Here a chapter!!!!

"Alright, next is regulating your body functions," Ronen said, looking at Alfia. "Because this requires extremely precise magical manipulation, physical contact is necessary."
"Okay, just the hand then," Alfia replied, extending her hand.
That level of contact was still acceptable to her.
And though she didn't want to admit it, Ronen was technically her brother-in-law, so not entirely an outsider.
"Sit down."
Ronen nodded, pulling over a chair so the two sat face to face.
But before beginning, he redesigned the magic circle.
Compared to the magic for suppressing skill effects, this one only had six functions:
1. Assist Ronen in magical transformation.
2. Aid in magical control.
3. Facilitate mana transmission.
4. Enhance magical effects.
5. Apply area-of-effect control.
6. Reduce mental fatigue.
This array shared more in common with conventional magic circles and wasn't nearly as complex.
Ronen didn't even need to draft an outline and completed the design quickly.
"Alright." Ronen held out his hands. "Unlike imprint magic, which suppresses effects, regulating body functions requires extremely refined control. No external power can help with that."
Alfia didn't say anything. She just grasped his hands.
Even though she had mentally prepared herself, Alfia still felt a strange ripple stir inside her.
Her emotional barriers were high, and aside from her goddess Hera or when receiving blessings, she rarely had any physical contact with others—especially men.
Even among girls, such intimacy was rare for her.
The Hera Familia was large, with the entire seventh district split between the Zeus and Hera Familias.
The two were sharply divided, yet mutually dependent. Alfia, being a senior member of the Hera Familia, and Meteria, Hera's favorite, both had their own residences and baths.
The hot water systems in their homes were luxuries in this world—unlike other Familia, who had to bathe communally.
"Let's begin."
Ronen felt nothing unusual—only that her hand was cold.
Alfia's appearance was very similar to Meteria's, and he had grown used to it.
Holding her hand wasn't enough to stir any emotion.
He closed his eyes, and a magic circle appeared beneath them.
"Incredible..." Alfia whispered in her heart.
He wasn't even an adventurer, yet could already perform feats that required the Lv2 development ability: Magic Guide—something only veteran adventurers could achieve.
Constructing magic circles directly with mana—those with Magic guide could automate this, but without it, everything had to be done manually.
The difference in difficulty was massive.
His skill in controlling mana truly shone here.
"Mm—"
Suddenly, Alfia let out a soft moan.
She glanced at the still-expressionless
Ronen with closed eyes, then at Meteria—who was stifling a laugh.
Alfia's face turned bright red.
The reason? Ronen was using a magic type that altered the nature of his mana—life magic, not elemental, but directly tied to vitality.
As a healing magic, it repaired and adjusted bodily functions, creating an intense feeling of comfort.
Caught unprepared, Alfia had let out a sound she found utterly embarrassing.
"It's rare to see my sister with such a cute expression. I'm so glad I got to witness this," Meteria said, thoroughly amused.
"Meteria…" Alfia gritted her teeth, closing her eyes and forcing herself to suppress her expression.
Still, her flustered appearance deeply satisfied Meteria.
Meanwhile, Ronen was focusing on regulating Alfia's body.
Her condition was terrible—chaotic even. The negative skills had intensified the aftermath of battle and created
overwhelming weakness, throwing her bodily systems into disarray.
Luckily, Ronen had prior experience. He began untangling her internal systems.
With the magic running at full power, his mana was quickly depleted. Exhaling softly, he stopped and released her hand.
After drinking another mana potion, he looked at Alfia, whose eyes were still closed and face flushed. "How do you feel?"
"...Not bad."
Alfia tried to steady her voice. "My body feels much lighter. Not nearly as painful as before."
"At this pace, it'll take at least ten more sessions to fully restore your condition," Ronen said. "It's getting late today, and I need time to recover mentally. I can't keep relying on potions forever."
"Three more times tonight, and we'll continue tomorrow."
"Mm…" Alfia opened her eyes. After a moment's hesitation, she said, "Thank you."
Hearing gratitude from the usually cold and aloof Alfia caught Ronen off guard.
"What's with that expression?" she asked, brow twitching. "You're not comparing me to some ungrateful brute, are you?"
"Not at all," Ronen replied. "I just didn't expect you to actually say thank you."
"...Hmph." Alfia exhaled. "I'm not that shameless."
Alfia was clearly a tsundere type—sharp-tongued but kind-hearted.
Ronen found himself wondering: if Alfia had been the one to find him, would she have helped him the same way Meteria did? Guaranteed she will.
Though her attitude would have been far less gentle.
Harsh words, but warm heart.
In the original novel The Seven Days of Death, Alfia once stole Ais' sword during a fight and used it against her.
Seeing troubled look Ais, gave it back out of guilt—feeling bad for "snatching from a child."
In truth, Alfia's tyrannical persona was just a mask—a protective shell. Deep down, she was just as kind as her sister.
Strong-willed, fiercely independent.
Only… Meteria was soft outside but strong inside. Alfia was strong outside and soft inside.
Without further conversation, Ronen began meditating to recover mana.
With the help of mental restoration potions, he soon recovered and resumed the regulation magic.
The divine blessing—Falna—was an evolution of mind and body with each level-up, but its fundamental structure remained unchanged.
As Ronen studied and adjusted Alfia's body, he became more amazed by the Falna's effects.
Though her body structure didn't change, her strength had clearly increased—a form of life ascension achieved without genetic modification.
In the process, Ronen also gathered valuable data: the body-regulation magic he was using on Alfia could be applied to himself as well. With it, he could enhance his own body.
In a way, it was a kind of body remodeling.
And far more effective than simple physical training.
