The sun had only just crested the mountains when the party left Arendelle Castle behind. The snow glistened beneath their feet, and a cold wind swept across the hills. Elsa led the way, followed closely by Anna, Ethan, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf.

A sense of tension lingered in the air, not from fear, but from something unknown waiting ahead. The hum Elsa had been hearing had grown clearer. It called to her with a voice both haunting and beautiful. She didn't understand it fully—but she knew it was meant for her.

Before their departure, Elsa had discovered an old book hidden in her father's study. It contained a story—one she and Anna had heard as children, but written with far more detail than they remembered."Long ago, our people visited the Enchanted Forest. But something went wrong, and a great mist sealed the land away. The forest has not opened since."There were drawings of elemental symbols—wind, fire, earth, and water. Elsa traced the page with her fingers before gently closing the book. She knew it was time to face the truth. The past was calling.

Past the Cliffs

Following their father's old route, the group left the castle and began their climb toward the Cliffs that separated Arendelle from the mysterious north. The snowy path wound through icy trees and jagged rocks. Sven pulled Kristoff's sled with ease, while Anna and Olaf rode up front.

Ethan and Elsa walked ahead in silence, the snow crunching beneath their boots.

"You okay?" Ethan finally asked her.

Elsa nodded but kept her eyes ahead. "I've never felt the magic this strongly before. It's like something is waking up."

"You think it's tied to you?" he asked.

She hesitated. "Maybe. But it feels older. Like… it's been waiting."

The Valley of the Living Rock

After hours of travel, the snow-covered cliffs opened to a quiet valley—The Valley of the Living Rock. Nestled within the snow were dozens of boulders, unmoving. But as the group approached, the stones began to tremble and shift.

From within them stepped the trolls.

"Queen Elsa," said a familiar voice. Grand Pabbie, the wise elder of the trolls, appeared before them with a slow, deliberate step.

Elsa bowed her head. "Grand Pabbie. I think I'm hearing the call of the forest."

The old troll looked at her thoughtfully. "The forest is stirring. You are connected to it, Elsa, as your mother was. The truth is hidden in the north. Go carefully, child."

Kristoff leaned forward. "What do you mean 'as her mother was'?"

Pabbie turned to him. "The queen was born of two worlds. The forest was her home, and Arendelle became her family. This journey will reveal the truth—but it may also test your bond."

The group shared a silent look.

Campfire Conversations

As the sun dipped behind the mountains, they set up a small camp just beyond the valley. A fire crackled in the middle while Sven lay curled beside Olaf, who had begun humming a song about summer.

Anna handed Ethan a warm cup of tea. "You've been quiet," she said.

"Just thinking," he replied. "There's something about this journey. I don't know… it feels important. Like more than just discovering the past."

She looked at him, the firelight dancing in her eyes. "I'm glad you're with us."

He smiled. "Me too."

On the other side of the fire, Elsa sat deep in thought. The hum still echoed, but now it was louder—clearer. It was leading her somewhere.

The Map and the Mist

Elsa spread the old map across the snow. "We'll leave at dawn. We pass the Dam, then the Lichen Meadows, and finally reach the edge of the Enchanted Forest."

Ethan traced the route with his finger. "You really think what we're looking for is there?"

Elsa nodded. "I know it."

Anna wrapped her cloak tighter. "Let's hope the mist still lets us through."

Grand Pabbie's voice echoed in Elsa's memory: "Only those who seek the truth with a pure heart may enter."

Whatever waited inside, they would face it together.
