Deep down, I hoped Belinda's intuition was completely wrong.
"Why wouldn't he be interested? You're amazing. Half the company sees you as their role model. Even Mr. Ben, with all his advantages, fell for your charm. President Kenneth having feelings for you makes perfect sense."
"Thanks for the flattery, but compliments don't come with pay raises." I brushed off the topic and handed her the signed papers.
"I won't be in the office this week. Make sure President Kenneth knows about the fashion show. Send me the digital version once the proposal gets approved."
"Got it, Ms. Freya. Take care of yourself. I'll head out now."

After Belinda left, I replayed every interaction with Jordan Kenneth, searching for signs.
