Lucian paused, ensuring Axel was following. "The total energy a construction site of that magnitude, with all its machinery running, usually requires, doesn't even pass two megawatts at its absolute peak. But we detected a surge that hit eight megawatts. That massive difference is why we think thre's something fishy."
