Ficool

Chapter 12 - 12 Fox and mouse

One day, a powerful fox was roaming in the forest, where he got caught in a trap of a hunter. He could not break the trap even with his strong paws and started roaring.

Hearing his roar, a small mouse came there. Seeing the fox in his pitiful condition, the mouse felt sorry. The fox said, "Friend, please free me from this trap. I will be grateful to you."

The mouse started biting the ropes of the trap with its sharp teeth. In a short time, the trap broke and the fox was free. The fox thanked the mouse and said, "You have proved that it is not great size of the body, but a great heart that is needed to help."

Moral: It is not physical size or strength that is important to help someone, but kindness and goodwill. Even humble service can be great.
