Lillian sat at one corner of the couch, hugging her knees. There was a dull look in her eyes, showing her exhaustion with life. On the glass table in front of her were various snacks that remained untouched.
The door of the condominium was pushed open, and Sebastian stepped in. A sigh left his mouth when he saw the depressed girl and how didn't even glance at the snacks.
"It's been a week since I brought you home," commented Sebastian, "are you going to spend rest of your life like that?"
Lillian chose to not respond.
Walking over to her, Sebastian placed his hand on her cheek, pushing back her hair behind her ear. A frown settled on her forehead from the contact, and she tried to move away.
Then, he leaned closer to her, his deep and tempting voice falling on her ears.
"Do you want me to seek justice for you?"
Hearing Sebastian's words made Lillian instantly raise her head, locking her eyes with him.
"Seek justice?" she muttered.
