Ava began to stress out; her mind was very disoriented. She decides to refresh herself by going to a library. She went to the counter, presented her library ID to the librarian, which allowed her to peruse the books from the library.
Soon, Ava heads to the bookshelves. She grabs one title, 'Faust Part Two', and then zooms through all the pages, her cybernetic mind processing all these chapters in the blink of an eye before returning to page 1 as she reads the page like a normal being.
One hour has already passed, she returns the book to the shelves and starts walking before relaxing in a chair. She spots a man in a hoodie wearing eyeglasses, with brown hair, who appears timid.
The guy looked at him, his eyes were not disdainful but convicting before looking away from her as he placed his hands in his pockets.
Ava slowly walks up to him, since his eyes registered something to him.
As he walked up to him, he held onto his hoodie with his hands and said to him, "Go away…"
"You are a person who is now operating on the lowest quality of morality."
Ava crossed her arms and smirked, "So you know who I am?" Her analysis finally confirmed her suspicions
"And you seem pretty reluctant to talk to me."
The man then lowered his hoodie with his hands, revealing his eyeglasses, and asked, "You're Ava, right? You got in contact with Henry. That's not a do-gooder, but alas, there is no good in this world."
"But I have to warn you… Making a deal with Henry is making a pact with a devil."
"You don't know what you are up against…"
"And girls like you, they fade away from his existence. Some of the girls knew that would happen, but they reap the rewards," his eyes straight at Ava.
"My name is Alex, by the way, just for your knowledge…" Alex began to walk away and said, "Also… Be careful out there, the lights, colors, and aesthetics may be enriching, but they are at best"
"burn bright, burn fast"
"But that doesn't mean I am a good person, my heart is also as selfish as he is since I do too want to possess the qualities that he has," he confessed.
He confessed to her before making his exit from the library through the door.
Ava responded in full, "It seems like Henry knows people like him. What if I just ask him where he is? I hope he isn't recalcitrant to provide an answer."
Ava then ran up to the exit of the door and asked Alex, who was walking away, "Do you have any idea where Henry is?"
Alex looked at his back, brown-dark eyes stared at Ava with a bored expression, "Oh… At least you have the CONFIDENCE to approach me regarding Henry's whereabouts."
"I don't know, maybe you ask him!" finally dismissing Ava to the exit, where she returned and walked around the library.
As soon as Ava returned to the library, Alex speedwalked before running, saying his honest thoughts, "Crap! I didn't know she was into books!"
"Of course, Henry is now getting the top tier list, academia is doomed!" as he held his hoodie running, squeaking like a child.
"And heck, she's hot! THIS IS THE PINNACLE OF BLACK PILL!"
"We are all losers to the elites!"
Ava looked out the window, and she saw Alex running with his hoodie, commenting, "Interesting…"
That memory of him became a fading ghost as she resumed reading Faust Part 2 without her cybernetics; she studied everything in the library like a bookworm.
Although she humbles herself regarding Technology and some flavour of classical mechanics, with a little bit of Quantum mechanics. Based on Ava's memories, she could tell that the limo she was currently in was high-tech with defense systems and modules. She knows based on the readings and the alloys.
And the technology that Henry has casually demonstrated, she knows that she doesn't just begin to hydrate or feel warm just after sitting in a cushion chair inside some normal clothes, she felt safe to say that she was in an advanced vehicle, and she wants to gain some advantage on that.
Ava began to feel elevated, wanting to get a part in things, she returned the book and indulged herself in books. She even began to read books written by elites, studying them.
As she feels tired, she begins to open up an account on the dark web and do hacking for a minimum of cash, she would learn to rent a place in an apartment near the library with a shower.
Soon, her mind got bored with applied physics, so she picked up Engineering and pattern designs, even algorithms.
And picked up some particle physics, she was absent from college for days while working as a hired hacker in her apartment for many clients, while keeping anonymity.
She began to reflect on all the stuff that she had learnt. From here on, the Library has become her sanctuary, free from the machinations of her mother, yet lonely, as she justified to herself that her classmates do not want to be around her. She couldn't bear being compared to the girls Henry has dated.
She fears the social pressure of her classmates. Overcome by avarice, she is benignly devouring the books, sometimes suppressing her mental cybernetics, reflecting and then using every one of her mind's alley to process everything in rapid acuity.
From Nanotechnology and Artificial intelligence, and every part of computer science. Even cyber security, her mother was very concerned, and she was called into the principal's office.
Cassandra was walking through the hallway of the school, females and males were gazing at her, mesmerized by her beauty. She was also carrying a sachet in a skirt and Tradwife clothes, and her dark-brown hair was flowing in all directions.
Mike saw her and looked at Jacob, "Wow, is that a model named Cassandra Lee?"
Jacob nodded, "Yeah, she is. Wait, isn't she the mother of that girl named Ava?"
Mike responded, "Yeah, she is the mother of that girl named Ava. Yaren told me that she saw the legendary model and politician named Cassandra through her"
Jacob's eyes widened, "Dammm! Her mother is a celebrity; it's no wonder she is beautiful."
Mike did not respond; he just looked at Cassandra, but then he went back to his own business, back to the class he is in.
Cassandra sat in the chair before the principal's office. She laid her hands on her lap and asked the head of the university, "I believe you called me here?" Her eyes were professional and serious.
The head, who was an average height man with a beard, responded, "Yes, this is concerning your daughter."
The head spoke to Cassandra in his office regarding the rumors and her growing absences, walking around the room, presenting documents, and even mentioning her past excellence.
Cassandra just smiled and leaned her head forward, "I see. I see, thank you, Head Director Railey. I should be going now."
Director Railey shook her hand, Cassandra walked out of the office and passed through the hallway, her smile became even more calculating and even prospective.
Ava sees herself sleeping in the bed.
She is finally in the secret room in her house. As she crossed her legs, she was in her black uniform. Cassandra was smiling, sitting in a chair.
She had monitors surveying Ava's every movement, even in the library; she was proud.
"So my private project decides to take one step further in her education," she smiled even more as her eyes stared at the screens showing Ava was hidden.
Cassandra picked up a phone, "Good job, agent, on setting up the cameras. You will be compensated 26,000 credits for the death of your comrades," in a calculated way.
Cassandra ended the call as she crossed her legs, smiling. Her hazel eyes became even more sinister as she grew even more prospective.
"That's right, Ava, take it a little further."
Soon, Ava woke up. She was in the library again. She read books again, but realized she had very few superficial interests in theoretical physics, ranging from multiple dimensions, string theory, and the theory of consciousness, appearing to only read books in Nanotechnology and computer science.
She wants to keep herself in the game, as she gets a feeling of agency and unstoppability as she studies in her sanctuary. She does pick up some literature and psychology more in realism than anything of fantasy.
"I will become the engineer of my life… I will be unstoppable, that Henry will see more than some beauty," she declared to herself, as she read the books.
Even reading Nietzsche and Heidegger in general, she reads books and starts reflecting through notes and internalization. She primarily studied human-computer interaction, Cognitive science, rudimentary neuroscience, and a speck of material science.
Soon her mind was already at the peak of her mind, she lived with deception, even ghosting her mother from the text messages. She finally felt free; however, she had no idea what was going to unfold.
Cassandra was seen standing in front of her room's wardrobe as it opened with a secret mechanism, showing another wardrobe with a bunch of high-advanced weaponry and gadgets with a placeholder of her uniform.
Cassandra, in her black uniform, "Phase one is about to end soon, I would like to make this quick…" she said in a calculating way
"And soon we will be in phase two," she furrowed her eyes
"Time to throw herself to the wildness"
Cassandra who knew what Ava was doing, and even bombard her in the phone text, Cassandra held held phone looking at the text messages she has sent to Ava as a way to cloak her movements, even giving money and reassuring Ava in the text, "Honey, I will still provide you money even if you are away please don't die on me. Thank you <3 <3 so please come home, mama is worried" providing a level of allowances to her.
Even bombarding her when her agents are setting up cameras in the library, even in her apartment, with a little bit of bribery.
Ava is seen looking at her call, and her mother would bombard her with text messages, such as, "Come home, Ava", "Where are you?", "Are you here having a fun time with your boyfriend named Henry?"
Ava couldn't help but fume without even opening her chat with her mother, while agents placed cameras around the library.
There was even a man who was monitoring her movements; he had bald hair, a jacket, and long pants.
The agent brought up her communication device and said, "Commander Cassandra, it's done."
