"Keeping your commonality's companions waiting, Shiroyasha. You're quite the diva."
Shiroyasha tossed her white hair, spitting.
"You have the nerve to say that, treating my place like this?" She frowned, looking at the woman serving the man. "Hey, you two. You're not needed here. Go close up shop."
"Y-yes."
The two women, relieved, quickly left after tidying themselves.
"Tsk… Shiroyasha, you're such a spoilsport." Bored, Laius, the current leader of the 'Perseus' commonality, finished his drink and shook his head in displeasure.
"Humph… so what does Laius-sama, the new leader of 'Perseus,' want? Shouldn't you be enjoying yourself in your territory?"
"You should know the answer to that. I just received news from the Fourth Outer Layer. Someone's taken a liking to that little vampire and offered a hefty sum.

As Kuro Usagi and the others returned to the house from the courtyard, a change occurred.
A brown light shot towards them from afar as they looked up, and Leticia cried out.
"That light… Gorgon's Gaze!? No, we've been discovered!"
Kuro Usagi, knowing what the light meant, cried out in grief, glaring into the distance.
"A banner with a Gorgon's head…!? No, we have to escape, Leticia-sama!"
But it was too late. Leticia, bathed in the brown light, instantly turned to stone and fell to the side. From the direction of the light, knights in winged boots rapidly approached.
"Found her! The vampire's petrified! Seize her!"
