Lillian entered Professor Arnold's office.
In her hand was the printed paper of the planning he tasked her to make. When she placed the sheet on his office, he indifferently glanced at her before going through the worked out ideas.
His brows furrowed subtly.
But that didn't intimidate Lillian. She had enough confidence in herself to believe that Arnold will choose her.
Arnold raised his head and noticed the girl was void of any nervousness.
He lifted one of his brows.
"Do you truly think you have written here is that impressive?"
Lillian's lips curled up to form a subtle smile. She pointed out, "You would have thrown this right across the room if you found it boring."
"Am I that violent?" questioned the man.
"You have the capital to be short-tempered," responded Lillian, acquiescing to him. "After all, you would rather spend your time in doing something better than reading trash."
Arnold sighed, removing the pair of glasses from his eyes.
