Chapter 24 - Chapter 22: Rock N' Rule 1

"Last time on Total Drama Action!" Chris began the usual recap while sitting on an amp and tuning a guitar. "Just when the cast thought they were safe, I swooped in to sav-I mean, antagonize them! The cast was forced to show off their creative sides while showing off their back side as they made superhero costumes out of spandex and lots of other junk! Hahaha! Nice tights! Of course they were foiled by the diabolical Pythonicus and his wicked side kick, Beaver Boy! In a fight against evil our cast proved they could be heroes…and also losers! All except Heather who refused to save anyone, big shock I know, and was cut from the team! Aka, the first Sudden Death victim of the season! What evil will our heroes face this week? Will Geoff's animosity towards Lincoln and Dawn grow? You'll find out right now on this week's most rocking episode of Total. Drama. Action!"

The Super Alliance was continuing to hold strong, with Heather being booted out thanks to Sudden Death, they already managed to take down one of their two big targets. That only left Ronnie Anne to take down, and with only one of her and seven of them the odds were in their favor. They just had to make sure that one of them won, and that none of them were the victim of a sudden death.

While sudden death did help them get rid of Heather, it did pose an ever looming threat towards them. Sure if one of them won that guaranteed that Ronnie Anne wouldn't be able to save herself during an elimination ceremony…but only if they had an elimination ceremony in the first place. Should any of them get last or just get flat out unlucky one of them could get the boot and their alliance would grow weaker.

Plus there was something else they needed to worry about as well. Geoff.

The argument that went down with him when they all first formed their super alliance. Geoff just…wasn't the same guy they all knew from Total Drama Island. Gone was the fun loving, chillaxing party dude without a bad bone in his body. Instead he was just this jerk that had it out for Lincoln and Dawn because he was just believing every single lie that Ronnie Anne was feeding him.

And when it came to what Dawn explained to everyone what happened the night after the Superhero challenge, that was just too much for everyone…

"HE SAID WHAT?!" Bridgette yelled out in shock that was quickly becoming rage as her face began turning red. Since they were an alliance consisting of all but 2 members of the remaining cast, they needed a reliable place to hold alliance meetings to discuss important things. They couldn't do it near the trailers or by the craft services tent since Ronnie Anne could overhear them, or Geoff could and relay back information to her. Thankfully, and surprisingly, Izzy knew a place they could secretly meet up. Underneath the Gilded Chris stadium, there was a trap door that led to the inside of it that was filled with all sorts of equipment and props, the perfect place for a secret alliance hideout. "HE THINKS I'M CHEATING ON HIM WITH BOTH OF YOU?!"

Granted…it probably wasn't gonna be a secret for long with how loud Bridgette was yelling. Once Dawn told everyone what Geoff said to her, they were quickly outraged by what they heard. They just couldn't believe it…Geoff thought that both Lincoln and Dawn were trying to steal Bridgette from Geoff…that was just too far for them.

"Gosh! How can Geoff think that?!" Harold let out angrily as he slammed his fist against the wall he was leaning against. Lincoln was his best friend, and he couldn't stand seeing Geoff making such baseless accusations like that! Lincoln wasn't some scumbag playboy, heck it was only due to him that he had the courage to officially ask Leshawna to be his girlfriend. "Just what has Ronnie Anne put in his head!?"

"I don't know man…" DJ said with a sigh as he shook his head in disappointment, just unable to believe the type of person his friend had become. He didn't wanna be angry at Geoff, he didn't like being angry in general…but he was going too far. "But I don't like it, this needs to be nipped in the bud now."

"Agreed, I mean Dawn's one of the nicest people I know," Izzy spoke up sounding…rather sane during this. Izzy liked to consider Dawn as her best friend, other than Owen she's never judged Izzy for just…being her. Dawn treated her with nothing but kindness and the psycho hose beast greatly enjoyed the time she spent with Dawn over the season, even if they were on separate teams for a majority of it. "There's no way Dawn's capable of any of that!"

"For real though! Cheating is one of the worst things you can do!" Linsday said with the ditzy blond being completely serious. She remembered one time when one of her cousins was cheated on by some scum bag and Lindsay and her sisters along with her other cousin worked together to make that jerk pay. "Lincoln and Dawn are way too nice to do that, how could Geoff think that?!"

"I don't…I just can't believe…UUGH!!!" Bridgette couldn't even properly form words as she tried to think about just how Geoff could even consider that a possibility!? Not only was he accusing her best friend and his girlfriend, who was also a good friend of hers, were attempting to get into a relationship with her but that she would knowingly cheat on him! He wasn't just accusing them, he was accusing her just as much. "HOW COULD HE BE THIS STUPID?!?!"

"I'm afraid so…" Dawn quietly nodded, sadness laced in her voice as she unfortunately confirmed this to the surfer girl. It broke her heart to see Bridgette like this and she really wished she didn't have to reveal the truth to her. But Bridgette and the rest of the alliance had to know. "His aura is so twisted now…I'm not sure how we could fix it…"

"So what do we do then? We can't just let him get away with this," Harold asked, gesturing towards Lincoln, Dawn, and Bridgette as he spoke. Sure Harold was never really close to Geoff, especially since the party dude tried to help Duncan prank him during season one and unlike DJ never actually apologized for it. But as Harold spoke, he saw Lincoln leaning against the wall with his head down hiding his face. "Dude, are you ok?"

"…No, not too much actually," Lincoln finally raised his head up and while his face appeared neutral everyone could tell there was a fire lit in his eye. "If Geoff wants to accuse me, fine, let him. I don't care, I can deal with people making baseless accusations of me. But him accusing Dawn and Bridgette like that…that's too far."

"I agree man," DJ nodded, totally understanding where Lincoln was coming from. It's one thing for someone to point a finger at you, but pointing fingers at those close to you is where things get taken too far. "I'm really sorry y'all are going through all of this,"

"You shouldn't have to apologize DJ, if anyone it should be me," Dawn shook her head, clenching her fist as she spoke, blaming herself for what had happened to Geoff. "If I had just noticed sooner…I could have done something before Ronnie Anne got into his head…"

"No Dawn, you can't blame yourself for that," Lindsay shook her head as she walked up to Dawn's right and put a hand on the nature lover's shoulder. "You were busy with your own team, it's on Geoff for not seeing an obvious lie!"

"She's right Dawnie," Izzy also voiced her support for Dawn by hugging her best friend from the back, squeezing rather tightly and making Dawn flinch a little bit. "You can't fault yourself for this! It's Ronnie Anne who's totally loco!"

"Don't forget about Geoff…" Bridgette growled out, starting to feel ashamed that Geoff was her boyfriend. Just weeks ago they were making out in a hot tub in playa des losers and now they were going through this shit! "The first chance we get I am having a very serious talk with him…"

"Just know Bridgette, we're here if you need us," Lincoln reassured the surfer girl, putting a supportive hand on his friend's back, getting a small smile out of Bridgette. "All of us are,"

"Yeah!" Everyone nodded their heads in unison.

CONFESSIONAL – Harold

"So Geoff has decided to ally himself with the forces of evil huh?" Harold spoke seriously as he shook his head. "I knew he was no good! Anyone that chill is always hiding a dark side…unless they're high. Then they're just a druggie."

COFESSIONAL – Ronnie Anne

"Things could not be going more perfect!" Ronnie Anne did a mocking laugh as she leaned back in the chair before smirking towards the camera. "Sure I lost Heather as an ally but eh, small loss. I knew it was only temporary, but it looks like I got a new one that's willing to stay loyal~ All because I revealed to him the kind of person Lame-O really is~ That million dollars is as good as mine and I only have 8 more losers to knock down~"

Bum! Ba-Bum! Ba-Bum! Ba-Bum!

After holding their alliance meeting, and taking a few minutes to cool off from how heated things got, the super alliance began returning to the trailers. But when they arrived there they saw Chris and Chef outside waiting for them with the cook playing a set of drums. Chef's playing also attracted both Geoff and Ronnie Anne from the respective trailers. Once all 9 contestants were outside Chef ended his performance by slamming a stick down on the symbols and allowing Chris to speak up.

"Nice of you all to join us," Chris greeted everyone as he crossed his arms behind his back. "Today's movie genre is, drum roll please." Chef then began a drum roll and Chris expected it to go on for just a few seconds…but Chef just kept going causing the host to quickly get annoyed. "Ok that's enough!" Chef was forced to stop his drum roll as he gave Chris an annoyed look, but Chris didn't care much and proceeded to announce the movie genre of the day. "Today's genre is the rock and roll bio flick!"

"Oh cool!" Harold grinned a bit in excitement. "It's time to rock and roll!"

"Love the enthusiasm Harold, but shut up and let me talk," Chris scolded, causing the ginger nerd to lower and nod his head. Chris just had to kill his mojo didn't he? "Every Rock and Roll bio flick starts with a kid from humble beginnings, drawn into the seemingly glam world of rock music. After overcoming enormous hardship the kid catches a break and makes it ginormous! Bigger than me even. The kid is then drawn into a scandalous world of stuff I'm not allowed to discuss with 16 year olds. Things that lead to dangerous addictions, multiple divorces, and the occasional night in the joint. All ending with an untimely death while sitting on the toilet."

CONFESSIONAL – Chris

"Please, do not try any of the aforementioned stuff at home," Chris briefly stopped the episode to deliver this important PSA. "Or I will be sued, and unable to afford the maintenance of this fabulous smile!"

CONFESSIONAL – Lincoln

"Wonder if Luna and the other Moon Goats will have a movie sometime in the future? That would be pretty cool!" Lincoln grinned at the possibility of his sister's band having their own rock and roll bio flick. But a worried look soon flashed on his face. "Just…hope you and the other's don't do any of that stuff sis…"

"Now there's a few essentials what any certifiable Rock God needs to know, you need to know how to rock out on the guitar, work the paparazzi, and chow down food like it's the last morsel you'll eat for months! Haha, yeah!" Chris announced the different parts of the challenge today before chuckling a bit. "Now, any questions?"

"Do you actually want to hear our questions?" Bridgette asked with a skeptical brow raised. "Or are you just gonna let us raise our hands and do nothing about it?"

"I see you're finally learning," Chris grinned, getting the cast to all roll their eyes. "Meet me at the Gilded Chris stage in ten!"

CONFESSIONAL – Geoff

"I gotta find some way to help Ronnie Anne win this!" Geoff let out as he put a hand to his chin, still foolishly believing Ronnie Anne was his ally and needed his help. Oh the poor fool. "She's got everyone else after her all because Lincoln's gotten into their heads! Maybe I can try reaching out to them and try and convince them to split from that dude, it's the only option I got minus hoping one of them gets sudden deathed."

15 MINUTES LATER

"Where the heck is Chris?" Ronnie Anne asked impatiently as she and everyone else sat down in the stands usually reserved for the losers in the Gilded Chris ceremony. They all got there in time, even saw the stage set up with a big rock and roll themed curtain instead of the usual red velvet one. But Chris was taking his sweet time in showing up. "I'm not gonna sit around all day waiting for him,"

"The walk of shame's right there if you wanna leave," Harold pointed to said red carpet, making Ronnie Anne growl and glare at him. "You'd be doing all of us a favor,"

Before Ronnie Anne could retort, suddenly Rock and Roll music began to play, echoing throughout the stadium as fog machines went off on stage filling it with a thin layer of smoke. Soon emerging from the fog was Chris, Chef, Lily, and Edward, all wearing rock and roll themed clothes.

Chris was wearing a wool felt top hat with a concho belt around it, sunglasses, a leather jacket over a red shirt, a dog tag around his leg, and blue jeans. And he also had a wig of long brown curly hair on his head.

Chef had decided to go shirtless and was simply wearing white pants with red highlights.

Lily was wearing stuff based around her brother's favorite band smooch, her face was painted white and blank along with a leather jacket and pants, black boots, and a red shirt.

And finally, Edward was wearing star shaped sunglasses and an afro wig.

All four of them slow motion walked onto the stage with each holding an instrument with Chris having a guitar, Chef having a bass, Lily having a keytar, and Edward holding a tambourine in his mouth.

"How are my fellow rockers doing tonight?!" Chris called out after pulling out a microphone from his jacket and pointing towards the sitting contestants. "Are you all ready to roll!!!"

"Heck yeah we are!" Harold grinned excitedly as he shot up from his seat and began playing the air guitar. "For those about to rock! I salute you!!!"

"Oh would you can it dork," Ronnie Anne let out at Harold in annoyance before glaring towards Chris on stage. "What's the deal making us wait, didn't you say ten minutes sharp?"

"Truuuue, but rock stars always arrive late to their shows," Chris spoke in a cheeky grin as he threw the microphone over his shoulder as he walked up to the edge of the stage. "It builds up the crowds and gets them hyped up! It's called being fashionably late! Now then, for your first challenge, you'll all be rocking out on stage!"

"But I don't know how to play a guitar," Lindsay spoke up as she raised her hands. "I can play a recorder, would that work?"

"Probably not, but don't worry even those as musically challenged as you lot can find a way to get through this," Chris reassured everyone as he began properly explaining the challenge to everyone. "You'll be given three hours to write your own song and then perform it on stage for me, Chef, and Lily who will judge you from 1 to 10. Highest score wins an advantage in part 2! You'll be given all the equipment you need to either play your own song, or even just lip sync it,"

"Lip sync?" Geoff repeated in confusion. "Isn't that one of the most shameful things you can do in the music biz?"

"You really think all musicians sing and play instruments at the same time?" Chris questioned. The only response he got from the contestants was awkward silence held by the occasional clearing of one's throat. "That's what I thought. So, three hours to make up your own song starting…now!"

Immediately everyone raced down to collect what they would need to help them with their challenge. But as Geoff was about to head off…

"OW!" The party dude found a harsh tugging on his ears. Looking, he flinched when he saw it was none other than Bridgette tugging on his ear. And based on her expression, she did not look happy at all. "B-Babe what're you-OW!"

"You can work on the challenge in a sec, but first we are gonna have a LOOOONG talk mister!" Bridgette told Geoff harshly before pulling him away by his ear with Geoff letting out a series of 'Ow's' along the way. Thankfully for him Bridgette didn't drag him anywhere too far away, just behind the stands. But as soon as Bridgette let go of his ear, she immediately asked him the question of the hour. "So what I hear is that you think I'm cheating on you!?"

"Wha-What?" Geoff stuttered as he nervously averted his eyes from his girlfriend. "What're you talking about ba-OW!"

"Don't play dumb with me Geoff!" Bridgette yelled at him as she grabbed some of his hair and pulled him down so they were eye level. "Dawn told me everything you said to her after the last challenge! You think they're trying to steal me away from you?!"

"Tch, of course they told you…" Geoff cursed out. He should have figured that Dawn would spill the beans to everyone to try and paint him in a bad light. "Bridgette I'm just trying to protect you from the-"

"No! No! Don't even try to use that bull (BLEEP) against me Geoff!" Bridgette cut Geoff off before he could even begin to start accusing Dawn and Lincoln more. She wasn't gonna hear it. "This isn't about them, this is about me! You are not trusting me!"

"Bridgette, I totally trust you!" Geoff tried to tell Bridgette, but by the look in her eye Geoff could tell she wasn't believing him. "I trust you with my life!"

"Then do you honestly think I would cheat on you?!" Bridgette demanded to know. If Geoff really truly did trust her then this answer would be an easy no. But Geoff was silent, unable to even look her in the eye after she asked that. "Answer me! Look me in the eye and tell me if you believe I would cheat on you!"

"B-Babe it's not like that!" So that was Geoff's answer…that was all that Bridgette needed to hear. He truly didn't trust her did he? "They're getting into your head! Messing with you! Dawn's probably using her weird hippy powers to-"

"Shut. Up!" Bridgette told Geoff, her voice laced with venom and making Geoff wince and take a fearful step back away from his girlfriend. That look on her face…Geoff didn't think that he's ever seen Bridgette this angry. Her face was even becoming red! "I can't believe you actually think I would cheat on you Geoff! Do you…Do you know how much that hurts to know that you don't trust me like that?!"

"B-Babe…" Geoff tried to reach out to Bridgette only for Bridgette to slap his hand away.

"Lincoln is just a friend! A really good friend, but just a friend! He's not trying to 'steal me away' as you claim he is!" Bridgette went on, defending her friend and hoping this would somehow get through Geoff's incredibly thick skull. "Or are you seriously one of those guys that just can't accept it when their girlfriends have friends who are guys? Well guess what Geoff, I'm bisexual! Does that mean I can't have any female friends either?!"

"…You're bisexual?" Geoff blinked a bit in surprise at the information.

"GEOFF!" Bridgette snapped, making the party dude flinch. "NOT! THE! POINT!"

"I'm just trying to protect you babe!" Geoff spoke up, raising his voice so he could try and reach out to Bridgette. "Ronnie Anne says-"

"Everything she says is nothing but a lie, and if you actually believe them then I don't think there's anything I can do to help you!" Bridgette couldn't take it anymore. She tried to get through Geoff's head, but it's clear that it wasn't working. Her…boyfriend(?) clearly wasn't keen on listening to reason and Bridgette couldn't afford to waste more time on him. She had a challenge to win, and as long as she or someone else in their alliance won then they had the power to get rid of Ronnie Anne once and for all. "Bye Geoff, and don't expect me to help you with the challenge!"

"B-But Bridge!" Geoff tried to call out to his girlfriend but Bridgette wasn't giving him anymore time of the day, she kept storming away with her back turned to him. "Grrrrr!"

CONFESSIONAL – Geoff

"Those dirty no good..raaaagh!" Geoff ranted with an angry expression as he slammed his fist on the vanity. "Dawn told Bridgette about our talk and probably twisted it around to make me look like the bad guy! That's just way too far dude! They gotta go down! Once they're gone I'm sure Bridgette will finally get a clear head again! But I gotta get allies to do it!"

Now Geoff was on a quest to get allies in order to vote off Lincoln and Dawn, whoever didn't end up winning today. Or if both lost, preferably Lincoln. With nine of them here he needed five votes to get the job done. He and Ronnie Anne made two, so he needed three more. Lincoln and Dawn were obviously no goes, and Izzy was too buddy-buddy with Dawn and just flat out insane so he doubted he could reason with her. And his own girlfriend was refusing to work with him. That left only Harold, DJ, and Lindsay. He had to try and convince them to leave that dreaded super alliance and see what terrible people Dawn and Lincoln really were.

DJ was the first one he found, the big guy had a rather large instrument case at his feet. Geoff couldn't even begin to tell what was in there…either a really large guitar or a smaller then normal piano. But rather than practicing with whatever was inside DJ was instead writing up some sheet music for his performance. This gave Geoff the opportunity he needed to approach the brick house. "Yo DJ," DJ looked up from his music and put on a bit of an uncomfortable look as he saw Geoff approaching. "Need to talk to ya for a sec bro,"

"Uh, maybe later man," DJ tried turning away from Geoff. The brick house was far from happy with Geoff but he didn't wanna start anything. "I'm kinda working on the challenge right now,"

"This'll just take a second, I swear," Geoff continued to try and speak to DJ, making the big guy sigh. "I need your help to get rid of Lincoln and Dawn,"

"…Really now?" DJ then looked up at Geoff with a frown.

"Yes! They're bad dudes, you need to believe me!" Geoff pleaded towards the brick house. But what Geoff got was DJ taking a deep breath, calming himself, before standing up and crossing his arms at Geoff and shooting him a look that said 'I'm not mad, just disappointed.' He learned that from Momma. "Uh, what's with the look dude?"

"Geoff, we had some good times on the island. And I still wanna consider you my friend," DJ spoke to the party dude with an even tone, keeping his expression up. "But how you've been acting lately has been unacceptable."

"What do you-Oh…I see," Geoff then narrowed his eyes at DJ. "Lincoln and Dawn got to you too didn't they dude?"

"They didn't 'get' anything. I can see it clear as day for myself," DJ stated firmly, not raising his voice. He didn't wanna cause an argument but he wasn't gonna back down when it came to defending his friends. "Ever since you've been hanging out with Ronnie Anne your attitude has turned for the worst man, I hardly even recognize you,"

"What are you talking about dude? I haven't changed at all!" Geoff claimed before scoffing and rolling his eyes. "And all Ronnie Anne showed me is what a cruddy dude Lincoln really is! You should hear the stuff he pulled when he was younger!"

"Two things man, one, she could easily have twisted things to make it different and paint him in a bad light. And 2, even if half of what she says does turn out to be true we all make mistakes and do things we regret." DJ lifted two fingers and gave two strong points against what Geoff was saying. "And so far, Lincoln hasn't given me any reason to not trust him. He's a good guy, he's always helped me out when I needed it, and even encouraged me to ask Jasmine out. So whatever it is you're selling, I ain't buying it. Got it?"

"Grrr, fine! Whatever dude!" Geoff let out in frustration before he began storming away from Geoff. "Some friend!"

CONFESSIONAL – DJ

"I ain't sure how long I can see Geoff like this," DJ sighed out while rubbing his temples. It really made him sad to see how far one of his best friends from the first season has fallen. "If Ronnie Anne wins this and we can't vote her out…I think we gotta cut Geoff…"

Ok so DJ, one of the best friends Geoff made and someone he thought for sure he could count on, wasn't gonna be his ally…that…definitely stung. Especially since he needed all three votes of the people he was approaching to successfully get the job done in voting off Lincoln or Dawn.

But still! Doesn't mean he should at least try with the other two! Getting more allies could still have a lot of benefit and would throw Lincoln and Dawn off their game and maybe cause one of them to suffer a sudden death. It was really the best he could go for right now.

So his next potential ally was Lindsay. Lindsay wasn't working on music at all and was instead working on the outfit she'd be wearing on stage with Lindsay doing her hair up in a pair of long twin tails. She was also humming some sort of pop song as she did so, though Geoff couldn't recognize it. Pop really wasn't his thing.

"Hey Lindsay," Geoff spoke up to the blond bombshell, but as soon as she heard his voice Lindsay put on a sour look and continued to work on her appearance. "Linds, I gotta talk to you,"

"Hmmmm, let me see…" Lindsay began, her tone filled to the brim with sass. "Is it about how you actually believe that Bridgette would cheat on you?"

"What…oh man they told you too?" Geoff let out a groan, looks like Lincoln and Dawn twisted the words to everyone in their alliance. "Look, it's not what you think it is!"

"Well I know that Bridgette was heartbroken about it!" Lindsay yelled at Geoff as she snapped towards him with an angry look on her face. "I can't believe you'd actually think she'd be capable of doing something so awful!"

"It's not her! It's Lincoln and Dawn!" Geoff tried to reason with her, raising his voice. But Lindsay held strong and simply crossed her arms while pursing her lip at Geoff. "They're trying to steal her away!"

"Even if that was the case, which it's not, that still implies you'd think Bridgette would willingly cheat on you!" Lindsay brought up a rather good point. Even if Lincoln and Dawn attempted to steal Bridgette away from Geoff, that still relied on the fact that Bridgette would be ok with cheating on Geoff and Bridgette was not the girl that would do that at all. "You're the one who's been nasty lately! Spending all your time with Ronnie Anne and just believing everything she says, you know what that reminds me of?"

"What?" Geoff asked, now glaring at Lindsay.

"Me," Lindsay stated, making Geoff blinked a bit in surprise. "Last season I just ate up everything Heather said because I thought she was my real friend, and would always be there for me. I didn't see the obvious picture in front of me and it cost me."

"Oh please, this is totally different. Ronnie Anne ain't anything like Heather," Geoff claimed, causing Lindsay to roll her eyes and shake her head. "Besides tricking you isn't too hard I mean-"

Whip!

"Ow!" Geoff let out as Lindsay whipped Geoff in the face with one of her twin tails, now glaring harshly at him. "What the hell dude?!"

"You know what, yeah! I may not be the smartest person around, but I try my best! And that's what I've been doing all season and now I actually do have friends! Ones that respect me and actually have faith in me! And you're clearly not one of them!" Lindsay yelled out to Geoff, pointing right at him. Lindsay was proud of what she's done this season, and she knew she was competent and amazing. And anyone who thought she was just another dumb blond could get bit. "If you're here to make an ally out of me, you can get lost. Forget it."

"Fine, whatever," Geoff, rubbing his now hurting face, stormed off in a huff.

CONFESSIONAL – Lindsay

"I can't believe he had the nerve to say that right to my face!" Lindsay angrily yelled as she crossed her arms. Sure she was used to people telling her that she wasn't that smart, but those were mostly the jerks like Heather and Ronnie Anne. To hear Geoff of all people say that was just wrong and flat out mean. "He really has changed for the worst! If we can't vote out Ronnie Anne today, he's on the chopping block!"

With Harold, the ginger geek currently had his supplies gathered up as he practiced his sound. His equipment consisted of a sound mixer, a keyboard, and a microphone he was beatboxing into. Geoff saw this and raised a brow as he saw Harold performing some of his signature beatboxing tricks techniques into the microphone before following up with some rock and roll sounds on his keyboard that he was feeding through his sound mixing. It was certainly…creative to say the least.

Geoff shook his head, he couldn't focus on that right now. He had to focus on getting through to Harold. Now…Geoff knew that this would be hard. Harold and Lincoln were incredibly close, and considering his plans with DJ and Lindsay didn't work out it was unlikely that it would work with Harold, not that it would matter as he was too many votes short now. Still, getting Harold on board would definitely throw off Lincoln's game so Geoff was willing to take the chance.

"Hey Harold," But as soon as Geoff spoke up, Harold's look soured as he looked up at Geoff with a glare. "I need to-"

"If you're here to try and get me to turn against Lincoln you can forget it!" Harold didn't even give Geoff a chance to speak up and immediately turned him down. He wouldn't even think about turning on Lincoln for any reason. "Lincoln's my bro, and you've been nothing but a big jerk lately!"

"Aw come on!" Geoff shouted in frustration. Great. Just great. No one around here was willing to listen to reason! "Seriously dude, how did you even know what I was gonna ask?"

"I took a break to grab a snack from Crafts Services and saw DJ there and he told me what you tried!" Harold stated, remember how angry he was when the brick house told him the crap Geoff tried to pull with him. The party dude was trying to turn the whole lot against Lincoln but luckily no one was falling for it. "And I'm willing to bet you tried the same with Lindsay and Izzy, that's seriously low man!"

"I'm not the low one, Lincoln is!" Geoff argued back as he glared at the ginger geek. Just how was it possible that only he could see Lincoln's true colors?! "He's a serious major jerk dude!"

"The only serious major jerk here is you Geoff! Dawn's right, Ronnie Anne's really twisted your brain around." Harold threw that right in Geoff's face, making the party dude gasp as he glared even harder at Harold. "Not that I'm surprised, you could be pretty mean back on the island too! Like all the pranks you and Duncan tried to pull on me back at the Island! Like making me drink kitchen grease, or when you tried to steal all my underpants! If Lincoln wasn't there you'd all probably strip me butt naked in front of everyone!"

"Whatever dude they were just pranks," Geoff rolled his eyes, thinking that Harold was just making a mountain out of a molehill. "Besides DJ helped with the underwear prank too and I don't see you throwing that back at him!"

"Because he apologized to me! He felt bad for it! And he never tried anything like it again!" Harold stated the reason why Harold didn't hold that prank against the brick house. DJ gave Harold a legitimate apology and has been nothing but an upstanding guy towards Harold since then, unlike Geoff who happily attempted to pull more pranks on him alongside Duncan. "You never did anything like this! Lincoln's not the jerk here Geoff, it's you! Now leave me alone, I got art to make,"

"Grrrrr…" Geoff growled out before stomping off with Harold immediately getting back to work.

CONFESSIONAL – Harold

"Just who does Geoff think I am? No way I'd buy his crap about Lincoln, the dude's one of the best guy's I've known. I'm proud to call him my best friend!" Harold said with nothing but sincerity, defending his friend's honor against Geoff's words. "The second Ronnie Anne's dealt with, or if she wins a challenge and we can't vote her off, Geoff's out of here!"

CONFESSIONAL – Geoff

"How can no one see it?!" Geoff yelled out in frustration, practically pulling on his hair now at just how everyone was acting. Just how did they fall for Lincoln's nice guy shtick so bad they wouldn't even hear him out and listen to reason?! "Now there's no way my plan will work! Man…I gotta find a way to help Ronnie Anne win…but if that's the case unless there's a sudden death tonight that puts me up for elimination with 7 votes…oh man what do I do?"

"Alright Contestants! It's time to get your rock on!!!" With the three hour prep time for the first challenge over, Chris announced the start of the challenge as the contestants all lined up on stage with Chris, Chef, and Lily sitting in the VIP section of the Gilded Chris Award theater. "Here's how this is gonna go, you'll each perform your song for us and we'll each give a score one to ten, the highest score wins an advantage in part two of the challenge. The order will be decided randomly, I'll pick names out of this hat and whoever I call will stay on stage and perform. All of you will have to wait backstage for when your name is called."

Chris then brought up the top hat he was wearing on stage earlier and dug his hand into it. "And first to perform…Ronnie Anne," Chris announced after pulling out the first name in the hat. "Time to show us how they rock down south!"

"Hmph, time to set the standards," Ronnie Anne smirked confidentially as she held up her guitar and walked forward on stage as everyone went backstage like Chris instructed. "Try not to be too blown away now~"

"Good luck R.A.!" Geoff cheered, getting everyone to glare at him for encouraging her.

"Heh," Ronnie Anne smirked at this. Looks like her little plan was working wonders. But she could revel in that later. For now, she had a challenge to dominate. "Here we go~!"

Ronnie Anne then got things started immediately as she began playing on the guitar, getting a good rocking rhyme going before she began singing.

Ronnie Anne:

I'm a heart stomper

Stompin' on hearts

If you wanna get away

You're gonna need a head start!

I can keep this up forever

If you're trying to feel better

Take it up with someone else

You can call it too cut-throat

I'll stomp a heart like a roach

I'm just lookin' out for myself!

As she played, Chris and Lily found themselves bobbing their heads to the beat of the music with Chef grinning while banging his head a bit, clearly enjoying it the most.

I'm a heartbreaker

Breakin' those hearts

You can tell me that's not me

But I'm perfect for the part!

I can keep this up forever

If you're trying to feel better

Take it up with someone else

You can call it too cut-throat

I'll stomp a heart like a roach

I'm just lookin' out for myself, woo!

With the ending coming, Ronnie Anne upped the tempo and began playing harder than ever.

Ronnie Anne:

I can keep this up forever

If you're trying to feel better

Take it up with someone else

You can call it too cut-throat

I'll stomp a heart like a roach

I'm just lookin' out for myself

I'm a heart stomper!

Ronnie Anne then finished the song with a power slide and one last guitar rift, the Latina sweating a bit from the effort she put into it. "How…was…that?" Ronnie Anne asked in between breaths.

The judges hummed for a bit as they pulled the dry erase boards and markers they were using to judge the performance and after a moment they gave Ronnie Anne their scores.

Chris – 5

Lily – 6

Chef – 8

"What?!" Ronnie Anne let out as she stood up and glared at both Chris and Lily. "A 6 and a 5!?"

"Don't get me wrong, the song was pretty good," Chris admitted to Ronnie Anne before giving his critiques. "But, it sounded a bit generic. Like I could go to any garage band and hear something just like it. Not bad, but not exactly unique."

"I kind of feel the same way," Lily spoke up, sharing her opinion as well. "I liked the lyrics and the overall beat, but I gotta agree with Chris. It felt like a lot of stuff I've heard before. Maybe that's because I lived with a moos…i…can? But it felt rather bland."

"Well at least one of you has good taste…" Ronnie Anne stated as she glanced at Chef.

"What can I say," Chef admitted with a shrug. "I just like that kind of music."

"Still, a score of 19 ain't all too bad," Chris admitted, only for Ronnie Anne to scoff before turning back and walking away. "Sheesh, testy~" Chuckling in amusement, Chris reached into the hat and pulled out the next name. "And next up to rock and roll…Dawn!"

"Good luck out there," Lincoln wished Dawn with a kiss on the cheek with the rest of their super alliance giving the aura reader words of encouragement.

"This is a song dedicated to someone special here," Dawn stated, glancing through the curtain and at her boyfriend as she held a guitar up. "I hope you all enjoy!"

When Dawn began playing, her tune was more peppy and upbeat, a real pop tune that immediately got everyone tapping their toes and bobbing their heads up and down.

Dawn:

Anywhere you want to go

Anything you need to know

All the best in life

I want to get it for you

Lately I just feel so fine

I imagine that you're mine

In my world you're gold

I only want to protect you

Whatever I want, I get, and I want a shooting star

Whatever I need, I have when I'm with you

As Dawn sung and played, she began doing a little dance on stage as she really got into the rhythm of the song. Meanwhile Lily was dancing in her seat while Chris and Chef found themselves getting into the beat as well.

Dawn:

Follow me inside, outside

Through the stratosphere

The moon is shining for you

It knows that I adore you

Suddenly all the sadness

Will just slip away

And you will see what I mean

If you just follow me in my dreams

And Dawn finished her song before twirling on stage and striking a cute pose, with all the judges clapping for her. "How was that?"

Once again, the judges took a few moments to decide on their scores but eventually wrote down and revealed their scores to Dawn.

Chris – 6

Lily – 8

Chef – 6

"Pretty solid there Dawn," Chris nodded in approval at Dawn's performance before giving his opinion on things. "Again like with Ronnie Anne, it felt a bit generic. Like another love-pop song you'd hear on the radio. But, I gave you extra points for the energy you put out there. I could tell you sang from the heart."

"As for me, I just love those cute lovey dovey pop songs!" Lily gushed over her love of the genre. She'll admit she definitely had genre bias when it came to Dawn's song but she couldn't help it if she liked it. "They're my favorite!"

"Eh, can't say I'm a fan," Chef stated, not one for the mushy love songs himself. "But like Chris said, I liked the energy and the song itself was still catchy. Not bad kid."

"Glad you all liked it," Dawn gave a bow to the judges before taking her leave.

"And Dawn sets the new high score with 20 points! Let's see if the next contestant can top that." Chris again reached into the hat and pulled out the next name. "Geoff! You're up my brother!"

"Let's rock and roll dudes!" Geoff grinned as he adjusted his cowboy hat and walked up on stage with his guitar, ready to try and score big points and hopefully win this thing. He couldn't exactly help Ronnie Anne win this but he could at least try and win for himself and possibly use whatever advantage he had to help her. "You ready to party dudes!!!"

When Geoff was on stage, he wasted no time in rocking out on the guitar he had. Thankfully with all the parties he threw and partook in, guitar playing was a skill he picked up on and used to his advantage as he began playing an incredibly upbeat and high energy tune.

Geoff:

Your eyes staring into my eyes

Who am I, but a guy with two eyes on the prize

And the prize in my eyes is ten times

The surprise in your eyes as I kiss you goodnight

Your smile is the fire that rocks my soul

Gonna remember it until I grow old

'Cause life is too short we gotta do things right

So, baby, let's just party toni-ight

Baby, let's just party toni-ight

As Geoff sung, all three judges couldn't help but get caught up in the high tempo beat and began head banging to the song Geoff was playing.

Geoff:

We've come out on top, we're in front of the line

We're here to rock out and have a good time

'Cause the past is the past and the future is bright

So, baby, let's just party toni-ight

Baby, let's just party toni-ight

Geoff then ended his performance with one last guitar riff followed by him shouting. "Let's party dudes!"

The judges were quick with grading Geoff's performance as they revealed their scores for him.

Chris - 7

Lily – 7

Chef – 7

"Daaaaaang! Triple sevens! Nice job with the jackpot Geoff!" Chris complimented, making Geoff pump a fist in excitement. "Definitely loved the energy here, a bit on the short side but hey I feel like dancing!"

"Yeah! It's a song that really gets you moving!" Lily grinned as she did a few dance moves while sitting down. "Any song that can do that is a song I'm a fan of!"

"I can agree with that, it reminds me of the old days. I could really pop and lock haha," Chef chuckled as he crossed his arms with a grin. "I'll have to play that at my next DJ night,"

"And once again we got a new leader with a solid 21 points, will our next contestant beat it yet again." Chris then reached into the hat to see who would be lucky preforming number four. "Lindsay, you're up!"

"Eeeeeeeeh! I've been waiting for this!" Lindsay squealed with excitement as she reached into her pocket and pulled out some sort of remote control. "Let's do this!"

Pressing a few buttons on it, everyone watched as the spotlights on the stage all turned off. The judges all raised a brow at this, but soon watched as lasers of all different colors shined and filled the stadium and beamed up into the air. After that a layer of smoke began covering the floor of the stadium as Lindsay strutted onto stage, showing off the costume she was wearing for the challenge. She had her hair in a pair of long twin tails, held in place with red hair pieces, a sleeveless gray top with a long cyan blue tie on, a black skirt with a cyan blue highlight around the button, skintight black stockings that went halfway above her knees, black heel boots with cyan blue bottom, and black oversized detached sleeves with cyan blue highlights.

Lindsay had a big grin on her face as she reached the end of the stadium and shouted out through her microphone. "Konban wa kitekurete arigatō!" Basically everyone's jaw dropped at what they heard…Lindsay was speaking perfect Japanese! Before anyone had a chance to question anything Lindsay began dancing on stage while singing in Japanese as well.

Lindsay:

Sekai de ichiban ohime-sama

sou iu atsukai kokoroete yo ne

Sono ichi itsumo to chigau kamigata ni ki ga tsuku koto

sono ni chanto kutsu made miru koto

ii ne?

KIMI ni kokoro kara omotte hoshii no kawaiitte

Everyone continued to watch in amazement as Lindsay kept singing in Japanese, and they could tell she wasn't lip syncing since it was clearly her voice and not something else. And all the while she kept dancing around like she was having the best time in the world.

Lindsay:

Sekai de ichiban ohime-sama

ki ga tsuite nee nee

mataseru nante rongai yo

watashi wo dare to omotteru no?

mou nanda ga amai mono ga tabetai!

Lindsay then ended her performance by sliding to the floor and striking a cute pose, sticking her tongue out for good measure.

"…Ok…not an original song…but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't impressed!" Chris managed to say after finally getting over his shock at the whole thing. "Judges?"

There was no hesitation with any of them as they revealed their scores.

Chris – 9

Lily – 9

Chef – 9

"Yay!" Lindsay jumped up and down in excitement at her score before taking a bow. "Goran itadaki arigatōgozaimasu!"

And when Lindsay went backstage to meet everyone, she saw the shocked looks on everyone and grew confused. "What?" Lindsay innocently asked. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing just…wow Lindsay," Lincoln let out in a completely impressed tone. "I didn't know you were a Hatsune Miku fan,"

"Or that you could speak Japanese!" Harold added in, still unable to believe what he saw and heard Lindsay pull off. "That's seriously cool!"

"Aw thanks!" Lindsay gushed a bit at the compliment. "I've been a fan of Miku ever since I was a kid, learned Japanese so I could actually understand her songs since they were so catchy! And when I win I'm not just gonna go to Paris, I'm taking a trip to Japan so I can finally meet her in person! Eeeeeh!"

And with that, Lindsay happily skipped off. "…How do we tell her?" Lincoln whispered to Harold with a small frown.

"It's best not to," Harold shook his head as he put his hand on Lincoln's shoulder. It was best to let Lindsay live in blissful ignorance.

"Ok, don't know how anyone's beating that but feel free to try!" Chris let out as he again reached into the hat with the names getting fewer and fewer. "Next up is Izzy! This should be fun!"

"Alright! Time to light the stage on fire!" Izzy cackled out as she began making her way on stage. "Not literally haha, I wouldn't actually light the stage on fire, that's totally crazy!"

When Izzy walked out on stage, Chris, Lily, and Chef leaned forward as they waited for the psycho hose beast to play her song. Izzy took a few moments to tune her guitar causing Chris to raise a brow impatiently. But Chris wouldn't have to wait much longer as-
