Lia didn't noticed, she was focus on slamming Louis on the ground.
I can do it. I can beat him, Lia thought.
But,
Lia suddenly found herself in the air.
"Hahahaha. That's my ability. Whatever attack I recieve-" Louis couldn't complete because Carter punch himself again.
"OUCH. Stop hitting yourself." Louis yelled.
Carter turned towards Lia, and saved her in mid air.
"Something isn't right." Carter said.
"He is a strange one." Lia said
"No, I meant this isn't his full ability." Carter said.
"Then, what should we do." Lia said.
"I think he only can only send back damage. not when someone plays with his mind." Carter said.
"So you mean." Lia said.
Carter got near Lia and said into her ear.
"I will distract him you enter his mind and."
"Nice plan but What's my role." a voice came from behind both of them.
Louis was there hearing everything.
Lia and Carter jumped back.
Lia exerted push force and sent him in the fake Scars building and the entire building collapsed.
Lia was also about to moved back but Carter caught her.
"Damn. That was strong move." Louis said.
Coming out of the debris. He shirt torn. A strange mark was present on his chest.
He pointed at Lia.
"You. You are special. Why don't you join us." Louis said to Lia.
"No. Never." Lia yelled.
"Fine, then I'll take you by force." Louis said and took a step. He coughed blood. He looked down, a giant Chainsaw entered Louis's back and came out of his chest. He coughed blood.
"You got me." Louis said and closed his eyes.
Lia looked at Carter.
"I used Dark Faith." Carter said.
"Why didn't I get damaged." Carter thought.
The chainsaw vanished.
"Thanks for removing that chainsaw."
Lia and Carter turned towards the voice.
Louis was back.
"How are you alive?" Lia said.
"Well, Ask your beloved husband. His beloved father created this curse and he also-" Louis didn't continue because a figure fell on top of him.
Both got slammed into the ground.
"Who? Who are you?" Louis said, while on the ground, to the person on top of him.
"Sorry man. I was fighting someone and he threw me here." The other man replied while standing up.
He forward his hand to Louis, "Sorry buddy." He said.
Louis took his hand and stood up. Then, gave him a thumbs up.
The other men flew in air waving hand at Louis. But a figure came like an asteroid and slammed into the man in air and both went into the nearby hills.
"hahahaha." Louis laughed.
Then he turned at Carter and Lia.
He cleared his throat, "So, where was I?'
"Yes. My ability is when I receive damage after taking a little damage, if I don't die, then I can give back that damage. Did you like my abil-" Louis said.
"You were talking about how my father created this ability." Carter says
"Oh, my bad." Louis said.
"Any way. Son, do wanna join us, with your wife?" Louis said.
"I am not your son." Carter yelled.
"You're the son I always wanted." Louis said.
Lia entered his mind.
She opened her eyes in a forest.
Is this his mind, she thought.
Louis say a kid in a cage.
A man came, "Listen louis, from now on you'll be serving Mr. Oren."
"Father, I don't want to-" Louis was silenced by a slap
"You dare talk back. Remember what I told you. You will never say to me. Or I will go after your mother." The man said.
"I am sorry. I am .... sorry." He said while crying. "Please don't do anything to mother. I will follow your orders please."
The man smiled.

"Mr. Oren, meet my son Louis. He will be in you r care from now on." His father said.
"Thanks. Don't worry about your son. I train him as my own." Mr. Oren said.
So, this is Louis's mind. Only this exists in his mind. Where are rest of his memories?, Lia thought.

"Yes. he is under mind control." A voice came.
Louis's memory had paused.
"Who are you?" Lia said.
"You don't need to know." A voice came.
Lia turned towards the voice and saw a kid, with Green eyes, in the memory.
"Guess what, now, you're also in my control." The kid said, but his voice was of adult.
Everything was paused but he could move and talk.
"I am not under your control. And who are you?" Lia said.
"As I said, it doesn't matter who I am. You won't live long enough to confront me." The kid said.
What?, Lia thought.
"And as for you being under my control, see this." Kid said
A screen opened, and outside Louis's mind, Lia was attacking Carter.
