless void that twisted and shifted subtly in the distance. A heavy silence hung in the air, as if time itself had stopped.
His mind went blank for a moment, thoughts slipping away like water through a sieve. He stared into the empty space, disoriented.
"Who am I? Where am I? What happened to me?" he muttered hoarsely, his voice echoing back at him eerily. His face was full of confusion and doubt, as if he had woken up from a nightmare only to find himself in another.
But before long, the fog in his mind began to clear. One memory after another rushed back into his head with brutal clarity.
That's right—the gold vein.
He had discovered a massive gold vein, a fortune so vast it could have drastically improved the economy of Sand Shinobi Village for generations. Just thinking about it brought a flash of hope. But that hope had been violently crushed.
Three demons had appeared—mysterious and overwhelmingly powerful figures. They had taken the gold mine for themselves, trampling over all resistance. He had tried to stop them. He fought with everything he had. But two fists were no match for six hands. And in this case, those six hands belonged to monsters.
He was utterly defeated.
Their strength was beyond anything he had ever seen. In just a few moments, he was reduced to a punching bag, powerless to fight back. As he lay there bloodied and bruised, watching them seize what should have belonged to his village, rage and despair surged within him. The qi in his body rushed chaotically, and eventually, the overwhelming emotions triggered a blackout. He lost consciousness.
And now… he was here.
In this strange, quiet, sealed-off space.
He slowly stood up, swaying slightly, still sore from the battle. He clenched his jaw, forcing himself to stay alert. His sharp eyes scanned his surroundings with vigilance. The place didn't feel like a jail cell, but it certainly wasn't freedom either.
"Did those bastards knock me out… and lock me up here?" he murmured with a frown. "Why? Why not just finish me off?"
His mind spun with questions.
Why would they let him live?
Why imprison him?
Was it mockery?
Leverage?
Or perhaps... something worse?
As images of those three smug, greedy faces flashed across his memory, his blood boiled once more. His fists clenched tightly, and his whole body trembled—not just from fear, but from fury.
His nails dug into his palms so deeply that blood began to drip between his fingers. But he didn't care.
"Damn it! If... if I had just been stronger, they wouldn't have been able to steal the gold mine!"
His voice cracked as he spoke, both from physical pain and emotional torment.
He knew it better than anyone—this was his failure.
If he had trained harder…
If he hadn't grown complacent after becoming Kazekage…
If he had reached a higher realm of strength...
Maybe he could've defended what belonged to him and to his village.
Tears welled up in his eyes, but he gritted his teeth and forced them back. He would not cry—not now. Crying was useless. Crying wouldn't get back the gold mine. Crying wouldn't restore his dignity.
What he needed now was a way out.
He had to escape.
And then… he would get his revenge.
Just as Luo Sha began scanning the space for weaknesses in the dimension, a sudden ripple of energy appeared in front of him.
The air twisted, cracked like glass, and three familiar figures stepped out from the spatial distortion—Obito, Shisui, and Kakashi.
Luo Sha jumped, his entire body tense with alarm. His pupils contracted.
"You… You're here?" he exclaimed in disbelief, taking several steps back.
The three "demons" who had stolen everything from him now stood calmly before him, as if they owned the world.
His body screamed at him to run, to fight—but his mind reminded him coldly of the truth: he was no match for them.
These weren't ordinary rogue ninja. Their strength was on a completely different level. And he… was their prisoner.
He thought about what they might do to him—torture, humiliation, or worse. The memory of how Sand Shinobi had once captured the Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, and subjected him to brutal torment at the hands of Elder Chiyo flashed in his mind.
Chiyo had whipped Sarutobi whenever she had the chance, tormenting him in a way that left scars deeper than flesh. Sarutobi had endured unimaginable agony—and he was a legend.
What would they do to him, someone far less respected?
A cold shiver ran down Luo Sha's spine. For a moment, the fear in his heart was stronger than anything he had ever felt.
But then he thought of the gold mine again—the gleaming promise of hope, stolen right from under his nose. The fire in his heart roared back to life.
No matter how scared he was, he couldn't just sit back and accept this!
His eyes burned with fury.
"Enough!" he shouted angrily. "You've already taken the gold mine! What more do you want? Why imprison me? Do you have any idea what it means to hold a village Kage hostage?!"
Obito tilted his head and smirked. The other two exchanged glances—and then burst into laughter.
"Hahahaha!" Obito clutched his stomach. "Did you hear that? He's threatening us!"
"I think I'm going to die from laughing," Shisui said between fits of laughter, wiping tears from his eyes. "This guy is delusional!"
Kakashi shook his head and sighed, covering his face. "This is painful to watch."
Luo Sha stared at them, dumbfounded. They were laughing so freely, like it was a joke.
"Are my words that funny?" he muttered. "Do they not realize the power of Sand Shinobi Village?"
But then… it hit him.
They didn't care.
These people didn't fear the Five Great Ninja Villages. They treated them like ants.
That realization sent chills down his spine.
"You… you will regret this!" he roared, his face twisted in anger. "If you dare to lay a finger on me, Sand Shinobi Village will never let this go! Our army will crush you!"
He expected fear—maybe even a flicker of hesitation.
But instead, he saw only more disdain.
Obito's smile vanished. "Shisui, he still doesn't get it."
"Yeah," Shisui cracked his knuckles, his smile darkening. "I hate being threatened."
"Try not to kill him," Kakashi said nonchalantly, "but feel free to make him forget what pride is."
Luo Sha's eyes widened in terror. "What... what are you doing?!"
They didn't answer.
They just stepped forward.
And then…
"Bang! Bang! Bang!"
The sound of fists crashing into flesh echoed across Kamui Space like thunder.
"AHHHH!"
Luo Sha screamed as Obito's fist smashed into his gut, knocking the wind out of him. Shisui followed with a spinning kick to the ribs, while Kakashi delivered a brutal backhand across his face.
Punches, kicks, knees—a brutal dance of violence.
He twisted, flailed, and screamed. But there was no mercy. No stopping. The three of them worked in rhythm, like they had done this a thousand times.
Every time he tried to crawl away, a foot stomped him back down. Every time he tried to block a blow, three more landed.
His screams grew hoarse. His body stopped responding. But the blows kept coming.
Time lost meaning.
Pain was all he knew.
Eventually, the storm passed.
Breathing heavily, the three figures stepped back and looked down at the wreckage that was once Luo Sha.
His clothes were shredded, his body bruised and battered. His face was so swollen and disfigured that he was completely unrecognizable. Blood leaked from his nose, mouth, and eyes.
Just as Obito had promised—even Luo Sha's own mother wouldn't have recognized him.
Luo Sha, broken and half-conscious, stared at them with a final look of disbelief and despair.
And then...
He closed his eyes again—and fell into a coma. Once more.
