Jade stopped before the oak wooden door, gesturing for Jinx to enter. "This is your room."
Jinx gave a small nod: "We attack tomorrow. Get yourself ready; the God Wolf isn't an easy target."
With that, she walked past Jade, stepped inside the room, and closed the door behind her. Her eyes immediately began to scan the space. It was a medium-sized room, simply furnished with a bed and a couch positioned near a large window.
"I'm your strongest ally, and you put me in here?" Jinx grumbled to herself, walking over to the window. She peered out, her gaze falling on a sprawling garden below.
"But the view isn't that bad," she admitted, her eyes sweeping over the rest of the room. "So, I have two couches, a desk, and a bed... nothing else. These guys are really looking down on me."
Raising her hand, she snapped her fingers, sending a wave of energy throughout the room.
'No cameras.' Jinx's surprise was palpable.
'She must really trust me.' She walked over to the bed and sat down.
