Lillian didn't have the intent to play along with Eva and create a fuss.
"I have morning classes to attend," Lillian said, glancing over at Grace. "I will get going."
Grace nodded.
After that, Eva walked over to her room and opened the door, revealing her room. She gasped in surprise, tears welling up in her eyes from being touched.
She looked towards Grace and voiced out, "Mom, I didn't expect you to still keep my room. I thought once I leave, there will be no trace of me here anymore. After all, I am nolongerconnected to you by blood."
Sophie's face contorted in disdain.
"Not in front of my sandwich so early in the morning," commented Sophie. "Does she never get tired with the over the top acting?"
"You left behind few of your things since you left in a hurry. I wasn't sure if you still wanted them, so I left them be," Grace explained.
