"Nani!? Beerus!"
Champa had originally come to question his brother, but the sight that greeted him left him frozen in disbelief. Beerus—the proud God of Destruction—was being tossed around like a ragdoll by Chiga.
Though the two brothers rarely saw eye to eye, Champa couldn't just stand by and watch his twin be beaten so mercilessly. Without hesitation, he charged forward, gathering destruction energy in his palm before hurling it toward the stranger.
Chiga's motion paused for a fraction of a second as the violet blast of destructive power streaked past him and Beerus, narrowly missing both.
"Hm? Another one?" Chiga murmured, narrowing his eyes at the newcomer. He turned slightly, raising one hand as his tone dropped into a low, commanding hum.
"Almighty Pull."
A deep vibration filled the void.
Before Champa could even register what was happening, his massive body lurched forward uncontrollably. In the next instant, Chiga's fist sank deep into his round belly.
"Ugh… Pfft!"
A jet of spittle burst from Champa's mouth. Chiga calmly sidestepped, letting the spray hit Beerus square in the face.
"Champa! You idiot! That's disgusting!" Beerus shouted, evaporating the saliva instantly with a flare of heat.
"If I hadn't come to help you, you'd already be a pig-faced mess! You ungrateful wolf!" Champa barked back, clutching his stomach.
"This is my fight! Stay out of it!" Beerus retorted, his tail lashing angrily.
Chiga floated effortlessly in the starry emptiness, hands on his hips, watching the two Gods of Destruction bicker like children. His patience thinned.
"Fine," he muttered, spreading his arms. "I'll deal with both of you at once. Almighty Pull!"
The space around them rippled.
Both Beerus and Champa were dragged toward him from opposite sides of the cosmos, but this time, they had learned from their mistakes. Twin streaks of destructive energy erupted from their palms as they closed the distance.
Explosions burst around Chiga. A silvery aura shimmered around him—a shield of divine energy strong enough to endure planetary destruction.
When the two brothers came close, Chiga moved faster than sight. His hands clamped around their heads, and with a sharp motion, he slammed them together.
The resulting shockwave rippled through space.
Beerus staggered back, dizzy but conscious. Champa, however, was less fortunate—his eyes swirled, his consciousness wobbling like jelly.
Not far away, Champa's Angel, Vados, had arrived as well. Floating gracefully, she observed the chaos with a curious smile.
"How fascinating," she mused. "When did such a powerful fighter appear in your Universe? Is he the candidate God of Destruction you chose, Whis?"
Whis, watching the clash unfold beside her, sighed softly. "I'm not sure myself. He just appeared one day, claiming he doesn't belong to any Universe."
"Oh? Even so, he's in your jurisdiction now," Vados teased lightly. "That makes him your responsibility."
"I know…" Whis rubbed his temple. "I should probably stop them before this gets any worse."
"Why stop them?" Vados countered, eyes glinting with amusement. "It's rare to see someone outside the Angels capable of fighting two Gods of Destruction at once."
Her tone carried a spark of intrigue. Whis hesitated—after all, if Vados was here, things wouldn't spiral too far. Between two Angels, there was little they couldn't handle.
But once Chiga revealed his true form—a blazing aura of crimson godly ki wrapping around his body—the battle's end was inevitable.
Moments later, he floated effortlessly, holding both Gods of Destruction by their pointed ears—Beerus in one hand, Champa in the other.
Beerus still twitched, barely conscious, while Champa hung limp, his tongue lolling slightly from his mouth.
With a faint smile, Chiga drifted toward Whis. "These two seem a little worn out. I'll leave them to you."
Whis's lips twitched as he took in the absurd scene. The most feared deities in their respective Universes now dangled helplessly like disobedient cats.
Even across all twelve Universes, such an event would shake the divine order. Someone had not only challenged—but decisively defeated—two Gods of Destruction at once.
Whis waved his staff, gently levitating the battered twins behind him. Beerus, half-awake, gave Chiga a weak thumbs-up. "You win… I'm convinced…"
Chiga smiled faintly in return and turned to leave. With his mastery of space, returning to Earth was just a thought away.
"Wait a moment!" Vados's melodic voice called out.
Chiga stopped and turned, his golden eyes locking on the high-ponytailed Angel. "Something you need?"
Vados floated closer, her serene smile unfading as she extended her hand. "A proper introduction, perhaps. I am Vados, Angel of the Sixth Universe. And you are?"
Chiga hesitated briefly, then clasped her hand firmly. "Uchiha Chiga."
"Uchiha?" Vados tilted her head. "A peculiar name… as peculiar as its owner."
Chiga smirked. "Peculiar? How so?"
"You just defeated two Gods of Destruction," she said lightly. "That's not exactly ordinary."
Chiga glanced at Beerus and Champa, now floating unconscious behind Whis. "Perhaps I went a little overboard, but there's nothing strange about it. Gods are powerful, yes, but they're not invincible."
The Angel's smile deepened. She floated closer until only a breath separated them. "Chiga, are you interested in becoming the candidate God of Destruction for my Universe? I believe being your Angel would be… entertaining."
Her tone was playful, but her eyes shimmered with genuine curiosity.
"Sorry," Chiga replied immediately, his expression calm. "I refuse."
"Oh?" Vados pressed gently. "May I ask why? Such a position comes with many privileges."
"I'm merely passing through this world," Chiga said quietly. "Divine titles don't interest me."
He didn't mention the rest—that tying his existence to a Universe meant being bound to its Kaioshin, and worse, subject to the authority of the childish Grand Zeno.
He wasn't afraid of Zeno's so-called "erasure." After all, he wasn't born from any Universe the Omni-King governed. But accepting that title would mean shackling himself to rules he had no need to follow.
Chiga wasn't about to forge chains for himself.
With that, he turned away, his golden aura fading into the starlit void.
